<![CDATA[. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in science and science due to the less than optimal use of various learning models and approaches. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role playing learning model with a deep learning approach on learning outcomes, science and science of elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design of one group pretest-posttest type. The research subjects were 23 students who were determined through saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out through learning outcome tests in the form of pretests and posttests. The research instrument has passed the validity test (90) and reliability of 0.7585, as well as analysis of discriminatory power and level of difficulty of the questions. Data were analyzed through a normality test of 0.084 and hypothesis testing using a paired sample t test with the help of SPSS 22. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the learning model. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of 8.902 which is greater than the t table of 21.578, so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.
