Abstract

AbstrakPada penelitian ini dikembangkan metode klasifikasi berdasarkan pengelompokan K-Means dan LVQ. Metode-metode klasifikasi yang telah ada jika ada data dengan frekuensi kecil cenderung tidak digunakan dalam pengujian kelas, padahal dimungkinkan data tersebut sangat bermanfaat. Langkah untuk melakukan pengelompokan adalah: melakukan pengelompokkan dengan K-Means. Pengelompokan terus dilakukan sampai mencapai threshold (batasan tertentu). Jika threshold sudah dicapai dan pada satu cluster masih terdapat kelas yang berbeda maka dilakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LVQ. Akurasi gabungan K-Means dan LVQ lebih baik daripada dengan K-Means murni. Untuk  akurasi rata-rata tertinggi K-Means dan LVQ didapatkan 92%, sedang untuk K-Means murni 82%.Kata kunci: klasifikasi, pengelompokan, K-Means, LVQAbstractThis research will develop methods of classification based on K-Means clustering. Grouping method used is a combination of K-Means and LVQ. Classification methods that have been there if there is a small frequency data tend to be used in the test class, but it is possible they are very useful. Steps to perform grouping is doing the K-Means clustering. Grouping is continues until it reaches the threshold. If the threshold has been reached and there are cluster of different classes then performed using LVQ learning. Accuracy combined K-Means and LVQ is better than with pure K-Means. For the highest average accuracy of K-Means and LVQ gained 92%, while for the K-Means only 82%.Keywords: classification, grouping, K-Means, LVQ

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari prediksi nilai mata kuliah adalah membantu mahasiswa mengambil mata kuliah pilihan secara tepat. Kebanyakan mahasiswa mengambil mata kuliah didasarkan pada jumlah mahasiswa mengambil matakuliah. Sekumpulan transkrip mahasiswa dapat dianalisis pola keterkaitan (association rule) antar nilai matakuliah. K-Apriori merupakan metode data mining untuk mencari pola keterkaitan nilai mata kuliah sehingga dapat digunakan memprediksi nilai mata kuliah lain. Tahapan utama metode ini meliputi mengelompokkan data menggunakan metode K-Means dan menemukan pola nilai mata kuliah menggunakan Apriori. Namun terdapat kekosongan nilai karena seluruh mata kuliah yang ditawarkan tidak diambil setiap mahasiswa. Oleh karenanya, dilakukan preprocessing data menggunakan Wiener Transformation sebelum dicari polanya.Pengujian didasarkan tingkat kemampuan akademik mahsiswa dengan minimum support dan confidence sebesar 10% dan lift ratio >1. Hasilnya, rule yang dibangkitkan dari IPK di bawah dan di atas rata-rata memiliki tingkat kesalahan sebesar 8.75% dan 8.5%. Sedangkan jika rule dibangkitkan dari IPK rata-rata memiliki kesalahan sebesar 11%.

Abstract

Ths paper aims to find similarity of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) and Hepatocelluler Carcinoma (HCC) DNA sequences.The similarity of sequence allignments indicates that they have similarity of chemical and physical properties. Mutation of the virus DNA in X region has potential role in HCC. It is observed using pairwise sequence alignment of genotype-A in HBV. This paper is to purpose the modified method of Needleman Wunsch algorithm for optimum global DNA sequence alignment. The main idea is to optimize filling matrix and backtracking proccess of DNA components, so that there is reduction of computational time and space complexity. This research is applied to DNA sequence of 858 hepatitis B virus and 12 carcinoma patient. There are 10,296 pairwise of DNA sequences to be aligned globally using the modified method. As a result, it is achieved high similarity of 96.547% and validity of 99.854%. There is reduction of computational time as 34.6% and space complexity as 42.52%

Abstract

Corona virus disease-19 (COVID-19) is growing rapidly because it is an infectious disease. This disease is caused by a virus belonging to the type of DNA virus with very diverse genetics. This study proposes a feature extraction method using k-mer to obtain nucleotide frequencies in protein coding. In profiling viral DNA sequences, this study proposes to obtain similarity by country using hierarchical k-means, where the results are averaged by the hierarchical clustering method and then find the initial cluster center. The experimental results show that the silhouette, purity, and entropy are 0.867, 0.208, and 0.892, respectively. Then, we apply the Gini index feature selection to find the important components as characteristics in each country. The selected components are implemented using the ensemble method, Random Forest, to evaluate their performance. The experimental results showed high performance, including sensitivity, accuracy, specificity, and area under the curve (AUC).

Abstract

Tsunami is one of the deadliest natural disaster that causing devastating property damage and loss of life. Therefore, this triggers many scientist to do researches in tsunami mitigation disaster, such as analyzing the potential risks caused by tsunami. The process of analyzing the potential risk caused by tsunami can be done by grouping the data of tsunami based on characteristics of the previous tsunami events. DBSCAN (Density-based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise) is a popular clustering method and can be used to do the task. The algorithm do the clustering processes using density-based concept that able to detect outlier/noise and clusters irregular shapes. It was proved in this research where the evaluation method using Silhouette Coefficient on the DBSCAN clustering result gave highest value 0.96056649 for ε and minPts value of .1 and 0.1.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Document clustering is important to help users to retrieve the information they need. Initially, clustering is a method used to improve the precision and recall in information retrieval. The fuzzy clustering method is used to categorize document collections. Clustering of document involves huge volume of data that may be correlated either inter or intra documents. Hence, their pattern can be found by using Latent Semantic Index (LSI) approach. There are two methods used in this research, Singular Vector Decomposition (SVD) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The PCA is an extension of SVD method using data covariance. The aim of this study is to improve the performance of existing clustering algorithm (fuzzy c-Means) by simplified matrix dimension, which can contribute to improving the performance quality of document categorization. By various data volumes (class sizes) and topics, the experiment has shown that there is significant improvement for the performance quality of cluster either internal or external. Abstract

AbstrakPos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) merupakan upaya dari masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat dengan memberikan layanan kesehatan dasar secara mudah dan ekonomis.Namun kurangnya partisipasi dari masyarakat akan pentingnya Posyandu mendorong dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan membuat sistem aplikasi berbasis android. Sistem ini ditujukan untuk pencatatan selama kegiatan posyandu dan pemberian informasi seputar kegiatan informasi serta perkembangan balita. Adapun tahapan kegiatan dimulai dengan surveykegiatan terkait dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan dan implmementasi sistem, tahapan selanjutnya adalah pelatihan terhadap pemakai aplikasi, baik bagi kader posyandu maupun ibu balita. Tahap akhir merupakan evaluasi terhadap tingkat kegunaan sistem bagi petugas dan peserta posyandu. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner diperoleh bahwasannnya sistem aplikasi tersebut telahmemenuhi kebutuhan untuk dioperasikan secara efektif (83.67% responden), efisien (65% responden) dengankemudahan (89.3% responden) serta 79% menyatakan tingkat kepuasan yang relatif tinggi.Kata kunci: android, kader, kesehatan, posyandu, sistemAbstractIntegrated Service Post (Posyandu) is an effort of the community in improving public health by providing basic health services in effective and efficient. However, the lack of participant on the importanceof Posyandu encourages this community service to develop application system based on android. Thissystem is intended for reserving the data information including cadre of Posyandu and children under five. First, survey activities related to system requirements analysis, design and implementation of the system. The next stage is training on application users, eithercadre orchildren’s parent. The final stage is usability evaluation of application system. Based on questionnaire, the evaluation result is effectively rate of 83.6%, efficiently rate of 65%, easily rate of 89.3%, and satisfaction rate of 79.3%.Keywords: android, cadre, health, posyandu,system

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology for online-based financial applications has been widely developed, including in the fields of banking, finance, transportation, buying and selling, health, and so on. Likewise, mobile device-based applications such as cell phones, computers, laptops and others are also common and are widely used by the public. In accordance with these conditions, a community service activity was carried out in several RTs in one RW in Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang City (specifically RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03) to use a financial application. The developed application is expected to facilitate financial management at the RT level, so that it becomes more effective, efficient, accurate and transparent. The stages of community service activities began with observations and surveys, especially in RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang. The results of this survey formed the basis for implementing the financial application that was developed. After that, socialization and training on the use of applications that had been successfully developed from selected references were performed, so that the people were more accustomed to using the financial service system. With this application, it is hoped that the management of financial services will become easier and application users will also be facilitated by the features provided. The results of this activity are that RT Financial Management System (SIPUT) can be accessed in various platforms both desktop PC and web devices, and this system uses a user friendly display so that RT-02 and RT-03 Staffs in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District can easily conduct financial management quickly and accurately that improves their performance. Therefore, SIPUT is very suitable with the needs of the object of community service. RT staffs can carry out a variety of management of several activities such as making financial management, mail management, and citizen activity management.ABSTRAKPemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk aplikasi keuangan berbasis online telah banyak dikembangkan, diantaranya di bidang perbankan, keuangan, transportasi, jual beli, kesehatan, dan sebagainya. Demikian juga aplikasi berbasis perangkat bergerak seperti telepon seluler, komputer, laptop maupun lainnya juga sudah lazim dan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat antar RT dalam satu RW di wilayah Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang (khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03) untuk menggunakan aplikasi keuangan. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan di tingkat RT, sehingga lebih efektif, efisien, akurat dan transparan. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan melakukan observasi dan survei khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. Hasil survei ini dijadikan dasar implementasi aplikasi keuangan yang dikembangkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi yang telah berhasil dikembangkan dari referensi terpilih, agar masyarakat lebih terbiasa dalam menggunakan sistem layanan keuangan tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan pengelolaan layanan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah dan pengguna aplikasi juga dimudahkan dengan adanya fitur-fitur yang telah disediakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu, Sistem Pengelola Keuangan RT (SIPUT) dapat diakses dalam berbagai platform baik perangkat PC desktop maupun web, lalu sistem ini menggunakan tampilan yang user friendly sehingga Staff RT-02 dan RT-03 RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman dapat dengan mudah melakukan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga kinerja mereka menjadi lebih baik. Jadi SIPUT ini sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan objek pengabdian masyarakat. Abstract

Patchouli is one of the essential plants that have the most potential and widely cultivated in Indonesia. Patchouli is greedily absorbing soil nutrients and organic matter. Therefore, the selection of soil with high organic matter will maximize the patchouli’s productivity. This paper aims to facilitate soil’s organic matter identification by classifying soil image based on the combination of color and texture features. The color feature extraction was done using the Color Moments method and the texture feature was done using gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) method. The selection of features was performed to obtain the best combination of color and texture features. The selected features then was used as input of classification by using modified K-nearest neighbor (MKNN). The samples of soil that used as data were taken from several districts in Blitar, East Java province. The testing result of this research showed the highest accuracy of 93,33% by using 180 training data, and also particular color and texture feature combination.

Abstract

Hypertention is a degenerative disease but its healing takes a long time by consuming hypertension drugs until patient’s lifetime. The research is conducted to predict response of drug therapy using bioinformatics approach which is a blend of biological and informatics engineering methods. It is used medical record data of hypertensive patient in drug therapy which has an impact on genetic characteristics. The data is constructed as modelling for learning process. Then, it is implemented as a prediction whether the blood presure is under control or not. However, the amount data have no values, then they are required to be applied preprocessing data. Therefore, this research is proposed K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) Imputation algorithm for refining data. After that, it is implemented using Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm for prediction.The experiment result is achieved the highest accuracy rate of 90% at the best parameter value λ = 0.9, Σ = 2, C = 0.1, ε = 0.001 in ten times iterations.
