Abstract

ABSTRACT The result of preliminary studies was found that Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) Performance is not yet optimal. Of the many factors that cause is found, Career Development and work motivation is the most dominant factor of influence. Therefore the formulated problem include : how career development, work motivation, and Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance. How was significant on career development and work motivation to Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang by partial and simultan. . The research of target is obtaining empiric evidence and finding clarity of phenomenon and also conclusion about the influence of career development and work motivation to Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang. The research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sampling technique was used sensus method. Data analysis techniques is to expose each variable we,it used range scale. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of career development and work motivation. The conclusion from the examination that : 1. Career Development at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is quite good. 2. Work Motivation at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is high. 3. Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is quite high. 4. Career development Influence directly to Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang 5. Work motivation Influence directly to Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang. 6. career development and work motivation Simultaneously influence to Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang. Abstract

This study examines the role of participative leadership as a mediator between time management and customer satisfaction on service performance in Indonesian service companies. A quantitative analysis was conducted with a sample of 150 respondents, utilizing a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results revealed that time management and customer satisfaction have significant direct positive effects on service performance, while participative leadership acts as a significant mediator in both relationships. Specifically, participative leadership enhances the impact of time management and customer satisfaction on service performance, suggesting its pivotal role in improving organizational outcomes. The findings emphasize the importance of cultivating participative leadership styles and optimizing time management practices and customer satisfaction strategies to enhance service performance in service-oriented industries. This study contributes to the literature on leadership, time management, and customer satisfaction in service performance contexts and offers practical implications for management practices in Indonesian service companies.

Abstract

Di tengah tantangan global seperti pascapandemi dan tingginya burnout perawat, peningkatan kinerja tenaga keperawatan menjadi sebuah prioritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sebanyak 14 artikel terpilih dari 650 artikel yang ditelusuri dalam rentang tahun 2021–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas studi menemukan kompetensi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Namun, satu penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, karena perawat tetap menjalnkan tugasnya sesuai dengan SOP yang ditetapkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya ketidakkonsistenan yang menjadi celah riset (research gap). Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen SDM keperawatan dengan menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi teknis dan penguatan motivasi kerja guna mendorong kinerja optimal

Abstract

The purpose of this systematic literature review is to examine whether employee performance is influenced by work motivation and transformational leadership style. Low employee performance in various companies is often associated with ineffective leadership and low motivation. In this review, the PRISMA method was used to conduct a systematic literature search. This study limited the search to journal articles published between 2021 and 2025. The researchers conducted a search in the Google Scholar database and obtained a number of articles. After screening based on title, abstract, and removal of duplicates, only ten articles met the criteria to be used as references in this study. The results of the literature review indicate that most studies found a positive relationship between transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. However, some studies also reported that these two factors did not significantly influence employee performance. These findings provide important insights for organizations in assessing the effectiveness of leadership styles and motivation strategies to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the role of sustainable leadership in higher education in supporting education for sustainable development (ESD) and innovation within Indonesian universities. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 175 respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that sustainable leadership has a significant positive effect on both ESD and innovation. Moreover, ESD itself exerts a strong positive influence on innovation and mediates the relationship between sustainable leadership and innovation. The model demonstrates substantial explanatory power, with R² values of 0.56 for ESD and 0.63 for innovation, and good predictive relevance (Q² > 0). These findings highlight the importance of embedding sustainability principles in leadership practices and integrating ESD into academic programs, research, and institutional culture. For Indonesian higher education, the results suggest that innovation is best achieved when leadership practices are grounded in sustainability values, thus enabling universities to contribute more effectively to sustainable development and national innovation goals.

Abstract

This research paper presents a bibliometric analysis of social entrepreneurship and leadership literature to identify key themes, trends, and collaborative patterns within the field. The study uses VOSviewer software to visualize co-authorship networks and generate keyword co-occurrence maps. Data was collected from the Scopus database, focusing on publications from 2013 to this year. The results show six distinct clusters of research themes: social justice, corporate social responsibility, social capital, social class, social leadership, and power. Trend analysis shows a steady increase in research outcomes, underscoring the growing importance of social entrepreneurship and leadership in addressing societal challenges. In addition, the authors' collaboration network shows a thriving research community with active cross-disciplinary collaborations. This visualization provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, facilitating the identification of influential works, research gaps, and potential areas for collaboration in social entrepreneurship and leadership.

Abstract

Industri kecil dan menengah (IKM) menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola kinerja karyawan secara efektif, terutama ketika sistem penilaian masih dilakukan secara manual dan subjektif. Djeroe Kedai, sebuah kedai kopi di Kota Karawang, mengalami kesulitan dalam memantau produktivitas karyawan dan memberikan umpan balik yang terstruktur. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas karyawan. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, serta pelatihan kepada manajemen dan karyawan. Sistem yang diterapkan mencakup dashboard pemantauan kinerja real-time, sistem penilaian berbasis Key Performance Indicators (KPI), serta fitur umpan balik berkala. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan sistem, menggunakan survei kepuasan, analisis data kinerja, serta wawancara mendalam. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dalam evaluasi kinerja, di mana penilaian kini terdokumentasi dengan lebih baik dan berbasis data objektif. Karyawan lebih memahami pencapaian mereka serta mendapatkan umpan balik yang lebih terstruktur, sehingga motivasi dan produktivitas meningkat. Selain itu, penerimaan terhadap teknologi digital juga mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan pelatihan intensif. Dengan keberhasilan ini, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi model bagi IKM lain dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk manajemen kinerja.
