Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) terhadap Belanja Modal di kota Jayapura. Adapun jenis data dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan. Dimana data yang dikumpulkan bersumber dari laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kota Jayapura. Data berbentuk berkala (time series) dengan periode dari tahun 2010-2018 (8 tahun) sehingga hasil penelitian ini merupakan hasil penggunaan data selama periode tersebut. Analisis data bertujuan menyederhanakan data kedalam bentuk yang lebih mudah dibaca dan di interprestasikan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Belanja Modal. Data yang diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS seri 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial Pendapatan Asli daerah berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal di kota Jayapura. Secara simultan variebel PAD, DAU dan DAK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal di kotaJayapura. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Belanja Modal.   ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF LOCAL REVENUE, GENERAL ALLOCATION FUND, AND SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND ON CAPITAL EXPENDITURE IN JAYAPURA CITY ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effects of Local Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on Capital Expenditure in city of Jayapura. The data type is secondary and sourced from various reports—namely the financial statements of the Jayapura City Government. The data is in the form of a periodic (time series) from 2010 to 2018. Data analysis aims to simplify data into a form that is easier to read and interpret. The analytical tool is a multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure. Data were processed using the IBM SPSS version 16 software. The result shows that, partially, the Local Revenue have a negative and significant effect on Capital Expenditure. The General Allocation Fund has a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure. The Special Allocation Fund has a negative and insignificant effect on Capital Expenditure in Jayapura city. Simultaneously, the variability of PAD, DAU, and DAK has a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure in Jayapura. Abstract

This research generally have aims to analisys income growth comparative in five customary territory since 2021 – 2018 at Papua Province. Data be used in secondary data, The method be used to analysis with make discreption kualitatif and finaly the output analysis will be kuantitatif, The result of analysis is 1) the research found different level of independence between region it’s mean inequality in independency. Abstract

This study is: 1) To analyze the economic growth trends (GRDP on the basis of 2010 constant prices) of Papua Province during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely from 2020 to 2021. 2) To compare the economic growth of Papua province with other provinces during the period. This study used secondary data obtained through the website of the Central Statistics Agency, as well as Bank Indonesia. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The research employs literature review to retrieve data, as well as referrals from various sources to support the study. The results show that: 1) GRDP growth rate from 2010 to 2020 was 2.39 percent, and 15.11 percent in 2021. In comparison with 2019, the growth is -15.74 percent, significantly higher than 2019. 2) Papua's economic growth exceeds that of other provinces in Indonesia. Supported by the primary sector, namely mining and quarrying, which expanded by a substantial amount of 29.92 percent. In addition to the primary sector, the tertiary sector also contributes to growth, namely information and communication (5.35 percent), health services (5.17 percent), and the secondary sector, which grew by 3.84 percent.Keywords: Economic growth rate, GRDP, Covid-19.
