This research using quantitative research with survey method. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data processing using application of SPSS v.25 with moderated regression analysis (MRA) model. The result of this research show that self-regulated learning has a positive and significant influence on accounting computer learning outcome. But, self-efficacy has no significant influence on accounting computer learning outcome. So, learning motivation can’t moderate the influence of self-efficacy on accounting computer learning outcome. However, learning motivation can moderate the influence of self-regulated learning on accounting computer learning outcome. Thus, the role of learning motivation in moderating the influence of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning can be the right choice for teachers to develop student learning outcome in accounting computer learning.

Abstract

English as a global lingua franca presents challenges for students in understanding the language in Indonesia, where English is taught as a foreign language. This study aims to explore students' perceptions of the use of visual literacy in English language learning. The use of visual literacy, such as images and videos, has been shown to help improve students' comprehension and engagement in the learning process. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach involving seventh-grade students at a middle school in Jember, Indonesia. Data were collected through observations and interviews. The results showed that visual literacy has a positive impact on students' understanding of English language material. Students find it easier to grasp concepts when supported by visual media. Additionally, the use of visual literacy also increases students' motivation and interest in learning, making the learning process more interactive and enjoyable. In the independent curriculum, English language learning encompasses six skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, reflecting, and presenting, all of which can be supported by the use of visual literacy. Visual literacy not only facilitates the understanding of vocabulary but also encourages students to think critically and creatively through visual interpretation. This creates a more dynamic learning environment and fosters active participation from students. The conclusion of this study is that visual literacy can be an effective tool in enhancing the quality of English language learning, particularly in helping students to understand or remember vocabulary and enhancing students’ English language skills.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the income and efficiency of spring onion farming with different planting patterns. Methodology: This research was conducted in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency in November 2024. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling method with a total sample size of 78 farmers. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The analytical methods used include cost analysis, income, efficiency and comparative analysis. Results: The intercropping pattern (spring onion-broccoli) gave the highest average income and real efficiency of Rp16,210,364/Ut/MT or equivalent to Rp38,610,249/Ha/MT, and an efficiency value of 2.3. Findings: The intercropping pattern of leek farming provides higher income and efficiency than the monoculture pattern. Novelty: This study analyzes the comparison of income and efficiency of leek farming patterns in three different cropping patterns. Originality: The intercropping pattern of spring onion with a combination of broccoli and mustard greens is still rarely studied. Conclusion: Income and real efficiency of monoculture and intercropping patterns are different, while income and unreal efficiency are not different. Type of Paper: Empirical Research Article.
