Abstract

Rumput laut coklat memiliki potensi sebagai antioksidan alami.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Turbinaria conoides dan Sargassum cristaefolium yang diekstraksi menggunakan metanol untuk mengetahui golongan pigmen dan aktivtias peredaman radikal bebas DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2- picrylhidrazyl).  Golongan pigmen dianalisis menggunakan spektrofotometer pada panjang gelombang 200-800 nm,  aktivitas peredaman radikal bebas DPPH mengikuti metode Blois (1958) yang digunakan oleh Vijayabaskar dan Shiyamala (2012). Hasil analisis spektrofotometer ekstrak T. conoides dan S. cristaefolium  diperoleh panjang gelombang puncak 416 dan 411 nm yang diidentifikasi sebagai karotenoid, 618 dan 619 nm adalah phycocyanin, serta 665 dan 661 nm yang diidentifikasi sebagai klorofil.  Ekstrak T. conoides menunjukkan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi dengan nilai  IC50 = 220 ppm dan S. cristaefolium memiliki nilai IC50 = 1603 ppm namun keduanya masih tergolong agen antioksidan lemah (IC50 > 200 ppm).

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Test the feasibility of animated video media in improving student learning outcomes. (2) Test the practicality of animated video media in improving student learning outcomes. (3) Test the effectiveness of animated video media in improving student learning outcomes. This animated video was compiled using the ADDIE model research and development method.. The level of feasibility of the animated video was obtained from the media expert validator and the material expert validator who were analyzed and obtained the standard gain value and criteria for determining effectiveness as an increase in student learning outcomes. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Animated Video Media has been produced that is suitable for use, reviewed from the assessment of suitability by the material validator, namely 90% with the category (very suitable) and the media validator obtained a score of 84.7% (very suitable) to improve the science learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students; (2) The practicality of animated video media with the category (very practical) with a score of 93.5; (3) the increase in the effectiveness of students' science learning through Animated Video Media is 70 with the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educational management, conflict management, the use of learning media, and digital technology in improving the quality of the learning process and educational outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, drawing data from scientific books, journal articles, conference proceedings, and other relevant academic documents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive-qualitative techniques through the processes of identifying, categorizing, and interpreting various concepts and research findings related to the topic of study. The results of the review indicate that educational management plays an important role in managing various educational resources systematically through managerial functions such as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling so that educational goals can be achieved optimally. In addition, conflict within educational organizations is an unavoidable phenomenon; therefore, the implementation of effective conflict management is necessary to maintain organizational harmony, improve communication, and strengthen cooperation among individuals. The quality of the learning process is also strongly influenced by teachers’ ability to utilize learning media and digital technology to create more interactive, innovative, and relevant learning experiences in line with current developments. Therefore, the integration of effective educational management, constructive conflict management, the utilization of learning media, and the optimal use of digital technology becomes an important factor in improving the quality of education and producing competent human resources with global competitiveness
