Abstract

Kajian terhadap kehujahan hadis ahad sebagai sumber ajaran Islam tidaklah sederhana. Ia merupakan salah satu masalah pokok yang penting diketahui, terlebih lagi sebagian besar hadis adalah berstatus ahad dan logika yang bisa kita tangkap dari itu adalah, bahwa sebagian besar ajaran Islam bersandar kepada hadis ahad, jika hadis ahad tidak dapat dijadikan hujah, maka konsekuensinya adalah banyak ajaran Islam yang dipahami dan diyakini mayoritas muslim selama ini akan tergusur. Kemudian pada sisi lain ketokohan Muhammad al-Ghazali dalam dunia keilmuaan Islam, bukanlah sosok yang asing, baik yang mendukung maupun yang menentangnya habis-habisan. Dengan kenyataan tersebut, penulis mencoba membahas pemahaman hadis Muhammad al-Ghazali terutama yang berkaitan dengan masalah hadis ahad.

Abstract

Al-Quran is a book in which it discusses the problems of the world and the hereafter. And the hadith is the official explanation of the Koran. Understanding worldly concepts in al-Quran also requires a process of reasoning through the guidance of the Prophet's sunnah. One of the worldly problems mentioned in al-Quran is the political and ethical basics that must be adhered to in healthy politics in the style of al-Quran. Al-Quran is the principle of life, there is no single problem that exists in the world and even the hereafter unless it is regulated by the guidance and guidance of al-Quran and the valid sunnah, including in the world of politics, even the political character of al-Quran is not comparable. with it, everything is a benefit and blessing if it is used and understood by the right and proper individual. This research uses the thematic method (maudhu'i) about the siyasah verses. The results show that the political characteristics in al-Quran are 1. Bai'at, 2. Shura, 2. Responsibility, 3. Justice, 4. Silaturrahim. If these characters are applied, they will be safe in their career towards Allah SWT. On the contrary, if they do not disobey, they will be misled and get the wrath of the owner of the universe.

Abstract

Adab is an ornament for a student of knowledge, a student of knowledge who has studied PAI (Islamic Religious Education) which in its sub-material contains material related to adab, has good manners towards himself, his teacher and friends and the surrounding environment, in fact PAI learning should be able to make a student of knowledge have good manners on the contrary, such as the occurrence of a very worrying phenomenon such as the crisis of adab from students of knowledge both to their teachers and friends, one of the cases is how dare a student of knowledge disobey his teacher which occurred in Yogyakarta on February 22 2019 in this case, a student of knowledge dared to fight his teacher because his cellphone was confiscated by his teacher, due to this phenomenon the functions and results of PAI learning can be said to be unsuccessful. The purpose of this study is to describe the adab of a knowledge in the book student of Ḥilyatu Ṭālib Al-‘Ilmi by Shaykh Bakr bin Abdullah Abu Zaid and its implications for PAI learning which is expected to be a solution in an effort to improve the quality of education and form students who have manners in accordance with the Law System. National Education (SISDIKNAS) no. 20 of 2003 which one of the goals is to make humans have noble character. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of library research (library research). Researchers are the key instrument in research, collecting data using techniques library research. Research data analysis was carried out in the form of data reduction, data presentation/display, and data conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that the adab of theknowledge in the book of student of Ḥilyatu Ṭālib Al-‘Ilmi has implications for PAI learning, especially the material on adab for a student of knowledge.

Abstract

Bicara pendidikan, tentu tidak luput dari pembicaraan tentang manusia. Manusia sebagai pelaku dalam pendidikan memegang peranan yang urgen dalam menentukan arah sebuah sistem maupun model pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan dapat dirumuskan sebagai upaya terprogram mengantisipasi perubahan sosial oleh pendidik dan membantu subyek didik dan satuan sosial berkembang ke tingkat yang lebih baik dengan cara/jalan yang juga baik. Antropologi berasal dari bahasa Inggris “anthropology”, berarti “ilmu tentang manusia”. Pada awalnya istilah ini dipergunakan dalam arti yang lain, yaitu “ilmu tentang ciri-ciri tubuh manusia” atau disebut sebagai “ilmu anatomi”). Dalam pendidikan Islam, konsep tentang manusia sering diistilahkan dengan al-insān, al-nās, al-basyār, serta bani adam yang masing-masing memiliki makna yang berbeda-beda satu sama lain. Kesemuanya merupakan istilah-istilah yang diambil dari al-Qur‟an. Kata insan digunakan al-Qur‟an untuk menunjuk kepada manusia dengan segala totalitasnya, jiwa, dan raga. Selain kata al-insan, al-Quran juga menyebut istilah al-nas yang memiliki makna berkaitan dengan interaksi kehidupan manusia yang bersifat kolektif, seperti kepemimpinan, perubahan sosial, dan perubahan alam, al-basyar yang menunjukkan pada gambaran manusia secara materi yang dapat dilihat seperti makan, minum, berjalan, dan berusaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. sedangkan bani adam yang menunjukkan manusia dari sudut keturunannya, yaitu manusia keturunan dari Nabi Adam a.s. Berkaitan dengan pendidik dan peserta didik, tentu tidak bisa dilepaskan dari pembicaran tentang manusia, lebih khusus lagi tentang fitrah manusia. Pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan dua unsur dalam pendidikan yang diperankan oleh manusia. Dalam hal ini keduanya merupakan unsur yang paling sering mengadakan interaksi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pendidik dan peserta didik dalam hal ini selalu terlibat dalam aktivitas kebudayaan khususnya budaya pendidikan. Dalam pendidikan Islam, pendidik adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap perkembangan peserta didik dengan upaya mengembangkan seluruh potensi peserta didik, baik potensi afekti (rasa), kognitif (cipta), maupun psikomotorik (karsa).

Abstract

Guru dituntut tampil ideal dalam segala hal baik di depan siswa maupun saat bersinggungan dengan komunitas di sekitar lingkungan persekolahan. Era disrupsi yang kini sedang dihadapi memaksa guru untuk menyesuaikan diri secara gesit. Sebab, perubahan yang terjadi di dalamnya sangat cepat sehingga pola-pola lama dalam sistem kehidupan dengan segera tergantikan dengan pola-pola baru. Memang yang paling terdampak pertama kali adalah bidang bisnis. Akan tetapi, institusi pendidikan pun dengan segera akan juga terkena imbas dari perubahan yang sangat cepat dari era disrupsi ini. Artikel ini berusaha mengkaji tentang bagaimana seharusnya guru menampilkan dirinya dengan beragam kompetensi sehingga benar-benar dapat bertransformasi menjadi sosok guru teladan yang dapat menggerakkan orang-orang di sekitarnya ke arah kebaikan. Terlebih pada kondisi sekarang yang segalanya perlu penyesuaian sesegera mungkin agar tidak lantas tergantikan perannya oleh keberadaan produk-produk teknologi seperti artificial intellegence, dan semacamnya. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan berbasis pada studi kepustakaan (library research). Temuan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI di era disrupsi harus meningkatkan berbagai kompetensinya (kepribadian, profesional, pedagogik, sosial) agar bisa terus eksis di tengah tantangan kehidupan karena gencarnya penggunaan teknologi yang ternyata di samping bisa meningkatkan produktivitas karena bisa mempermudah kerja manusia juga memiliki peluang untuk dimanfaakan dalam hal-hal negatif

Abstract

The era of globalization brings changes that occur in society. Especially in the development of technology is now increasingly sophisticated which brings us to various conveniences, such as means of communication and the dissemination of information that is getting faster. The dissemination of information that is not accompanied by existing field facts will present various chaos in social media, one of which is the emergence of the Spill the Tea phenomenon which is a pronoun for gossip or gossip. This article aims to find out how the spill the tea phenomenon as a representation of virtual gossip in terms of Islam and citizenship. The method used in this research is literature study focusing on data or information related to the subject matter under study. Data collection through books or recent journals related to the research topic, then the data is analyzed descriptively to unravel the problem.

Abstract

Black campaigning has become an increasingly troubling issue in the modern political context, including in general elections. The Islamic view of this phenomenon confirms that such actions fall into the category of despicable behavior that must be avoided. In the study of fikih siyasah and Islamic religious teachings, black campaigns are considered to involve actions that are contrary to the moral and ethical principles taught by religion. The practice of black campaigning can cause conflict, division, and distrust in the community towards the ruling government. The use of sensitive issues such as SARA can also worsen the atmosphere and damage national unity. This research uses a literature study that aims to look at the Islamic view of black campaigns, as well as their impact on society and the democratic process.

Abstract

The massive patriarchal culture in society, misunderstanding of religion and unequal power in the family have resulted in high rates of domestic violence in Indonesia, where women are often the victims of violence. This violence often leads to divorce, while the wife is always the loser. This article discusses the importance of gender equality in Islamic family law as an effort to break the chain of domestic violence and achieve the goal of a harmonious marriage. This article uses the library research method by collecting literature related to domestic violence and family law in Indonesia. The analysis is conducted using the normative-inductive method with a gender justice approach, focusing on the position of men and women in the marriage relationship. In the discussion, this article reviews domestic violence, the forms of violence that occur, as well as the causes of domestic violence elaboration of family regulations in Muslim countries. Efforts to eliminate domestic violence and create harmonious families require the implementation of gender equality in family law. This is key to ensuring the well-being and protection of all family members, as well as to achieving the essence of the purpose of marriage in Islam.

Abstract

Principles of Islamic Education Omar Mohammad Al-Toumy Al-Syaibani's views reflect the philosophical basis of education in Islam. According to Asy-Syaibani, education is based on the principles of monotheism, the Koran and Hadith, with an emphasis on forming a personality with noble character. Furthermore, Islamic education, in his view, combines knowledge about the world, promotes social justice, and maintains balance between religion and the world. Intercultural cooperation is also an important value in this educational model. These principles provide a foundation for the development of individuals who have faith and integrity and play an active role in building a better society.

Abstract

The role of a central teacher (Islamic teacher or educator) has a very significant impact in guiding generations of believers through Islamic education. Islamic education is not just a transfer of religious knowledge, but is also an effort to shape individual character, morals and spirituality. In this context, the central teacher has a big responsibility to form a strong religious understanding and practice in the younger generation. This article explains the role of the central teacher in guiding the generation of believers in Islamic education. Mualim are living role models for students, they are not only teachers, but also role models in morals and religion. In this process, the central teacher becomes an intermediary between tradition and modernity. This article is about the importance of the central role of the teacher in guiding generations of believers through Islamic education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in an educational context that continues to develop. Through these efforts, the younger generation can grow into individuals who have faith, morals, and are ready to face the dynamics of the contemporary world.
