Abstract

The Entikong border, as a trade gateway between Indonesia and Malaysia, is a crucial area to analyze regarding the impact of international cooperation in supporting export activities. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the extent to which international cooperation has contributed to export development in the region. Involving a review of bilateral trade agreements, infrastructure development programs, and joint marketing initiatives, this analysis reflects the complex dynamics involving both countries. Infrastructure development cooperation, such as projects in the fields of transportation and border facilities, has had a significant impact on the efficiency of logistics and distribution of export products. Joint export promotion programs and the promotion of superior products are important instruments in diversifying export markets. This analysis evaluates the effectiveness of these initiatives in increasing product visibility in the global market. However, several challenges such as intense global competition and market dynamics need to be overcome to achieve more optimal market diversification. Through case studies, this research highlights the successes and challenges in implementing international cooperation. The results of this analysis provide a comprehensive picture of the impact of international cooperation in the context of exports at the Entikong Border. The policy implications found can be a guide for the government and stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of cooperation and strengthen the role of the Entikong Border as a dynamic trade center between Indonesia and Malaysia. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the process of implementing the National Health Insurance program policy by the Ketapang District Health Social Security Administering Agency, based on a compliance perspective relating to compliance with implementing agents, implementation of policies and facilities and resources, and based on what happening Perspective, which is related to factors that influence implementation and short-term outcomes. The results of this research show that the Evaluation of the National Health Insurance program policy implementation process by the Ketapang District Health Social Security Administration Agency has yet to be implemented optimally. This can be seen from the following indicators: Compliance perspective, which includes compliance by policy implementing agents, has not been carried out objectively according to regulations and is not by standards and procedures established by policy. Policy implementationNational Health Insurance Program by the Ketapang District Health Social Security Administering Agency has not been able to improve the quality of health services in Ketapang Regency, the availability of health facilities and resources has not met the criteria for capitation payment norms, and there is a lack of health workers both in terms of quality and quality. Meanwhile, the What is Happening Perspective includes factors that influence the implementation of policies, namely the actors involved, clarity of policy objectives, program complexity, support from all units involved, and other factors such as human resources, which include the quality and quantity and weak authority and legitimacy of health workers and short-term results have not been achieved due to contact data on the online application of the Social Security Administering Agency for Health.

Abstract

Empowerment of Human Resources, Enterprises, Environment, and Institutions (Penelitian Pada Istri Nelayan Tradisional Desa Pulau Limbung Kecamatan Sungai-Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya). Research techniques and tools include in-depth interviews, non-participation observations, focus group discussions (FGD), document studies as well as documentation, data reduction analysis, presentation of analyzed data, and drawing conclusions. Treatment of stunting sufferers involves: (1) empowerment of SDM; objectives; improving knowledge and understanding of mothers about the health  and nutritional needs of their children aged 1–5 years (Balita). Formation of activities of counseling and guidance fulfilling the nutritional requirements of Balita; (2) Empowering traditional fishermen's enterprises; aims; (a) increase the income of fisherman; and (b) fulfillment of the living needs of family members. Form activities; develop vegetable crop cultivation and live pharmacies; (3) enrich the living environment and its purpose; improve citizens' knowledge of hygiene and the health of the environment; and encourage citizens to create clean, healthy, and comfortable settlements. Forms of activities: sanitation, hygiene movement, and tree planting movement; (4) institutional promotion, whose goal is to enhance the role of institutional development of prasarana and health facilities, treatment of health problems and stunting sufferers, and development of the enterprises of villagers. Obstacles to the management of stunting sufferings: (a) poor knowledge and awareness of mothers about health; (b) the day-to-day busy work for mothers in palm coconut farms; (c) limited health facilities and facilities; and (d) the geographical conditions of the island village are still difficult to reach.gb777

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how social media, Twitter @BRGM Indonesia, is used as a communication medium for disseminating information and outreach and environmental campaigns related to peatland restoration and mangrove rehabilitation. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data analysis using the Nvivo 12 Plus software. This type of research data uses secondary data obtained and collected from @BRGM Indonesia’s twitter activity from March 2019 to October 2021, while supporting data is obtained from literature and social media. The research findings show that social media Twitter @BRGM Indonesia in its tweets is dominated by information related to peat restoration rather than mangrove rehabilitation. The findings reinforce that the previous BRGM was a BRG that focused on restoring peat after the great fires in 2015, and was considered to have completed its task in 2020, then added workload to rehabilitate mangroves. But the use of @BRGM Indonesia’s social media Twitter, still needs to be more effective, and the interaction only focuses on government agencies. At the same time, the information contained in the tweets mentioned does not match the contents.Keywords: Social media, environmental campaigns, peat restoration, mangrove rehabilitation, BRGM ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana media sosial Twitter @BRGM Indonesia digunakan sebagai media komunikasi untuk menyebarluaskan informasi dan sosialisasi serta kampanye lingkungan terkait restorasi gambut dan rehabilitasi mangrove. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan software Nvivo 12 Plus. Jenis data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dan dikumpulkan dari aktivitas twitter @BRGM Indonesia pada bulan Maret 2019 hingga Oktober 2021, sedangkan data pendukung diperoleh dari literatur dan media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Twitter @BRGM Indonesia dalam cuitannya didominasi oleh informasi terkait restorasi gambut daripada rehabilitasi mangrove. Temuan itu memperkuat bahwa BRGM sebelumnya adalah BRG yang fokus memulihkan gambut pasca kebakaran hebat pada 2015, dan dianggap selesai tugasnya pada 2020, lalu menambah beban kerja untuk merehabilitasi mangrove. Namun penggunaan media sosial Twitter @BRGM Indonesia, masih perlu lebih efektif, dan interaksinya hanya terfokus pada instansi pemerintah. Abstract

The aim of the Systematic Review in this research is to analyze the health service model during the COVID-19 pandemic. Health services are an important part of handling the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is important for examining the formulation of health service policies during the COVID-19 pandemic by identifying themes related to research variables related to health service policies. The benefits of this research can be used as reference material in formulating optimal health service policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a literature study of 362 Scopus Indexed International Journals, analyzed using Vosviewer and Nvivo 12 plus software. The results of this research show; 1) Studies related to health services on the number of COVID-19 cases experienced a significant increase during the 2020-2021 period, this shows the ability of the health service system to develop; 2) Health services in each region and country vary depending on the situation and capabilities of each region; 3) the results of the network analysis visualization analysis formulate an effective health service model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Leadership of the All Indonesian Village Government Association (APDESI) in Ketungau Tengah District, Sintang Regency and to identify and analyze the factors that become obstacles in the Implementation of the Leadership of the All-Indonesian Village Government Association (APDESI) in Ketungau Tengah District. . This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that the implementation of guidance and direction by (APDESI Leader) shows that it is still low, because coaching in the form of guidance has not been carried out continuously. This can be seen from the existence of APDESI adherence in implementing ADEPSI leadership regulations such as violations of working hours and the lack of strict sanctions given such as light warnings while the violations committed are quite severe. The obedience of APDESI in carrying out tasks seems to be still low, because not all APDESI (subordinates) have carried out orders from their superiors perfectly, such as completing tasks not on time that has been determined by their superiors. The leadership of APDESI in carrying out the leadership function of APDESI towards APDESI has not been carried out optimally in strengthening the existence of village government in Ketungau Tengah District, Sintang Regency due to the lack of coordination, facilitation, mediation, and advocacy in the government and village communities. ADEPSI leadership towards the head as a chairperson element in the village government environment, APDESI administrators are required to be able to carry out their duties in accordance with the corridors of the regulations set out in the APDESI articles of association. ADEPSI leadership fostering towards APDESI can empower village governments, village institutions and village communities, forge partnerships and strengthen the position of village existence as the foundation of governance in Indonesia. In implementing to achieve goals, APDESI should carry out the ADEPSI leadership expected by the organization, by paying attention to matters relating to TUPOKSI both by the chairman and members. As well as the APDESI leader in providing action to APDESI members who violate the regulations in the APDESI budget must be carried out strictly to maximize the implementation of village government oriented towards good government (Good Government) in realizing an increase in community welfare in accordance with the hopes and desires of the village community.

Abstract

Writing a thesis in this study entitled: "Implementation of the Rice Farmers Insurance Program (AUTP) in Improving the Welfare of Farmers in Ambalau District, Sintang Regency". The aim of this research is To find out the implementation of the Rice Farmers Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in improving the welfare of farmers in Ambalau District, Sintang Regency. This is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of the Rice Farmers Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in improving the welfare of farmers in Ambalau District, Sintang Regency. The result of this research is the Organizing of the Farmers' Rice Business Insurance Program in Ambalau District, Sintang Regency. As a form of the government's support in protecting farmers from the risk of crop failure, the Ministry of Agriculture, starting in 2019, has implemented Rice Farming Insurance (AUTP). Rice farming insurance is expected to provide protection to farmers in the event of crop failure as a result of the risk of flooding, drought and pest attacks, transfer losses to other parties through insurance coverage, and be able to provide education to farmers in managing risks and a good farming system. One form of activity to ease farmers in paying premiums, in the early stages of expanding the AUTP trial, including providing premium assistance to farmers participating in AUTP. Interpretation of Organizing Farmers' Rice Business Insurance Program in Ambalau District Sintang Regency Location Criteria AUTP is implemented in irrigated rice fields (technical irrigation, semi-technical irrigation, rural / simple irrigation, and tidal / swampy swamps that already have a functioning water system) and rainfed lowland areas where water sources (surface water and groundwater) are available, prioritized in the area of ​​rice production centers, prioritized in the area where rice Upsus is administered and / or synergized with central government and regional government programs. The location is located in one stretch. Guaranteed Risk AUTP guarantees damage to the insured crops caused by flooding, drought, and pest attacks with the following limitations. Flooding is the inundation of agricultural land during a period of plant growth with a certain depth and period of time, thereby reducing crop production rates. Drought is the unfulfilled need for plant water during a period of plant growth which results in not optimal plant growth, thereby reducing the level of crop production. Plant Destruction Organisms (OPT) are organisms that can disturb and damage plant life or cause death in food plants, including inside: Plant pests: Stem borer, brown planthopper, stinker, rats, armyworms, and golden snails.

Abstract

Para multi-stakeholder yang tergabung pada Kampung Gambut Siantan Hilir.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis peran dari lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kepada informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, terjalinnya kolaborasi antara multi-stakeholder yaitu masyarakat, BUM-RW, perusahaan, pemerintah, organisasi, dinas dan instansi-instansi terkait dapat mengembangkan dan membuat Kampung Gambut Siantan Hilir menjadi lebih maju dan dikenal oleh pihak luar. Berkat pelatihan-pelatihan, pendampingan, dan edukasi dari berbagai program yang telah di realisasikan di Kampung Gambut Siantan Hilir ini dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Temuan pada penelitian ini, meningkatnya perekonomian dan kesejahteraan pada masyarakat Kampung Gambut Siantan Hilir sebesar 40% dari tahun 2022-2024 dan diharapkan akan meningkat seterusnya seiring berjalannya waktu.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan keluarga merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan terutama pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dengan mengambil kegiatan pelibatan kelompok wanita Tani (KWT), pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan peran penting rumah tangga dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan keluarga. Kegiatan ini mengusung tema pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah melalui pelibatan KWT. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelibatan masyarakat (civic engagement). Adapun kegiatan ini telah melibatkan 25 orang anggota KWT Sri Ayu Matang Labong dan penanaman 2000 bibit sayur berupa bibit cabai, bibit terung dan bibit tomat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini ialah, terlibatnya kelompok wanita tani dalam mewujudkan program ketahanan pangan berbasis keluarga.  Keterlibatan ini didukung oleh pemahaman mereka terhadap peran dan peluang keluarga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan pangan secara mandiri

Abstract

This study intends to offer recommendations to the Pontianak City regional administration for improving employment regulations for people with disabilities in Pontianak City. The opportunities for people with impairments are the same as those for everyone else. The Pontianak City Government has created policies for people with disabilities to meet their requirements. The local laws outline the rights of people with disabilities, including the right to employment. These regional regulations have been put into effect by the Pontianak City Government through the Pontianak City Manpower, Cooperative, and UKM Office, starting with the management of information on the world of work for people with disabilities, work facilities, skill training, and awareness of the rights of workers with disabilities. Defects continue to be found in its application, making executing these policies less than ideal. Based on the study's findings, the Regional Government of Pontianak City adopted the Regional Regulation of the City of Pontianak Number 13 of 2013 concerning the Protection and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in Pontianak City, which established an employment policy for people with disabilities. The Regional Government of Pontianak City has made several efforts to put the law into practice, starting with information management, work facilities, skill training, outreach, awareness programs for the law's rights, and information about the employment of people with disabilities in Pontianak City.Penelitian ini bertujuan menawarkan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah daerah Kota Pontianak untuk penyempurnaan peraturan ketenagakerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kota Pontianak. Kesempatan bagi orang-orang dengan gangguan sama dengan kesempatan untuk orang lain. Pemerintah Kota Pontianak telah membuat kebijakan bagi penyandang disabilitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka.. Undang-undang setempat menguraikan hak-hak penyandang disabilitas, termasuk hak atas pekerjaan. Peraturan daerah ini telah diberlakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Pontianak melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Kota Pontianak, dimulai dengan pengelolaan informasi dunia kerja bagi penyandang disabilitas, fasilitas kerja, pelatihan keterampilan, dan kesadaran akan hak-hak pekerja penyandang disabilitas. Cacat terus ditemukan dalam penerapannya, membuat pelaksanaan kebijakan ini kurang ideal. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, Pemerintah Daerah Kota Pontianak mengadopsi Peraturan Daerah Kota Pontianak Nomor 13 Tahun 2013 tentang Perlindungan dan Pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas di Kota Pontianak, yang menetapkan kebijakan ketenagakerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas. Pemerintah Daerah Kota Pontianak telah melakukan beberapa upaya untuk menerapkan undang-undang tersebut, mulai dari pengelolaan informasi, fasilitas kerja, pelatihan keterampilan, penjangkauan, dan program kesadaran akan hak-hak hukum, serta informasi tentang ketenagakerjaan penyandang disabilitas di Kota Pontianak
