The advancement of Era 4.0 technology has shifted the way humans think and work which were faster, more efficient, and effective in various sectors, including in education field. The Universitas Terbuka (UT) is one of university which has been existed for a long time and actively develop learning methods, for both online platforms and independent learning. In this context, it is important to support, develop and evaluate the distance learning system in utilizing all facilities including teaching materials, especially in terms of UT student practicum. This research aimed to increase environmental knowledge which intended to prepare people who understand and willing to overcome environmental problems by developing a QR-Code based E-Poster. This research implemented development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). The results showed that the QR Code-based E-Poster developed had a high level of validity, practicality and effectiveness in increasing environmental literacy. Most of respondents gave positive responses to the use of E-Posters, such as easy to use, good layout, accessible, effective to deliver, clear text presentation, use of QR Codes, attractive color composition, good systematics, and efficiency in conveying information. In assessing the quality of media, the aspects of readability and understanding of concepts were very important, especially in the context of E-Posters. Conceptual reasoning as the respondent's ability to follow and understand the thoughts or concepts conveyed in the E-Poster was a significant factor. Good text comprehension includes ease of reading and understanding the information presented in the texts on E-Poster, Additionally, good language comprehension in this media included the respondent's ability to understand and interpret the information conveyed through the language used in the E-Poster. These findings highlighted the importance aspects in the development of E-Posters as effective learning and communication instruments. Process of science learning stresses on giving students direct experience to develop their competence. Therefore, teachers are required to be creative and innovative to improve students’ critical thinking. Accordingly, there is a need for a research on “The science learning based on guided inquiry integration with Numbered Heads Together (NHT) toward critical thinking skill”. This research aim to figure out of influence of the science learning based on guided inquiry integration with NHT. This research is a quasi-experimental study, with design "non-equivalent group control design". This research was conducted at September-December 2018 with samples of the experimental class (n = 40) and the control class (n = 40) at class VIII SMP N 21 Pekanbaru. The research instrument consisted of questions to test students' critical thinking skills. This shows the research instrument at a good and quality stage. The results of this study note that there are significant differences in the average value of the Post test students' critical thinking skills between the experimental class amounted to 75.00 with the control class 67.00 after the intervention (P <0.05). So that the use of Integration of guided inquiry with NHT in the learning process can improve students' critical thinking skills.

This study aimed to carry out a literature review analysis on the application of learning science used technology, the usefulness of teaching media, and obstacles to the implementation of educational technology. This study used a cross-sectional survey design with a total sample of 116 people consisting of lecturers, educators, and students (student teachers). The data collection technique included an online questionnaire consisting of multiple-choice questions and a brief description of the implementation of disruptive technology. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and the indicators assessed included relevance, educator ability, ease of use, availability, and usefulness. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the utilization of visual media for learning science has been used by various Educators and Students, however, they have not been able to develop audio-visual media from the results of Industry 4.0 technology.Keyword: utilization, obstacles, industry 4.0 technology, learning science
