Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business feasibility and sustainability impact of "Outdoor Plus" stores as an effort to increase MSMEs. The research methods used are qualitative with data collection through documentation, observation, and interviews. In sustainability analysis, this store emphasizes an integrated approach by utilizing open space to support the visibility of MSMEs products. Loyalty programs, creative marketing strategies, and involvement in local communities are key points in achieving marketing success. Research results show that Outdoor Plus stores have achieved operational efficiency through modern cashier systems, computerized stock management, and online payment integration. Holistic marketing strategies have also succeeded in increasing market share and building strong customer relationships. In addition, effective human resource management, strict legal compliance, and commitment to environmental sustainability have established a strong foundation for sustainable growth. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the potential of sustainable business at the MSMEs level, while providing insights for related stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business feasibility of Sk computer, through financial analysis aspects and non-financial analysis aspects. Where each aspect of this analysis becomes a basic assessment to determine feasibility in business. The analysis method used uses several analyzes from financial analysis aspects including financial aspects, market and marketing aspects, and non-financial aspects including human resources aspects, environmental aspects, cultural and economic aspects, and legal aspects. And the results of this research become an assessment to see the feasibility of the business and to become material to improve the Sk computer business.

Abstract

This business feasibility study aims to analyze the potential and feasibility of establishing a kimbab Mekanan Brooh business. The research method used is descriptive with data collection through observation, survey, and interview. The results of the analysis show that the kimbab market opportunity is quite large seen from the interest and purchasing power of consumers. The marketing strategy is focused on brand image building and menu innovation. Technically, the initial capital is Rp565,000 with a 1-month payback. The form of business entity is an individual business with 7 employees. Financial analysis shows that it is feasible to run with several factors. In conclusion, Mekanan Brooh's kimbab business is worth establishing because it has good prospects in terms of market, technical, management, and financial aspects.

Abstract

This study provides a concise overview of Palangka Raya University (UPR), a state university founded in 1963. UPR, operating as a Public Service Agency, has implemented strategic changes in response to financial management adjustments, particularly focusing on elevating the quality of higher education lecturers. The research evaluates UPR's performance over the last five years, resulting in the identification of five key business strategies. Examining UPR's human resources, the study outlines the organizational structure, emphasizing teaching staff and education personnel. In 2022, an analysis of lecturers' academic positions, space class, and gender distribution highlights the diversity within the university. Additionally, education personnel are scrutinized based on gender, age, years of service, and rank, providing a comprehensive insight into UPR's human resources landscape. Descriptive analysis pinpoints supporting factors, such as the competency certification process and research roadmaps, and inhibiting factors, including a lack of leadership synergy and lecturer awareness. Budgetary constraints, insufficient person-in-charge roles, and a lack of specific strategies are identified as obstacles. The research concludes with actionable recommendations to enhance human resource quality at UPR, emphasizing skills development, government support, reward systems, and the cultivation of professional attitudes and personality maturity. These strategies aim to foster a more productive and inclusive work environment in alignment with UPR's vision of producing competitive and morally grounded human resources.

Abstract

This study aimed to confirm Gen Z work values in Central Kalimantan by adapting the instruments and indicators developed by Lyons et al. ( 2010 ), which consist of intrinsic, extrinsic, altruistic, status, and social values. This research is explanatory and descriptive. The research instrument was an online questionnaire. The research respondent were final-year students, with a total of 99 respondents. Data analysis of this study was done by descriptive analysis and independent sample t-test using SPSS 25 software. The result showed that the highest average work values were status-related work values, altruistic work values, and intrinsic work values.

Abstract

Research in the expansion of the Greater Kotawaringin Province was identified as meeting the administrative requirements of the number of districts, namely 5 districts consisting of East Kotawaringin, West Kotawaringin, Seruyan, Lamandau and Sukamara districts. However, the Regional Original Income in the proposed area for the expansion of Kotawaringin Raya Province is deemed unable to support sustainable regional development, especially Lamandau and Sukamara Regencies, which are the smallest contributors of all the regencies in Central Kalimantan Province, so there is a need for more monitoring and evaluation. comprehensive. The proposed expansion of the Greater Barito Province, which consists of South Barito, East Barito, North Barito and Murung Raya Regencies, is considered to still not meet administrative requirements. The proposed expansion of Barito Raya Province still consists of 4 (four) districts or one more district has not been fulfilled, so the initial recommendation that can be given is that the regional government of the Greater Barito region can add one more district or can expand the districts first. The sustainability of the business strategy is built with a vision, mission and positive influence to improve the welfare of the SMes business. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kerry Sawit Indonesia wilayah I Desa Sembuluh Kabupaten Seruyan. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan perusahaan perkebunan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sumber daya manusia melalui kepemimpinan yang inspiratif dan keterlibatan karyawan yang tinggi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui program SmartPLS 4.0. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 151 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta kedua variabel secara simultan mampu menjelaskan 61,6% variasi kinerja karyawan. Nilai F-square menunjukkan efek sedang dari kedua variabel independen terhadap kinerja, sementara nilai Q² sebesar 0,600 menegaskan relevansi prediktif yang kuat. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang efektif dan peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di industri perkebunan. Temuan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia serta manfaat praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan kepemimpinan dan keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 54 responden, dan data diolah melalui analisis SmartPLS versi 4.0 untuk menilai hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel, serta model dapat menerangkan 58,9% variasi kinerja pegawai. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kondisi ini menyatakan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai lebih dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan instansi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, terutama dalam menunjang kelancaran aktivitas kerja maupun pelayanan. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi teknologi informasi memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai, sementara gaya kepemimpinan memerlukan evaluasi agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pegawai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kompetensi digital, perbaikan sistem teknologi, serta penguatan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan kerja.
