Abstract

This research investigates the service process for scholarship benefit claims under the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) and Death Security (JKM) programs at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cempaka Mas Branch. Education is vital for national development, and ensuring continuous access, especially for children whose parents face social risks, is crucial. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as a state institution, provides comprehensive social protection, including scholarship benefits for children of participants who experience work accidents leading to death. This study aims to explain the scholarship claim procedure, identify the obstacles encountered, and present the solutions implemented to ensure timely and targeted disbursement of benefits. The findings provide insights into the administrative complexities and practical challenges, contributing to improvements in service quality and operational efficiency within the social security program.
