Abstract

Proses menua merupakan suatu hal yang wajar dan akan dialami oleh semua orang yang dikaruniai umur panjang. Kebanyakan orang takut dengan masa lanjut usia, karena mereka berasumsi bahwa lansia adalah manusia yang tidak berguna, lemah, tidak memiliki semangat hidup, memiliki banyak penyakit, tidak diperhatikan oleh keluarga dan masyarakat, menjadi beban orang lain, maka dari itu sebagian orang sudah merasa stres karena tidak mengetahui kehidupan seperti apa yang dihadapi. Hasil proyeksi penduduk tahun 2022 di Kabupaten Bangkalan sebesar 12,83% yang menandakan bahwa struktur penduduk di Kabupaten Bangkalan tergolong penduduk tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara peran keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia di Polindes Demangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Cross-Sectional. Variabel bebasnya adalah peran keluarga dan variabel terikatnya adalah kualitas hidup lansia. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 balita dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Uji statistik Menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Dari studi tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa 48% dari seluruh lansia memiliki kualitas hidup yang baik karena peran dari keluarga baik pula. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai p = 0,01 < α = 0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara peran keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia di Polindes Demangan Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh tenaga kesehatan untuk lebih memperhatikan para lansia,untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan yang dialami para lansia tak luput dari semakin meningkatnya usia. Pada Lansia masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi diantaranya seperti hipertensi, DM, demensia, katarak dan kanker cervik. Kesehatan reproduksi pada lansia perempuan diantaranya kanker payudara, kanker servik. Hal tersebut menimbulkan bermacam masalah kejiwaan pada lanjut usia seperti ansietas, depresi dan gangguan kualitas tidur yang bisa mempengaruhi kualitas hidup lansia. Dalam masalah tersebut keluarga memiliki peran yang penting untuk membimbing, membantu dan mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh lansia. Peran keluarga sebagai motivator, edukator fasilitator sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia. Hal ini perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan edukasi kepada pihak keluarga memenuhi peran nya sebagai motivator, edukator, dan fasilitator agar lansia memiliki peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia.

Abstract

Among the various family planning services available, vasectomy is still rarely popular with the general public. The purpose of the study was to identify the satisfaction of Vasectomy acceptors at Satya Gatra Surabaya City. The research used a quantitative descriptive design. There are nine variables raised, which are the requirements, mechanism, completion time, cost/tariff, service specifications, competence of implementers, behavior of implementers, handling of service complaints, and facilities and infrastructure. Population, sample and research time, namely all MOP acceptors at Satya Gatra Surabaya City with a total sampling of 35 people in July-August 2024. Data collection methods using a questionnaire and measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis used descriptive analysis with frequency distribution. The results of the study concluded that in the first variable, the answer was satisfied, the 2nd variable was satisfied, the 3rd variable was satisfied, the 4th variable was very satisfied, the 5th variable was very satisfied, the 6th variable was very satisfied, the 7th variable was very satisfied, the 8th variable was satisfied, the 9th variable was satisfied. Although the overall value of the indicator is categorized as satisfied, there are those who have less satisfied answers, namely system indicators, mechanisms, procedures and infrastructure indicators.

Abstract

ABSTRACK. Teenage pregnancy aged 11-19 years in recent decades has become a health problem (WHO). Based on the results of a preliminary study on adolescent attitudes in preventing premarital sex, it was found that 40% had a positive attitude and 60% had a negative attitude. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between adolescent reproductive health knowledge and premaritality pregnancy prevention attitudes. This type of research is correlative analytic of cross sectional design. The Independent variable is reproductive health knowledge and the Dependent variable is the attitude of premarital pregnancy prevention.. The population was 140 with a research sample of 128 respondents. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling, the research was carried out in classes X and XII of SMA 10 East Halmahera Regency on December 1, 2024. The research instrument used a questionnaire, using the chi-square statistical test. From the research results, there is good knowledge, while the attitude towards premarital pregnancy prevention is positive at 70.4%, and reproductive health knowledge is sufficient with a negative attitude towards premarital pregnancy prevention at 68.1%. The chi-square statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.00 (p ≤ 0.05), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant relationship between adolescent reproductive health knowledge and attitudes towards preventing premarital pregnancy at SMA 10, East Halmahera Regency. It is hoped that school agencies and health centers will provide Adolescent Reproductive Health counseling at least 2 times in 1 year to increase adolescent knowledge.
