Abstract

Collaborative learning has become an important student-centered instructional approach for improving academic performance in higher education. This study examines the relationship between collaborative learning and academic performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA 2020 framework. Studies published over the last five years were systematically collected from major academic databases and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that collaborative learning positively influences academic performance by enhancing student engagement, knowledge construction, communication skills, teamwork, and critical thinking. Effective implementation depends on instructor facilitation, balanced group participation, supportive learning environments, and appropriate collaborative activities. However, challenges such as unequal participation, group coordination, communication barriers, and technology integration continue to affect learning effectiveness. The study concludes that collaborative learning is an effective instructional strategy for improving academic achievement while developing essential professional competencies in higher education.

Abstract

The development of a local wisdom-based curriculum has become a strategic approach to improving contextual education while strengthening students' character in the era of educational transformation. This study aims to analyze the concepts, implementation strategies, benefits, and challenges of developing a Nusantara local wisdom-based curriculum within the context of general education. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining scholarly publications published over the last five years. The review involved systematic identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis of relevant studies concerning curriculum development, local wisdom-based learning, and character education. The findings indicate that integrating local wisdom values into learning objectives, instructional materials, teaching strategies, learning media, and assessment enhances learning quality, strengthens students' character, and supports the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile. However, several challenges remain, including teachers' competencies, limited contextual learning resources, and Indonesia's cultural diversity. Therefore, stronger collaboration among schools, communities, and policymakers is essential to develop adaptive, contextual, and sustainable curricula that produce competent graduates with strong character while preserving the nation's cultural identity.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) literacy has become an essential competency for higher education as generative AI transforms teaching, learning, research, and assessment. This study examines AI literacy through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA 2020 framework. Studies published between 2020 and 2025 were systematically collected and synthesized using a framework-based thematic analysis. Five themes emerged: the evolution of AI literacy, conceptual frameworks, core competencies, educational implementation, and future research directions. The findings indicate that AI literacy extends beyond technical knowledge by integrating critical evaluation, prompt literacy, ethical reasoning, responsible AI use, and human–AI collaboration. Universities increasingly embed AI literacy into curricula, faculty development, and institutional policy to prepare graduates for AI-enabled environments. The review highlights responsible governance, interdisciplinary education, and lifelong competency development as priorities for advancing AI literacy in higher education.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting innovation, value creation, and economic growth within increasingly digitalized economies. The expansion of digital technologies has transformed entrepreneurial activity by enabling new forms of opportunity recognition, venture creation, and market participation. This study examines the entrepreneurial economy in the digital age through a qualitative Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework. Literature published between 2019 and 2024 was collected from major academic databases and analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings indicate that digital technologies strengthen entrepreneurial activity by supporting entrepreneurial ecosystems, facilitating venture development, and expanding access to market opportunities. The review further reveals that entrepreneurship contributes to economic growth through innovation, value creation, and business formation. However, entrepreneurial outcomes remain influenced by ecosystem quality, institutional conditions, and access to digital resources. The study concludes that entrepreneurship functions as a critical mechanism connecting innovation with economic growth within contemporary digitally enabled economies.
