Abstract

Generally speaking, every business strives to raise worker productivity. The first step in advancing one's career is choosing a chosen path. Careful career planning is necessary to attain this development and the ability to handle obstacles properly. The purpose of this study is to assess how career planning affects PT Biofarma Area Bandung employees' performance. The 38 employees of the PT Biofarma Area Bandung Office make up the sample in this study, which uses multiple linear analysis as its methodology. The study's findings indicate that self-assurance and career planning together have a big impact on workers' output. Nevertheless, career planning had no discernible impact on worker performance at PT Biofarma Area Bandung when examined in isolation. Abstract

Sharia-based cooperatives represent a strategic instrument in strengthening the ummah's economy and fostering community economic independence. This study aims to analyze the role of sharia-based cooperatives in empowering the community economy, particularly in the context of social justice, equitable welfare, and financial inclusion. A qualitative approach is employed, incorporating literature review and field data from several Islamic cooperatives in West Bandung. The results indicate that sharia cooperatives serve as an alternative solution for small and medium communities in accessing financing and enhancing business productivity. However, challenges persist, including limited capital, low sharia literacy, and suboptimal cooperative management. Key recommendations include strengthening empowerment policies, continuous coaching, and integrating Islamic cooperatives into the digital economic ecosystem

Abstract

The development of information technology and increasing business competition encourage business actors to develop more innovative and adaptive marketing strategies. Bandung City is known as one of the centers of the creative industry in Indonesia, home to many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with various superior products, especially in the culinary, fashion, and craft sectors. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by MSMEs in Bandung City and identify factors that influence the effectiveness of these marketing strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation studies to obtain an overview of the marketing practices carried out by MSME actors. The results show that MSME marketing strategies in Bandung City are increasingly developing through the use of digital marketing, particularly through social media and marketplace platforms that can expand market reach and increase interaction with consumers. In addition, product creativity and differentiation strategies are the main strengths of MSMEs in increasing competitiveness in the market. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital literacy, limited human resources, and a lack of structured marketing strategy planning. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the capacity of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology and strengthening more innovative marketing strategies in order to be able to increase business competitiveness in the digital economy era.
