The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the mental health of people worldwide, including in Indonesia. This article aims to explore and examine the relationship between the COVID-19 pandemic and the legal policies governing mental health in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and legislation, this article highlights the main challenges in the implementation of mental health law during the pandemic, such as social stigma, limited access to mental health services, and a lack of resources. In addition, the opportunity for integrating community-based mental health services was also discussed as a reform step. Through this analysis, it is hoped that solutions can be found to strengthen the legal framework that supports mental health more effectively, including recommendations for policy improvements and implementation strategies for the future. Research findings indicate that policy reform and improved accessibility to mental health services are crucial steps for enhancing the mental well-being of the community during the pandemic.

In this digital age, interactions between patients and doctors are increasingly moving to social media platforms, which can have a significant impact on the accessibility and affordability of healthcare services. However, it is important to note that when medical consultations take place online, new legal challenges arise in terms of information confidentiality, professional responsibility, and patient protection. This journal addresses the issue of legal protection for patients who communicate with doctors via social media. This study examines the legal framework governing online medical consultations, including patient privacy rights, doctors' professional ethics, and legal accountability. The emphasis is on identifying potential legal gaps and developing solutions to improve legal protection for patients in this context. This journal's approach aims to contribute to the development of appropriate and convincing regulations to address legal issues that arise as communication technology advances.

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and brand perception on consumer purchasing decisions based on a literature review. Price perception and brand strength are two important factors that can influence consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. Through a literature review of various relevant studies, this study found that high price perception tends to increase consumer trust and brand loyalty, which ultimately drives positive purchasing decisions. In addition, a strong brand can increase the perception of value at price and provide a competitive advantage in the market. The results of this study indicate that both product price and brand play an important role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, so companies need to integrate price perception improvement strategies and effective brand management to improve sales performance.

This article explores the implementation of criminal sanctions against the President of Indonesia for constitutional violations, focusing on the interplay of executive power and oversight mechanisms. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the limitations of law enforcement agencies and the necessity of preventive measures to avert such violations, aiming to maintain constitutional integrity and stability. The study critically examines the impeachment process as outlined in Articles 7A and 7B of the 1945 Constitution, highlighting its classification as a political decision and the roles of key institutions such as the MPR (People's Consultative Assembly), DPR (House of Representatives), and MK (Constitutional Court). The findings reveal that the impeachment mechanism, while necessary for upholding the rule of law, faces challenges including politicization and inefficacy in resolving political conflicts, which may lead to societal polarization. The article calls for a thorough evaluation of the impeachment process to identify weaknesses and enhance transparency, fairness, and community participation. Ultimately, it argues that a well-functioning impeachment mechanism is crucial for preserving democracy, maintaining the integrity of state institutions, and ensuring justice within the Indonesian political system.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design with a stable model in the teaching process to develop innovative and effective work practices in the workplace. Innovation is the process of improving work according to the needs of employees. Employee training and development have become an important component of today's organizational strategy to achieve competitive advantage. By adopting a dynamic business environment, companies are encouraged to enhance employee competencies to remain relevant and competitive. If employees are encouraged to be creative and innovative, then innovation will come to fruition. It will become necessary when someone decides to engage in non-routine cognitive work. Learning and growth are very important among the many growth resource practices that help employees continuously enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for innovation. It is important for organizations to focus on developing innovative behavior among their employees in order to drive innovation. Employees are not always supported by their employers to be innovative and to understand the importance of innovation as well as the need to learn the skills that are prerequisites for innovative work. All of this shows that structured learning programs tailored to the field can enhance students' technical abilities, mastery of soft skills, and work ethic. In addition, the continuation of development has proven to have a positive impact on the overall performance of the organization. This conceptual model explores how non-routine work can be effectively accomplished through innovative work practices.

The internet has become a necessary component of daily life in our digital age, especially for those in the business sector. This has prompted the development of numerous internet marketing techniques that businesses employ to connect with customers. This study aims to investigate how online marketing tactics affect customer purchase decisions. Quantitative research methodologies are used in this work. Customers that make online purchases of goods or services make up the study population. Using a random sampling technique, 200 consumers made up the research sample. The SPSS software is then used to examine the data that has been gathered. The findings demonstrated the influence of internet marketing tactics on customer purchase decisions. Consequently, businesses must be aware of the internet marketing techniques employed to consumers and increase sales.

Digitalization has become an important part of the global economic transformation, impacting various fields, including the manufacturing sector. The focus of this research is how digitalization impacts economic performance and productivity in the industrial sector in Indonesia. It has been shown that productivity, operational efficiency, and financial performance improve by using secondary data obtained from websites and online papers that utilize digital technology in their operations. There is evidence that technologies such as automation, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence (AI) can help businesses become more efficient and competitive. This result shows that digitalization is a key factor in facing competition in Industry 4.0.

As more people utilize the internet, network security has grown in importance. The internet has an impact on practically every part of life, including the employment. Located in the Tambun Utara District of Bekasi Regency, the Setia Mekar Village Hall office is a public service location. It now relies on a single wireless access point to connect to the internet and uses Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technology to meet the demands of the community for a variety of internet-related reasons, including administrative and other services. In order to prevent numerous criminal risks, wireless networks need to be well-secured. As such, a security analysis of the network utilizing the Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) method a framework or set of guidelines used as a reference for conducting network penetration testing is required. The types of attacks that circumvent MAC authentication and ARP spoofing were tested five times using a Kali Linux virtual machine. The results showed that although there were three failures and two successes in cracking the encryption. The test findings indicate that the wireless network security system is fairly secure; however, in order to bolster security and reduce the likelihood of crime, a number of changes to the network architecture and configuration system are required.

The success of an educational institution is influenced by the quality of education, as education plays a central role in shaping character and preparing future generations. This research aims to analyze the factors that hinder efforts to improve the quality of education at SD Negeri Lambangjaya 02, Tambun Selatan. This research uses a qualitative approach of case study type. Data collection was conducted using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the obstacles to improving the quality of education at State Elementary School Lambangjaya 02 include limited facilities and infrastructure, a lack of parental involvement, and challenges in school management. Thus, this requires the role of various elements such as school management, teacher qualifications, parental support, and educational facilities in improving the quality of education.
