Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi tekanan, kecepatan, serta perbandingan nilai koefisien lift/drag dari keempat airfoil ketika dipengaruhi variasi jarak external flap dengan metode numerik menggunakan software Autodesk CFD.Variasi jarak external flap dilakukan secara vertical sepanjang 2.5 – 7 mm dengan interval 0.5 mm. Selain itu sudut serang (AoA) yang digunakan pada airfoil utama ialah sebesar 5°. Sedangkan pada external flap AoA yang digunakan sama, namun terhadap AoA airfoil utama. Kemudian panjang chord external flap sebesar 20% dari panjang chord airfoil utama dan total nilai bilangan Reynold yang digunakan dalam proses simulasi ialah sebesar 53000.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan distribusi tekanan, kecepatan serta nilai koefisien lift dan drag ketika dipengaruhi variasi jarak hanyalah terjadi pada airfoil asimetris (Gottingen 79 & Naca 23012) yang mana pada airfoil Gottingen 79 perubahan terjadi seiring dengan bertambahnya jarak hingga pada jarak maksimum yaitu 5 mm. Sedangkan pada airfoil Naca 23012 perubahan signifikan hanya terjadi pada satu jarak saja yaitu 4,5 mm. Selain itu perbandingan nilai koefisein lift/drag tertinggi dari keempat airfoil terjadi pada airfoil Joukowski 12% sebesar 26.91. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai koefisien drag yang terjadi pada airfoil Joukowski sangatlah rendah bila dibandingkan pada airfoil lainnya. Selanjutnya perbandingan koefisien tertinggi diikuti oleh airfoil Gottingen 79 sebesar 26.37, lalu airfoil Naca 23012 sebesar 23.22 dan yang terendah pada airfoil Nasa SC 0406 sebesar 10.73.Kata Kunci : Airfoil, External Flap, Koefisien Lift, Koefesein Drag, Metode Numerik, Autodesk CFD

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of service quality, personal selling and complain handling through satisfaction and trust on customer retention on the customer of Harda International Savings Bank, in Pontianak branch. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents of customers of Harda International Savings Bank, Pontianak. This associative study employed a survey method and a path analysis. The results of hypothesis test using test-F shows that the variables of service quality, personal selling, and complain handling have significant influence on satisfaction. Likewise the t-test results of hypothesis shows the variables of service quality, personal selling, and complain handling significantly influence satisfaction. Subsequently, satisfaction variable has significant influence on trust and customer retention. Meanwhile, trust variable has significant influence on customer retention.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilatar belakangi dengan kemunculan wabah COVID-19. Upaya meminimalisir penyebaran wabah meluas maka diperlukan kedisiplinan menerapkan protokol kesehatan merupakan salah satu peran masyarakat yang dapat dilakukan sampai pandemi berakhir. Diperlukan berbagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat agar dapat menerapkan protokol kesehatan di era New Normal. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Kelurahan Mangkupalas menjalankan protokol kesehatan di Era New Normal. Metode; (1) tatap muka/tatap maya, (2) pertemuan perwakilan antara desa dengan tim pengabdian, (3) diskusi dengan tokoh masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat berbentuk pembuatan spanduk bertemakan pencegahan COVID-19, membagikan masker ke masyarakat Kelurahan Mangkupalas, membagikan selembaran New Normal Starter Pack Checker, dan video cara membuat desinfektan dirumah. Upaya-upaya tersebut dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Kelurahan Mangkupalas oleh protokol kesehatan era New Normal. Abstract: This Community Service is motivated by the emergence of the COVID-19 outbreak. Efforts to spread the spread widely require discipline in implementing health protocols, which is one of the roles of the community that can be carried out until the pandemic ends. Various efforts are needed to increase public awareness in order to implement health protocols in the New Normal era. Community Service aims to increase public awareness of Mangkupalas Village in carrying out health protocols in the New Normal Era. Method; (1) face-to-face/virtual face-to-face, (2) village representative meetings with the service team, (3) discussions with community leaders. Community service took the form of making banners with the theme of preventing COVID-19, distributing masks to the Mangkupalas Village community, distributing New Normal Starter Pack Checker leaflets, and videos on how to make disinfectant at home. These efforts can increase public awareness of Mangkupalas Village through the New Normal era health protocol.

Abstract

Purpose — The objective of this research is to examine how lifestyle, product diversity, and product quality influence repurchase intention, as well as to investigate whether customer satisfaction can serve as a mediator.Method — The data collection method utilized an online questionnaire with a total of 224 respondents, aged at least 16 years old, who are users of the Shopee application and consumers of the Western skincare brand (Cerave), and have made purchases of the Western skincare brand (Cerave) on Shopee. Respondents were selected using a purposeful sampling method. Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 tool was employed for data analysis.Result — The findings of this research indicate that lifestyle, product diversity, and product excellence have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, effectively mediating the relationships between lifestyle, product diversity, and product quality on repurchase intention.Novelty  — This study focuses on a Western skincare brand as the subject of research, as such brands have received limited attention in prior research. This distinction sets our research apart from previous studies in the field.

Abstract

This research focuses on two aspects, namely; regarding the management of mosque-based da'wah media, and the contribution of mosque-based da'wah media. Field research as a research method, using observation, interview and documentation techniques to obtain relevant data. Creswell spiral analysis model is used to analyze the data obtained. The results show that; Tolerance-based media management, a management system that is carried out and pursued as a form of contextualization of da'wah locations; Management based on a cooperative system , this management is carried out because we remember that humans are both personal and social creatures, and even though they are equipped with the mind to meet their own needs, humans cannot live alone without the help of other humans. In another sense, the existence of cooperation will make it easier for administrators or managers to plan and implement programs or activities that will be carried out in accordance with the needs of the local community and tourists who come to visit; Position based management, This position-based management is based on the understanding that to get maximum results in the process of preaching is to have a strong spirit of jihad for the designated corner of preaching. Meanwhile, for the contribution of mosque-based da'wah media, in this research three aspects of contribution were found, namely; contribute to spiritual, material and social aspects.

Abstract

The mobile gaming industry is experiencing exponential growth, as evidenced by its contribution of half the revenue to the global gaming market. Honkai Star Rail, a product of Mihoyo, has secured the prestigious position of Best Mobile Game Award in 2023. A year post-launch, Honkai Star Rail has maintained its status as a top-tier mobile game, consistently ranking among the top 15 grossing applications. The effectiveness of strategies implemented by game developers can significantly enhance customer loyalty and repurchase behaviour. This phenomenon underscores the dynamic nature of the mobile gaming sector. It highlights the critical role of strategic planning in sustaining market position and fostering consumer engagement in this highly competitive digital ecosystem. Therefore, this research examines whether the variables of In-game Reward, Flow Experience, and Content Marketing mediated by Customer Satisfaction can affect the player’s loyalty. Researchers use quantitative methods and S.P.S.S. and Amos 26 applications to process and test the data in this research process. Based on the data collected from 225 respondents from Indonesia, in-game rewards, flow experience, and content marketing significantly affect the loyalty of Honkai Star Rail’s players, with the mediating variable of satisfaction.

Abstract

Sakernas August 2023 results also show that the quality of workers in West Kalimantan is low. State-owned enterprises (SOEs) in West Kalimantan are vulnerable to high workloads. Employees often encounter diverse pressures and challenges in performing their responsibilities, including time constraints, heavy workloads, and rising performance expectations. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload on employee performance in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in West Kalimantan, emphasizing the mediating roles of work stress and burnout. The study includes a sample of 145 respondents and utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research findings indicate that workload hurts employee performance but positively affects work stress and burnout. Work stress positively affects burnout but does not affect employee performance. Burnout hurts employee performance. Workload through work stress does not affect employee performance but hurts employee performance through burnout. Work stress hurts employee performance through burnout.

Abstract

The banking sector played a crucial role in global economic stability, supporting financial and investment activities. Prior to making funding decisions within the banking sector, investors required reliable information disclosure. The assessment of book value and asset management were strategic steps that provided a precise representation of the company’s fundamental value, compared to volatile market value. This research aimed to investigate how the book-to-market ratio mediated the relationship between asset revaluation, return on assets, debt equity ratio, and future financial performance (ROE). Employing quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using EViews 13. Path analysis was utilized to examine the mediation effect. This research conducted an unbalanced panel analysis consisting of 80 observations from 30 Indonesian banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2022 that fulfilled the sampling criteria. Data is derived from annual financial reports and selected through purposive sampling criteria focused on the presence of asset revaluation. The finding of this research indicated that asset revaluation negatively affects the book-to-market ratio when ROA has a positive relationship. ROA and book-to-market ratio positively affect debt equity ratio. Then, ROA has a significant positive impact on banking future performance, while DER has a significant negative relationship. Conversely, the book-to-market ratio proven can mediate the relationship between asset revaluation and debt equity ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berlanjut menggunakan smartwatch karena meningkatnya fenomena adopsi smartwatch sebagai wearable device untuk melacak aktivitas fisik dan psikologis menjadi fokus baru yang penting bagi pemasar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online dari 204 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif smartwatch di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM di perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil menunjukkan self-quantification behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness dan confirmation, menunjukkan pemantauan data diri melalui smartwatch dianggap bermanfaat dan sesuai harapan. Confirmation meningkatkan perceived usefulness dan satisfaction, sementara perceived usefulness dan enjoyment signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Sebaliknya, perceived usability dan perceived aesthetics tidak signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Perceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh pada continuance intention secara signifikan. Satisfaction signifikan memengaruhi continuance intention dan memediasi hubungan antara perceived usefulness dengan continuance intention. Lalu, habit berhasil memediasi hubungan antara satisfaction dan continuance intention, namun peran moderasi habit ditolak. Temuan ini diharapkan berkontribusi pada kajian pemasaran dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemasar untuk menciptakan inovasi yang lebih mendukung kebutuhan praktis, seperti integrasi dengan layanan kesehatan digital serta analisis data aktivitas aktivitas fisik, pola tidur, atau kondisi kesehatan secara otomatis yang berbasis artificial intelligence (AI).
