Abstract

The lack of contextual teaching materials integrated with local wisdom has contributed to the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) at SD Inpres Nunur. This study aimed to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of a Danding local wisdom-based module in improving students' learning outcomes. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The participants were 27 fourth-grade students of SD Inpres Nunur, East Manggarai Regency. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and learning achievement tests. The instruments included expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, as well as pretest and posttest questions. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative analysis, percentage analysis, Paired Sample t-Test, and N-Gain analysis. The results indicated that the developed module was highly feasible, with material expert validation reaching 96.87%, language expert validation 91.66%, and media expert validation 92.30%. The module was also categorized as highly practical based on teacher responses (100%) and student responses (95.82%). Furthermore, the module effectively improved students' learning outcomes, as indicated by the Paired Sample t-Test significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and an N-Gain score of 0.8453, which falls into the high category. Therefore, the Danding local wisdom-based module is considered highly feasible, practical, and effective for improving IPAS learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru di SDK Santo Yoseph 2 Naikoten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto yang bersifat asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 14 guru, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh ( total sampling ). Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan skala likert dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk, uji lineaitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan yang linier antara variabel kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan persamaan regresi Y = 22,832 + 0,720X, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 4,143, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Hâ‚€) ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan guru. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,589 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 58,9% variasi kedisiplinan guru dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, sedangkan 41,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
