Abstract

In this study, designing a mobile web to carry out the process of monitoring air quality levels that is integrated intoa system so that it is able to detect the state of air quality in the area in Palembang. This mobile web uses devices/tools at the BMKG (Meteorolog, Climatology and Geophysics Agency) Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang that can work in real-time with an Internet of Things based platform. This research uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) web development method. The results of this study are a monitoring system designed to automatically detect the state of Particulate Matter 2,5 air quality and then provide notifications to the connected gmail, without time lapse and air quality information data recording which will automatically be displayed in real-time on the user’s smartphone and give an emergency message when it is in the threshold of unhealthy or dangerous. Air quality information can be accessed online via the mobile web anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

problems delay delivery of fuel to gas stations is still difficult to predict. This raises concerns of distributors. We also difficult to know the contents of the tank as it was stolen during the trip. This study aims to resolve the issue. By utilizing GPS, GSM modem and ultrasonic sensors we can know the location and position of the car in detail, and to determine the volume of fuel in the tank. We use google maps that created with Delphi program

Abstract

AbstrakKepadatan yang terjadi di persimpangan jalan menimbulkan kemacetan yang menyebabkan lalu lintas menjadi terhambat sehinga merugikan pengguna jalan . Trafic light masih belum membantu mampu mengurai kemacetan karena pembagian waktu kurang efisien. Untuk mengurangi kemacetan , durasi Trafic light harus lebih efisien dan sesuai dengan keadaan di setiap jalur persimpangan.Pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu simulasi sistem pengontrolan waktu pada  Trafic light yang dapat menyesuaikan durasi nyala lampu hijau, kuning dan biru berdasarkan tingkat kepadatan yang terjadi di setiap persimpangan. Perancangan desain kendali ini dengan mengiplementasikan pengolahan citra dengan metode Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) yang dibangun pada Matlab. Output dari simulasi ini berupa prototype Traffic Light yang telah dirancang pada Arduino yang terhubung dengan program yang telah drancang pada Matlab.. Simulasi pengaturan waktu  Trafic light  yang dirancang mendapatkan hasil kinerja sistem yang lebih efisien dibandingkan lampu lalu lintas dengan timer otomatis pada umumnya. Kata kunci : pengolahan citra, deteksi kepadatan, traffic light, HOG, matlab, arduino

Abstract

Kebakaran tidak dapat diduga terjadi dimana saja dan kapan saja. Salah satunya adalah kebakaran hutan yang dapat mengancam paru-paru dunia. Penyebab kebakaran hutan bermacam-macam, ada yang sengaja membakar hutan demi kepentingan individu dan ada pula karena kelalaian kecil seperti membuang putung rokok secara sembarangan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dirancang suatu system pedeteksi pencegahan kebakaran hutan menggunakan kamera agar dapat memantau keadaan hutan dengan beberapa node sensor. Prototype ini tersusun dari perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perangkat keras terdiri dari Arduino Uno, sensor asap, sensor suhu, sensor api, buzzer dan perangkat lunak berupa visual basic. Perancangan perangkat ini menggunakan analisa model cmy dan cmyk. Pada percobaan operasi perangkat, alat bekerja dengan saling berintegrasi antara sofware dan hardware. Pada pengujian sensor lansung mendeteksi kebakaran dengan fungsinya masing-masing sehingga yang terintegrasi dengan sofware langsung mengirim informasi bahaya kebakaran pada sistem dan mengirim informasi pada hardware sebagai output alat yaitu alaram berbunyi.Kata kunci: kebakaran hutan, kamera, arduino uno, node sensor dan visual basic

Abstract

Lack of green land in urban areas makes gardening difficult. The high mobility of city residents makes gardening on urban agricultural crops. However, these problems can be overcome by gardening with a controlled urban farming system. In this research a monitoring system is designed that can read soil moisture in the urban farming system. The humidity monitoring system is carried out by implementing the YL-69 sensor which will determine the level of soil moisture. This Soil Moisture Monitoring System will be connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) which will display data in real time. The output of the YL-69 type humidity sensor in real time is required using the Web-based IoT Platform, Thingspeak. With this system, it is expected that the community can be more efficient and productive in conducting gardening activities in urban areas

Abstract

Almost every vehicle will need maintenance such as oil change, tire change, water radiator, brake, engine parts and much more. However, sometimes vehicle owners are less concerned with the condition of the vehicle and often ignore the treatment. This can be bad, it can even lead to an accident. Therefore, the monitoring system is designed to monitor the level of radiator water in vehicle tanks. The ultrasonic sensor will measure the water level of the radiator in the r eservoir tank. If the water level of the radiator in the tank is low then the pump will automatically recharge the radiator water and the buzzer will sound faster. The data from the ultrasonic sensor will be sent to the microcontroller with fuzzy logic. Ve hicle owners can access information in the form of water level radiator in the tank via wifi module and wifi router. So the problem of damage to the vehicle can be overcome quickly, easily, and efficiently.

Abstract

In the world of transportation, weigh bridges have important funding for freight transport fleets, one of which is trucks. The higher the distribution of goods that occur, the more trucks that exceed the maximum load circulate on the highway.. Control of truck load control at weigh bridges is still not optimal because it is still recording cargo manually. As a result, traffic jams and illegal collections often occur around weigh stations. From the above problems, a tool that can automatically load RFID-based trucks using a load cell sensor is made, the process of paying truck loads that exceeds the maximum load using E-Money and the weighing data of trucks will be sent directly to government stakeholders using the Internet method of Things (IoT) in order to make it easier for officers at weigh stations to do work. This weighing device uses a Raspberry pi microcontroller as a sensor controller and RFID as a truck detector.

Abstract

Rancang bangun sistem keamanan sepeda pada halte sepeda berbasis internet of things menggunakan fingerprint adalah sebuah sistem keamanan yang dirancang untuk mengamankan serta mencegah terjadinya pencurian sepeda pada halte sepeda. Kemajuan teknologi yang terus berkembang dengan pesat hingga saat ini mengharuskan membuat sistem pengaman sepeda yang dapat dipantau oleh pengguna sepeda selama 24 jam dengan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Pada sistem keamanan sepeda ini akan dirancang dengan pemanfaatan  koneksi  internet  dan dibuatnya sebuah website yang  dipadukan  dengan  Node Mcu ESP 8266 yang diharapkan dapat melakukan kendali terhadap sistem keamanan kendaraan khususnya sepeda saat di parkirkan. Metode penelitian ini meliputi studi pustaka, dan observasi, perancangan hardware dan perancangan software. Berdasarkan pengujian keseluruhan yang telah dilakukan pada perancangan ini dan melihat tujuan dari penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peralatan ini telah diuji dan dapat digunakan untuk membantu sistem keamanan sepeda pada halte sepeda menggunakan fingerprint.

Abstract

Sampah di Indonesia masih menjadi permasalahan besar dilingkungan tempat tinggal masyarakat saat ini. Masyarakat sendiri masih kebingungan dalam mengatasi adanya penumpukan sampah selain dengan cara pembakaran sampah. Namun, cara tersebut dapat mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan. Manusia memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga lingkungan yang bersih. Penumpukan-penumpukan sampah tersebut dapat diaasi dengan cara memanfaatkan sampah-sampah kering seperti sampah daun kering, sekam, serbuk kayu, dan lain-lain yang dapat diolah menjadi sebuah pupuk kompos untuk membantu menyuburkan tanaman. Pengomposan ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara konvensional atau fermentasi dengan menggunakan bio activator yang menghasilkan sebuah pupuk organik. Mesin Kompos otomatis bekerja dan berfungsi sebagai pembuatan pupuk kompos dengan didukung oleh NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler utama dan beberapa sensor pendukung lainnya. Penulis merancang sistem pemantauan perangkat pengomposan pupuk otomatis berbasis internet of things (IoT) yang dapat membantu memonitoring proses pembuatan pengomposan pupuk otomatis berbasis internet of things (IoT). Hasil dari pengujian ini secara keseluruhan alat bekerja dengan baik sehingga pupuk dapat dimonitoring melalui smartphone yang terhubung dengan koneksi internet.

Abstract

State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya currently uses the conventional method of distributing information, such as posting event pamphlets on campus bulletin boards. However, this method has proven ineffective because many students rarely see the bulletin boards, resulting in some failing to register for events because they are unaware of them. In addition, the procedure for registering event participants is still inefficient, as participants' information is handwritten on the registration form paper, which might result in the paper being lost or damaged. Then, the event certificate issuing system still in physical form will necessitate a lengthier issue procedure. Therefore, an event management system must be created to facilitate the distribution of information about upcoming events at the State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. This system also incorporates ticket purchasing and certificate issuance using Android and the Laravel website, allowing for more efficient event ticket purchase and issuing electronic certificates (e-certificates). The prototype method is used in the application development method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system was used in the system design phase, while MySQL was employed as the database. This study reveals that the designed application system can efficiently support the online distribution of information, ticket purchasing, and issuance of electronic certificates. The findings of system testing via the blackbox method demonstrate that all of the designed application system's features operate correctly and effectively. From the results of the UAT test, this system is included in the very feasible category. Supported by the results of software testing of each factor: variable functionality 96.2% (very feasible), variable Efficiency 97.2% (very feasible), variable Usability 96.2% (very feasible).
