Abstract

The aims of this research are : (1) to explore the influence of communication, organizational commitment and motivation on official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu. (2) to investigate the influence of communication on official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu, (3) to investigate the influence of organizational commitment on official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu, (4) to investigate the influence of motivation on official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu, (5) to investigate the difference between the performance of male and female official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu. This research is causal descriptive and it focuses on explaining the relations between variables. As many as 48 samples are selected by census sample method, where all population has a change to be chosen as a sample. The results show that : (1) simultaneously communication, organizational commitment and motivation positively and significantly affect the official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu, (2) communication positively and significantly affect the official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu, (3) organizational commitment positively and significantly affect the official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu, (4) motivation positively and significantly affect the official’s performance in The Inspectorate Office of Palu, (5) there is no difference in performance of male and female official’s in The Inspectorate Office of Palu.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia manufaktur semakin pesat dari Perkembangan industri manufaktur semakin pesat dari waktu ke waktu[1]. Salah satu teknologi yang semakin berkembang saat ini adalah additive manufacturing. Additive Manufacturing adalah proses manufaktur dengan prinsip penambahan material lapis per lapisan. 3D printing masuk ke dalam kelompok Additive Manufacturing, karena pada prosesnya adalah penambahan material [2]. 3D printing adalah proses pembuatan benda padat 3D dari bentuk desain secara digital menjadi bentuk 3D yang tidak hanya dapat dilihat tapi juga dipegang dan memiliki volume atau massa [4]. Pola infill pattern yang berbeda dapat mempengaruhi kekuatan dan kekakuan dari cetakan 3D. Sebagai contoh, variasi infill dengan pola gyroid memberikan kekuatan tarik yang lebih baik sebesar 12,0135 Mpa daripada infill dengan pola zig-zag atau cross3D dengan nilai 10,2451 dan 7,2075. Pada variasi infill gyroid terlihat adanya patahan brittle . Deformasi plastis inilah yang menyebabkan material menyempit secara lokal, membentuk brittle zone Patahan ductile biasanya terjadi pada material seperti beberapa jenis polimer yang memiliki sifat plastis yang baik.

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the most important crops in Indonesia's plantation industry. In terms of cultivating oil palm, farmers still rely on manual-based systems, such as watering, fertilizing, and applying pesticides. With this tool, it is expected to increase efficiency in managing watering, fertilizing, and applying pesticides to oil palm seedlings, and farmers can monitor pH levels, soil moisture, and weather conditions in real time on the blynk application. This system consists of several main components, namely ESP-32 as a microcontroller hardware and software component. The sensors used are soil moisture sensor, raindrop sensor, and pH sensor. The soil moisture sensor is used to measure the level of soil moisture around the roots of oil palm seedlings. The rainfall sensor will provide information whether it is raining or not. The pH sensor measures the acidity level. Data from the three sensors will be sent in real-time to the IoT platform, namely the blynk application via a wireless network in the form of WiFi. Based on the research results, it can be seen that this tool can measure soil pH levels with a fairly low average error value of 0.0354%. The soil moisture sensor can also measure the soil moisture level with precision according to the actual data. Tests were carried out with three soil samples and tested three times.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is to find out the studentd’ interest in joining volleyball extracurricular activities in SMA Prabumulih Utara Districk. This rearch uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniquest using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, in this study illustrates how high the interest of students in joining volleyball extracurricular activities in SMA Prabumulih Utara District contained in SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih and SMA PGRI Prabumulih. Overall data that has been studied related to students’ interest in volleyball extracurricular activities is strong. For the overall percentage in SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih which IS 67,5% and for the overall percentage in SMA PGRI Prabumulih 66.5%. from the results of the analysis data it was concluded that the strongest interest in joining volleyball extracurricular activities was SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih. Keywords: Interests;Volleyball Extracurricular;.
