This community service program was motivated by several educational problems identified concurrently in Jorong Buluh Kasok, Nagari Tabek, Pariangan District, namely the low achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) among elementary school students due to monotonous evaluation methods, limited mastery of basic Arabic vocabulary among fourth-grade children, suboptimal habituation of Islamic value-based disciplinary character among early childhood (PAUD) students, and the persistence of behaviors with the potential to develop into bullying within the elementary school environment. This program aimed to integratively improve religious understanding, Arabic language competence, disciplinary character, and anti-bullying awareness through four complementary work programs. The implementation method employed a participatory approach, namely a point-accumulation round-based quiz for PAI evaluation and Participatory Action Research (PAR) for the other three programs, comprising problem identification, planning, socialization, action implementation, monitoring, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results showed consistent improvement across all programs: the average PAI evaluation score increased from 65 to 81 (+16 points); Arabic vocabulary mastery scores rose by 32% with 93% active participation; PAUD children's time discipline increased from 30% to 75%; and a Stop Bullying commitment declaration was established and signed by all students. This program demonstrates that participatory, enjoyable, Islamic value-based learning methods effectively and measurably enhance students' cognitive and affective achievements, while affirming the importance of synergy among service-learning students, schools, and parents in realizing a quality, character-based educational environment.
