Education is vital for national development, and ensuring continuous access, especially for children whose parents face social risks, is crucial. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as a state institution, provides comprehensive social protection, including scholarship benefits for children of participants who experience work accidents leading to death. This study aims to explain the scholarship claim procedure, identify the obstacles encountered, and present the solutions implemented to ensure timely and targeted disbursement of benefits.
