Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of training, competency, and individual characteristics on the performance of employees in Tapin District Health Service. This explanatory research aims to explain the relationship, differences, or influence of the variabels training, competency, and individual characteristics on employee performance in Tapin District Health Service. The study population consisted of 96 employees from Tapin District Health Service. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample, which means that the entire population of 96 employees was included in the sample. The research results show that: 1) Simultaneously, training, competency, and individual characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of employees in Tapin District Health Service. 2) Partially, training, competency, and individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance in Tapin District Health Service. 3) The variabel that has the most dominant influence on employee performance in Tapin District Health Service is competency.

Abstract

Banjarbakula merupakan kawasan strategis di Kalimantan Selatan yang mencakup lima wilayah administratif, yaitu Kota Banjarmasin, Kota Banjarbaru, Kabupaten Banjar, Kabupaten Barito Kuala, dan Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Pemerintah daerah bersama pemerintah pusat mencanangkan pembentukan kawasan metropolitan Banjarbakula sebagai upaya untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, mempercepat pemerataan pembangunan, serta mengatasi ketimpangan antarwilayah. Salah satunya dengan menyediakan transportasi umum yang sering disebut Bus Trans Banjarbakula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai aspek yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan Trans Banjarbakula, khususnya dengan melihat, pengaruh aksesibilitas, inovasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Penelitian ini melibatkan penumpang Bus Trans Banjarbakula yang Transit di Terminal Gambut Tipe A dengan menggunakkan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden penumpang bus trans banjarbajula, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random sampling. Data akan diambil dan diolah menggunakan SPPS 26.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Loyalitas Kerja pegawai perbankan di Kalimantan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi dan uji T, penelitian ini melibatkan 110 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja. Pengembangan Karier memiliki pengaruh paling kuat (koefisien = 0,401), diikuti oleh Kepuasan Kerja (koefisien = 0,395), Kompensasi (koefisien = 0,312), dan Lingkungan Kerja (koefisien = 0,276). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa loyalitas pegawai dalam sektor perbankan dipengaruhi secara simultan oleh faktor kepuasan, penghargaan finansial, kondisi kerja, serta prospek karier yang ditawarkan organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perbankan untuk merancang strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang holistik, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja, keadilan kompensasi, penciptaan lingkungan kerja kondusif, dan program pengembangan karier yang terstruktur, guna memperkuat loyalitas pegawai dan menjaga daya saing organisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the existence of uma in the community kinship system in Taileleu, describe the taileleu community's response to the existence of uma in culture for daily life, identify the effo rts of the younger generation to preserve uma in Mentawai culture. The method used in this research is qualitative. Informants in this study amounted to 20 people who were selected by porposive sampling. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation study. The data validity test uses the source triangulation method. The results showed that the existence of uma in the kinship of the taileleu community can be seen from the spiritual function that each side of the uma has a spirit, 1. Orat, 2. bakkat katcaila, 3. Ngong, 4. Abu, 5. Baibajat, 6. Salipak, 7. Tuddukat. Social function 1. To gather in planning a traditional party, 2. As a place to live for some family members, especially the rimata or elders, 3. As a means of traditional parties. Uma as a place to store food such as taro, bananas, sago, and the results of hunted pigs and the results of traditional parties that are salted. In the taileleu community's response to the existence of uma in Mentawai culture for daily life, 1. Uma is still needed, 2. Uma needs to be preserved, 3. Local government attention is needed in preserving uma. Efforts to involve the younger generation to preserve uma in Mentawai culture, 1. Participate in repairing uma that have been deer.
