Abstract

A private infant and toddler care clinic in the South Tangerang area, Omah Bayi, faces problems in managing reservations and patient data. During this time, reservations were recorded in a book and scheduling was done verbally. This causes inefficiency and increases the possibility of data recording errors. To solve this problem, a web-based reservation system was developed using the rapid application development (RAD) method. This method involves requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing, with the support of technologies such as PHP and MySQL. The designed system effectively shortens the turnaround time of the reservation process and patient data management. Test results show that reservation recording time is reduced from 10 minutes to two minutes (80% faster), and monthly report preparation time is reduced from two hours to 10 minutes (92% faster). This research aimed to create a digital solution that will not only improve the clinic's operational efficiency and prevent data duplication but will also make services more accessible to patients. It is expected that the implementation of this system will be the first step towards the clinic's digital transformation and will have a positive impact on the development of healthcare services in the future.

Abstract

The convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT), known as the artificial intelligence of things (AIoT), represents a transformative leap in technology. This study investigated societal readiness for AIoT adoption and identified key factors influencing the readiness. The researchers used technology readiness index (TRI) model and broken down the model into the online survey’s instrument. The study used about 129 samples for examining the used variables, i.e., perceptions of innovation, technological skills, social and cultural influences, regulatory factors, and digital literacy. The authors employed partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS 3.0 to analyze the relationships between the variables of the model. The results highlighted innovation as a significant driver of societal readiness, while factors like discomfort have a lesser impact. Security and optimism also played moderate roles in shaping readiness. These findings offer crucial insights for stakeholders of the AIoT implementation by providing a foundation for strategies that promote the successful integration of AIoT into society. The study contributes to the broader discourse on technology adoption, offering a roadmap for enhancing societal preparedness.

Abstract

This research aims to measure Smart City readiness using the SNI ISO 37122:2019 standard. This research uses quantitative methods to collect data and analyze Smart City readiness. The data collected includes indicators set out in the SNI ISO 37122:2019 standard. The results of this research can be used as a guide for the government and stakeholders in developing and improving Smart Cities.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance (ITG) aligns IT and business transformation in schools. Private schools need to implement a method to evaluate the process of aligning IT strategy with business strategy and whether IT investment supports business objectives.  What factors influence the ITG of selected Indonesia High School (HS) aligning IT-Business strategy? Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is a tool for analyzing the ITG model results in this study. The result is the composition of 9 variables with four independent variables (as structure mechanism variables), four dependent variables (as process and relational mechanism variables), and the ITG variable (as the final variable) shows a significant value of 0.75 at the ITG variable. This considerable value means that the ITG supporting variables of four independent and four dependent variables significantly affect the ITG variable by 75%. This study provides information if the system trust variable is increasing due to the influence of good IT strategy (independent) variables and good business (dependent) variables. The recommendation is that this ITG trust model can be used to evaluate the alignment of IT strategy with business strategy and whether IT investment supports business objectives in HS
