This study aims to examine the role of educational management, conflict management, the use of learning media, and digital technology in improving the quality of the learning process and educational outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, drawing data from scientific books, journal articles, conference proceedings, and other relevant academic documents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive-qualitative techniques through the processes of identifying, categorizing, and interpreting various concepts and research findings related to the topic of study. The results of the review indicate that educational management plays an important role in managing various educational resources systematically through managerial functions such as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling so that educational goals can be achieved optimally. In addition, conflict within educational organizations is an unavoidable phenomenon; therefore, the implementation of effective conflict management is necessary to maintain organizational harmony, improve communication, and strengthen cooperation among individuals. The quality of the learning process is also strongly influenced by teachers’ ability to utilize learning media and digital technology to create more interactive, innovative, and relevant learning experiences in line with current developments. Therefore, the integration of effective educational management, constructive conflict management, the utilization of learning media, and the optimal use of digital technology becomes an important factor in improving the quality of education and producing competent human resources with global competitiveness
