As a process of knowledge transformation that will underlie the attitude of life of a Muslim, a qualified strategy is needed to teach the true teachings of Islam to the younger generation. The challenge for the current generation (millennial) is the opening of all channels of information that are very easy to obtain but not accompanied by good assistance from teachers and parents, so they are prone to absorb wrong information or even information that is not suitable for the size of the mind and soul. The next problem that occurs at this time is the reduced role of a teacher in shaping character and providing teaching materials that they should receive. This paper will invite to explore how the process of transformation of Islamic education was exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad and the Archangel Jibril before his companions regarding the methods used and what materials should be taught as the basis of Islamic knowledge. This research will use the literature method through the hadith literature and books that recite the hadith. The author also uses a philosophical and hermeneutic approach in understanding this hadith to get a new understanding but not out of an educational context. The research results from the understanding of this hadith are that a teacher plays a central role in the process of Islamic education so that teachers are expected to be able to appear as role models in front of their students, not display disgrace and personal ugliness, show friendly behavior to their students, have healthy scientific interactions, and teach basic things that are important in Islam according to the capacity of the soul and mind of the student.

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi budaya risiko pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Pematang Serai di Kabupaten Langkat. Penerapan budaya risiko menjadi sangat penting mengingat BUMDes sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi desa perlu memiliki ketahanan dalam menghadapi berbagai risiko usaha. Metode pelaksanaan program ini dilakukan melalui serangkaian kegiatan edukasi yang meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan workshop mengenai identifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, serta strategi mitigasi risiko. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah terbentuknya kesadaran pengurus dan anggota BUMDes akan pentingnya manajemen risiko, serta tersusunnya pedoman pengelolaan risiko yang sesuai dengan karakteristik usaha BUMDes Pematang Serai. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep manajemen risiko sebesar 75%, terbentuknya tim pengelola risiko di tingkat BUMDes, serta tersusunnya dokumen manual manajemen risiko yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam operasional BUMDes. Program ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme pengelolaan BUMDes dan memperkuat fondasi bisnis desa untuk pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. This Community Partnership Program aims to improve the understanding and implementation of risk culture in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Pematang Serai in Langkat Regency. The implementation of risk culture is very important considering that BUMDes as the driving force of the village economy needs to have resilience in facing various business risks. The method of implementing this program is carried out through a series of educational activities including training, mentoring, and workshops on risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation strategies. The specific target to be achieved is the formation of awareness of BUMDes administrators and members of the importance of risk management, as well as the preparation of risk management guidelines that are in accordance with the characteristics of the Permatang Serai BUMDes business. The results of this program show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of risk management by 75%, the formation of a risk management team at the BUMDes level, and the preparation of a manual risk management document that can be implemented in BUMDes operations. This program has a positive impact on improving the professionalism of BUMDes management and strengthening the foundation of village businesses for sustainable community economic development.

The study of Qawā’id Fiqhiyyah or Islamic legal maxims, plays a crucial role in contemporary legal analysis and application within Indonesian Islamic jurisprudence. This research explores the brief historical evolution and modern utilization of these legal maxims, emphasizing their significance in shaping legal outcomes in Indonesia's dynamic socio-religious landscape. The study aims to shed light on how Qawā’id Fiqhiyyah has been adapted and integrated into the Indonesian legal system, providing a framework for resolving complex legal issues in a manner consistent with Islamic principles. This research examines the evolution of Qawā’id Fiqhiyyah (Islamic legal maxims), exploring their foundational roots in classical Islamic jurisprudence and analyzing their adaptation and relevance in contemporary Indonesian legal and societal contexts. It highlights how these maxims have provided a bridge between traditional Islamic law and the modern legal challenges faced by a diverse Muslim population. The research method employed includes a qualitative analysis of legal texts and case studies, offering a comprehensive overview of the practical application of these maxims. The results reveal that Qawā’id Fiqhiyyah has been instrumental in providing clarity and consistency in legal reasoning, contributing to a more coherent and adaptable legal system. The research identifies specific maxims frequently applied in Indonesian jurisprudence and analyzes their impact on legal decisions and policymaking. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of Qawā’id Fiqhiyyah as a vital tool in the Indonesian legal context, advocating for their continued evolution and adaptation to meet the needs of an ever-changing society.
