Abstract

This study aims to determine the business feasibility of Sk computer, through financial analysis aspects and non-financial analysis aspects. Where each aspect of this analysis becomes a basic assessment to determine feasibility in business. The analysis method used uses several analyzes from financial analysis aspects including financial aspects, market and marketing aspects, and non-financial aspects including human resources aspects, environmental aspects, cultural and economic aspects, and legal aspects. And the results of this research become an assessment to see the feasibility of the business and to become material to improve the Sk computer business.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an empirical didactic design designed to overcome didactic barriers experienced by students on beam volume material. Didactical design research is a design in this study that contains three stages of analysis, namely prospective analysis, metapedadidactic analysis, and retrospective analysis. 25 9th-grade junior high school students and one mathematics teacher were selected using purposive sampling techniques to become subjects. Observation, tests using diagnostic tests, and interviews are techniques in data collection. The collected data is analysed and interpreted qualitatively using interpretive and critical paradigms. The results of this study show that through three stages of analysis, an empirical didactic design was obtained that contains four didactic situations: action situations, formulation situations, validation situations, and institutionalisation situations. However, the limitations of presenting problems in institutionalisation situations have an impact on the occurrence of other learning barriers, namely epistemological concepts. Thus, this limitation becomes an improvement material in empirical didactic design.

Abstract

A start-up is a start-up or start-up that is being developed. Bagomez is a culinary start-up founded by students of the Bukit Pengharapan Tawangmangu Christian Institute of Technology and Business study program that produces and sells fried meatballs with chicken meat raw materials. Bagomez as a start-up business is still experiencing stagnansi and has not produced optimal performance. It aims to find the right business strategy for Bagomez's start-up business. The method carried out is to use a business model canvas approach through interviews and FGDs (focus group discussions) conducted with sister companies. The results showed that the components contained in BMC were used as Bagomez's business strategy as a start-up, which were interrelated, especially in the value proposition, customer segment, revenue stream, channel, and key activities components.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Pusat Cantik Store in Pontianak. The study employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and involves 100 respondents who are active customers of the store. The analysis results indicate that CRM has a significant influence on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is proven to have a significant impact on customer loyalty. The mediation test reveals that customer satisfaction acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between CRM and customer loyalty. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of customer loyalty models and practical implications for retail business actors in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers through enhanced satisfaction.

Abstract

Bakteri Azotobacter merupakan bakteri penambat nitrogen non simbiosis dan memainkan peran dalam dalam meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan produktivitas tanaman kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menentukan populasi dan karakterisasi bakteri Azotobacter pada lahan kelapa sawit yang berbeda umur 3 tahun, 8 tahun dan 14 tahun di Desa Sungai Ambangah Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistematik sampel. Pengambilan sampel tanah terdapat 3 titik sampel pada masing-masing lahan dengan kedalaman 0-15 cm dari permukaan tanah dengan jarak 1 meter pada tanaman kelapa sawit yang berumur 3 tahun, 1,5 meter pada tanaman kelapa sawit yang berumur 8 tahun dan 2 meter pada tanaman kelapa sawit yang berumur 14 tahun yang diambil secara utuh dan tanah terganggu. Parameter penelitian meliputi analisis biologi dengan mengamati jumlah populasi bakteri Azotobacter dan jenis bakteri Azotobacter serta analisis Fisika tanah pada Laboratorium Fisika dan Konservasi Tanah dan kimia tanah pada Laboratorium Kimia dan Kesuburan Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa populasi bakteri Azotobacter tertinggi terdapat pada lahan tanaman kelapa sawit umur 14 tahun yaitu 146,83 koloni dan terendah pada lahan tanaman kelapa sawit umur 8 tahun yaitu 45,83 koloni. pada lahan tanaman kelapa sawit umur 3 tahun bakteri Azotobacter ditemukan sebanyak 85,67 koloni.

Abstract

This research is held in the form of a descriptive library specifically the author emphasizing the personal role of the Lord's servants in the duties of the church and the congregation regarding the existence and role of the Dutch zending institutions in Indonesia. The research results the duties of the servants of God and the church, namely planting and developing the church in the context of cultural, religious, language diversity in Indonesia, establishing good, lively and balanced cooperation and being able to fully integrate themselves into the congregation that is served without regard to differences in backgrounds and interests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan nasabah terhadap layanan dan produk perbankan yang ditawarkan oleh Bank BCA. Melalui survei yang melibatkan sejumlah nasabah, hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas nasabah merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan, terutama pada layanan digital seperti BCA Mobile dan KlikBCA, yang dianggap praktis dan efisien. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa keluhan terkait gangguan teknis dan aplikasi yang lambat. Selain itu, biaya administrasi yang dikenakan dianggap cukup terjangkau oleh sebagian besar nasabah, namun masih dirasa tinggi dibandingkan dengan bank lain. Layanan pelanggan BCA mendapatkan apresiasi positif, meskipun ada permintaan untuk peningkatan respons melalui saluran komunikasi digital. Keamanan layanan dan produk perbankan seperti tabungan, kartu kredit, dan investasi juga mendapat penilaian yang baik, namun nasabah menginginkan pilihan produk investasi yang lebih variatif. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar BCA terus berinovasi, terutama dalam pengembangan produk dan layanan digital, serta memperhatikan aspek keberlanjutan dan ramah lingkungan untuk bersaing dengan fintech yang semakin berkembang. Secara keseluruhan, Bank BCA berhasil menciptakan pengalaman perbankan yang baik, tetapi perlu terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan biaya administrasi untuk tetap bersaing di industri perbankan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of teaching Christian values based on Galatians 5:22-23 on the development of students' ethics in the Christian education environment. The focus of this study is to explore the extent to which values such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control can shape students' character and influence their attitudes and behaviors. The research method used is a case study involving students from several Christian educational institutions. Data is collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of relevant literature. Data collection is conducted using a qualitative approach to gain a deep understanding of the teaching of Christian values and students' responses to these values. The results of this research provide insights into how the teaching of Christian values based on Galatians 5:22-23 contributes to the formation of students' ethics. Findings include students' understanding of Christian values, identified behavioral changes, and supporting or inhibiting factors in the implementation of these values in the educational environment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and relevant strategies for teaching Christian values and provide a deeper understanding of the impact of teaching Christian values on students' ethics. The implications of this research may assist educators and Christian educational institutions in better guiding students in the development of moral character in accordance with Biblical teachings.
