Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh harga, keragaman produk, dan kemudahan penggunaan platform terhadap minat belanja di e-commerce Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif kausal komparatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan persepsi yang memengaruhi minat belanja konsumen dalam tiga generasi: generasi X, generasi Y, dan generasi Z. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling, fokus riset ini adalah pada konsumen Shopee di Kota Depok dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, keragaman produk, dan kemudahan penggunaan platform memiliki pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat belanja di e-commerce Shopee. Temuan menarik adalah setiap generasi memiliki faktor dominan yang memengaruhi minat belanja mereka. Generasi X cenderung dipengaruhi oleh faktor harga, sementara generasi Y lebih terpengaruh oleh kemudahan penggunaan platform, dan generasi Z cenderung dipengaruhi oleh keragaman produk

Abstract

Motivation is a process that occurs in a person that appears with feelings so that it encourages individuals to do something caused by one's desires, needs and goals. The performance of cadres can be seen from the success of a cadre in carrying out their duties. To improve the performance of posyandu cadres, the ability of a cadre must be developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of posyandu cadres. The database used in the Literature review is Google Scholar with sample inclusion criteria, articles published in the last 5 years, using national journals, articles using the correlational method with the population used are Posyandu cadres. The search  for  journals  in  this  study used the search keyword "Motivation AND performance of Posyandu cadres". The results and analysis obtained as many as 4.580 articles were identified, the researcher found 10 articles that could be used in the literature review. Based on the results of the review that motivation has the effect of increasing the performance of cadres.

Abstract

Work motivation and work performance have a very close relationship to performance. Cadres have a very high linkage and are always active in posyandu activities so that it will improve the performance of posyandu cadres. Motivation is defined as strength, encouraging a person or group of people to achieve certain achievements according to what is desired. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of posyandu cadres in the Kronjo Health Center area in 2022. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional research design. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Spearman rank correlation test, it was obtained a p-value = 0.043, this shows that the value of p = 0.043 is still smaller than ? 0.05, it is certain that between variable 1 and variable 2 there is a significant relationship between work motivation and cadre performance Posyandu in the Kronjo Sub-District Community Health Center in 2022 (0.043<0.05). The results of the Spearman rank statistical test obtained a p-value = 0.043, meaning that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and the performance of posyandu cadres in the Kronjo District Health Center area in 2022. Because it is still smaller than ? < 0.05, (0.043 <0.05). moderate motivation is likely to perform sufficiently or insufficiently. It is suggested that the Kronjo District Health Center can improve training and provide different rewards for active cadres so that the performance of Posyandu cadres in the Kronjo Health Center Work Area is even better.

Abstract

Al-Quran education is the main thing that must be given to Muslim children, whereas the Al-Quran is the holy book of Muslims. Al-Quran education starts from learning to read and write the Al-Quran, where this learning takes place at school and also outside school hours, namely at the nearest TPQ. This has a huge impact on the development and knowledge of students at school. Al-Quran education at TPQ is more focused and has clearer targets and objectives. This research is field research that uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique involves distributing questionnaires to respondents at SDN 02 Dadapan which is the primary data in this research. The analysis used is simple regression to determine the significance of the influence of variable X on variable Y, and also to determine the magnitude of the influence. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between TPQ learning on the achievement of Al-Quran reading and writing competency with the results of Tcount > Ttable (3.699 > 2.048) with an influence percentage of 32.8%. With this, TPQ provides benefits to SDN 02 Dadapan, especially in learning to read and write the Al-Quran.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the factors influencing the brand awarness, brand association, brand image on customer loyalty trought purchase intention, employing a survey of 150 buyer of Uniqlo product. Using structural equation modeling, we examined the relationships between construct with mediation role. This study reveals that while brand association and brand image significantly influence purchase intention, brand awareness does not. Furthermore, brand awareness and brand image directly impact customer loyalty, whereas brand association does not exhibit a significant direct effect. Notably, purchase intention fully mediates the relationship between brand association and customer loyalty, and partially mediates the impact of brand image on customer loyalty, but does not mediate the relationship between brand awareness and customer loyalty. Organizations should strategically prioritize enhancing brand association and image to drive purchase intention and cultivate customer loyalty, while recognizing that brand awareness alone may not directly translate to immediate purchase decisions or loyalty. Future research could explore the nuanced mechanisms through which specific dimensions of brand awareness indirectly influence loyalty, potentially through other mediating factors beyond purchase intention, or investigate the moderating roles of consumer characteristics and contextual factors in these relationships.
