Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud melakukan pembuatan sistem pencarian penanganan trouble pada mesin – mesin CNC berbasis web yang berada di PT Kubota Indonesia. Hal ini didasarkan karena masih banyak kendala dalam penanganan.Diantaranya pencarian diagnosa dan cara penanganan dari buku manual. Selain itu, buku manual mesin CNC di PT Kubota Indonesia tidak lengkap sehingga butuh waktu lama dalam melakukan penanganan. Banyaknya jenis mesin CNC juga berpengaruh dalam penanganan karena memiliki perbedaaan tindakan penanganan dari mesin satu ke mesin lainnya. Untuk menghasilkan sistem yang baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna (user) maka diperlukan sebuah sistem pakar guna memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan, dan ketepatan dalam melakukan penanganan dalam perbaikan mesin CNC. Dalam sistem ini masih diperlukan kepala teknisi sebagai validasi data – data yang akan diinput.

Abstract

Smartphone memiliki banyak kegunaan seperti berkomunikasi jarak jauh atau membantu tugas sehari-hari, hal ini sangat memudahkan mahasiswa untuk melakukan hal yang mereka inginkan dan mereka butuhkan. Penggunaan smartphone pada waktu yang lama dapat mengganggu kesehatan mereka, salah satunya dapat mengganggu kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa. Tidur merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang dibutuhkan oleh semua manusia. Setiap manusia memerlukan kebutuhan tidur yang cukup agar tubuh dapat berfungsi secara normal. Pada kondisi tidur, tubuh melakukan proses pemulihan untuk mengembalikan stamina tubuh hingga berada dalam kondisi yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan smartphone dengan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa angkatan 2017 prodi ilmu keperawatan di STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Besar sampel sebanyak 59 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan systematic random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji Kendalls Tau. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.193  dan angka signifikan  0,04, hal ini menunjukan nilai p value 0,04<α 0,05. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan smartphone dengan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa angkatan 2017 prodi ilmu keperawatan di STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the programs of the Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh, and Waqf Laboratory (Lab ZISWAF) in forming a competent generation of zakat among students. This research is expected to provide an overview of how the younger generation today is not only struggling with theory, but is able to professionally develop the skills of managing zakat, infaq and sadaqah. The research method used in this study is field research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of the academic community involved in the ZISWAF Lab program at FEBI IAIN Kediri. The results showed that the Ziswaf Lab program made a significant contribution in improving student skills in the practice of managing zakat, infaq, and alms, including febi berbagi, orphan compensation, and management of infaq-sadaqah funds. In addition, a special program for students of Zakat Management Practices (PPZ) also plays a role in fostering zakat awareness and philanthropic spirit among students, this is supported by the increase in knowledge about zakat and student understanding after participating in the program. The uniqueness of three different institutions is also the key for students to hone their skills, because each institution has its own characteristics in managing its philanthropic institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of andragogy principles in the context of teaching practicum in Islamic higher education. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of effective learning methods for students and the obstacles that can occur in other universities, as well as alternative solutions that can be considered in minimizing the obstacles experienced. This study uses a qualitative approach as a research method. Data collection was carried out during the teaching practicum with three ways of observation, interviews, and documentation to related parties. The learning methods used by Postgraduate practicum students of IAIN Kediri in andragogy include: 1) Lectures; 2) Discussion and Interaction; 3) Case Study; 4) Problem-Based Learning; 5) Collaborative Learning; 6) Technology-Based Learning; 7) Simulation or Demonstration. The main obstacles faced by IAIN Kediri Postgraduate students include: 1) Lack of Practicum Student Teaching Experience; and 2) Time Management. Alternative solutions offered in dealing with these practicum obstacles include: 1) Mastering Peembelajaran which is done by practicing and asking for advice; 2) Improve Time Management Skills

Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang berkualitas merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Di Desa Astanajapura, pelayanan administrasi desa masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama dalam aspek efisiensi dan aksesibilitas. Digitalisasi menjadi solusi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan mempercepat proses administrasi dan mengurangi antrean masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan digitalisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Astanajapura. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Servqual dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengukur kesenjangan antara harapan dan realitas pelayanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan wawancara dengan masyarakat serta aparatur desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pelayanan, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam aspek literasi digital dan infrastruktur teknologi. Nilai gap keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini adalah -0,83, yang menunjukkan bahwa harapan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan sistem digital, peningkatan literasi teknologi bagi masyarakat, serta dukungan kebijakan untuk mempercepat implementasi digitalisasi dalam pelayanan desa.

Abstract

This research explores how eye contact and gestures influence employee trust levels at Syntax Corporation Indonesia. Employee trust plays a crucial role in various behaviors that impact productive working relationships. When trust is low, it can trigger conflicts and decrease productivity, whereas high trust can enhance motivation, performance, and employee loyalty. This study aims to fill the gap in existing research regarding the influence of nonverbal communication elements, particularly eye contact and gestures, on employee trust in the Indonesian workplace. Data were collected from 128 employees through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression as a quantitative research method. The results indicate that both eye contact and gestures have a significant impact on employee trust, with eye contact having a greater effect. These findings emphasize the importance of nonverbal communication in creating a trustworthy environment and provide practical recommendations for management to enhance employee trust through the effective use of nonverbal cues.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court Decision No. 90/PUU/XXI/2023 on the age limit for vice-presidential candidates has sparked significant controversy, as it is deemed inconsistent with the principles of constitutionality, separation of powers, and legal justice. The decision introduces a new norm by allowing candidates under 40 years old who have held elected positions, raising questions about the Court’s role as a negative legislator and its impact on Indonesia’s constitutional system. This study formulates three main issues: (1) how constitutionality and justice principles are reflected in the decision, (2) the legal and procedural weaknesses within Indonesia’s constitutional framework, and (3) the implications of the decision for electoral implementation. The research employs normative legal methods with statutory, case, and conceptual approaches, drawing on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. The findings reveal that the decision not only creates discrimination in fulfilling citizens’ political rights but also undermines the Court’s function as the guardian of the constitution. Moreover, legal reasoning inconsistencies, violations of the legal standing principle, and potential conflicts of interest further erode the Court’s legitimacy. In conclusion, Decision No. 90/PUU/XXI/2023 negatively affects legal certainty, democracy, and public trust; therefore, consistent judicial restraint, stronger oversight, and electoral law revisions are required to safeguard constitutional supremacy.

Abstract

An entrepreneurial mindset influences how effective MSMEs are in facing various business challenges, such as capital and licensing. Apart from that, research on mindset factors in the context of MSMEs in Majalengka can produce new ideas that are more interesting and useful in formulating policies to accelerate the growth of MSMEs. This research analyzes the influence of capital and licensing on the productivity of MSMEs in the Majalengka Regency by considering innovative and proactive mindsets as mediating variables. The quantitative method was implemented by collecting data from 100 MSME samples using a questionnaire. The analysis results show that capital and licensing have a significant direct impact on the productivity of SMEs, with 77.2% of the variation in productivity explained by these two variables. However, an innovative and proactive mindset does not mediate between capital, licensing, and productivity. These findings indicate that to improve productivity, MSMEs must focus on enhancing access to capital and simplifying the licensing process. Support from the government in reducing bureaucracy is also an important factor in the efforts to develop MSMEs in the region.

Abstract

The Gadod Weaving Industry in Majalengka, a cultural heritage of high value, faces challenges due to low brand awareness and customer engagement caused by a traditional business model that has not undergone digital transformation. This research aims to optimize a business model based on local resources through collaboration between culture and digital technology to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study on Gadod Weaving artisans in Nunuk Baru Village. The research findings present a business model design for Tenun Gadod based on local resources, emphasizing community collaboration, cultural storytelling, and digital marketing. The digital campaign "Gadod Weaving for the World" showed significant improvements: content reach exceeded 32,000 impressions with 65.2% new audience, an interaction rate of 1.83% (exceeding the national average), a +211% increase in website active users, and a +306% increase in online interaction activity. The main outcomes of this research include the BMC-VPC business model, branding strategy, training for local content creators, and digital collaboration with regional media. The implementation of the R.A.I.S.E method has proven effective in integrating research, business strategy, and culture-based digital promotion. The research results demonstrate that cultural storytelling and cross-sector collaboration can increase the economic value and image of Tenun Gadod as a highly competitive local product. This strategy has the potential to be replicated in other traditional weaving industries, supporting cultural preservation while strengthening the creative economy in the region.
