Abstract

Violence in higher education remains a serious issue that may threaten students’ safety, well-being, and the quality of the academic environment. Strengthening students’ understanding of violence prevention and management is therefore essential to support the implementation of a safe and inclusive campus policy. This community service activity aimed to strengthen first-year students’ understanding of the Prevention and Management of Violence in Higher Education (PPKPT) through a socialization program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. The activity was conducted on 26 January 2026 involving 115 first-semester students using a lecture-based approach followed by interactive discussions. Participants’ understanding was evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments. The evaluation results showed that the average score increased from 61.4 before the activity to 84.8 after the activity, while the proportion of participants achieving a minimum score of 75 increased from 27.8% to 87.8%. These findings indicate that the socialization program effectively improved students’ understanding of violence prevention, reporting mechanisms, and their role in creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive academic environment. Educational socialization is therefore an effective preventive strategy for supporting the implementation of violence prevention policies in higher education.

Abstract

Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah menyebabkan Bank Sampah di Desa Kebagoran belum berfungsi secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat sebagai upaya reaktivasi Bank Sampah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui observasi, wawancara, penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan pemasangan plang edukasi mengenai usia penguraian sampah. Kegiatan melibatkan pemerintah desa, pengurus Bank Sampah, kader, ketua RT, dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pemilahan sampah, penerapan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), serta manfaat ekonomi Bank Sampah. Selain itu, plang edukasi menjadi media informasi yang mendukung perubahan perilaku masyarakat agar tidak membuang sampah sembarangan. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam mendukung reaktivasi Bank Sampah sehingga diperlukan edukasi berkelanjutan dan dukungan berbagai pihak agar pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat dapat berjalan secara optimal.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped contractual relationships, particularly in digital economic transactions. Electronic agreements offer efficiency and convenience but also raise evidentiary challenges concerning party authentication, document integrity, electronic signatures, system reliability, and transaction traceability. This study examines the legal position and evidentiary strength of electronic agreements in digital economic transactions. It proposes a reconstruction of evidentiary mechanisms to strengthen legal certainty and protect the parties. Using normative juridical research with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, the study analyzes Indonesian legal regulations and the development of electronic evidence in civil proceedings. The findings show that Indonesian law recognizes electronic information and electronic documents as legally valid evidence. However, their evidentiary strength depends on establishing the authenticity, integrity, reliability, and traceability of electronic transactions. Accordingly, this study proposes a Four-Parameter Reconstruction Model comprising Authentication, Integrity, System Reliability, and Transaction Traceability. The model provides an integrated framework for verifying the identity and authority of contracting parties, maintaining document integrity, assessing system reliability, and establishing verifiable transaction trails. The study concludes that the model can strengthen evidentiary mechanisms, legal certainty, balanced party protection, trust, and efficiency in the digital economy.
