This study was conducted due to the relatively low learning achievements of fifth-grade students at SDN 13 Pasar Remaja, Sawahlunto City, in Pancasila Education. Contributing factors included students’ limited understanding and idea development, low participation in group activities, incomplete teaching materials prepared by the teacher, and a learning process still largely dominated by teacher explanations. Therefore, this research aimed to examine improvements in student learning outcomes through the implementation of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model in Pancasila Education. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches and was carried out in two cycles: the first cycle comprising two meetings and the second cycle one meeting. Each cycle involved planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects included the class teacher and 23 students. Data were collected through evaluation of the Lesson Plan (RPM), classroom observation, and assessment of student learning outcomes using test and non-test instruments. The findings indicated improvements in all observed areas: RPM evaluation rose from 89.58% in Cycle I to 95.83% in Cycle II, teacher and student activity increased from 90% to 95%, and student learning outcomes improved from 72.32% to 83.86%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model is effective in enhancing the learning achievements of fifth-grade students in Pancasila Education at SDN 13 Pasar Remaja, Sawahlunto City.
