Abstract

Business and entrepreneurship are risky activities, especially for new business people. One of the ideal business incubators is the one created by the campus, which is referred to as the University Business Incubator (UBI). However, it is not easy to ensure that UBI successfully carries out its vision and mission, for that it is necessary to study the Key Success Factors (KPIs) of UBI's success. From the criteria set, 15 articles become the unit of analysis of this literature review research. The results of the review found 7 conclusions. First, there are 3 aspects in making UBI, namely organization, service, and measuring the success of UBI and tenants. Second, important organizational aspects are UBI management, capital support, technology, facilities, ideas, networks, strategies, as well as communication or promotion. Third, the aspect of services to be provided depends on the location of the country and the business character of the tenant. Fourth, the recommended physical services are office space and production space. Non-physical services recommended are training/ consulting/ assistance, capital support, technology, facilities and ideas, networks, strategies, and communication or promotion of tenant products. Fifth, the recommended training areas are business technical, marketing, finance and banking, export-import, law, human resources and product development. Sixth, the role of the academic community can be as experts, sources of business networks, and other support personnel. Seventh, UBI success measurement can be done using financial performance and can be combined with operational performance.

Abstract

Human resource management is a critical aspect of improving quality in order to achieve the organization's vision. For existing resources to contribute appropriately and be loyal to the school, the school must also provide favorable treatment. Based on this, the authors are interested in examining positive attitudes in educational institutions. From the results of the consideration of the situation in the field, several findings make the authors interested in researching organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study focuses on one of the private educational institutions of SMA Islam Terpadu X. The total population and sample in this study were 58 respondents. The analytical technique used is structured equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square research tools with data collection methods using questionnaires to all employees. The results of this study are that organizational justice has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction while others do not.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Pada Karyawan Tetap Funding and Retail Sales Division Kantor Pusat Bank X Jakarta). Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Beban Kerja sedangkan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Kerja. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS atau Partial Least Square dengan Software SmartPLS 3.0. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner aplikasi Google Form untuk mengumpulkan informasi responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap Kantor Pusat Bank X Jakarta yang berjumlah 70 orang pada divisi Funding and Retail Sales. Hasil analisis menunjukan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja Berpengaruh Negatif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan membandingkan Quality of Service (QoS) dari provider 4G LTE pada pengguna smartphone Android di Gedung V Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel di tiga waktu yang berbeda yaitu pagi, siang, dan sore. Parameter QoS yang diuji adalah bandwidth, signal, delay, packet loss, dan throughput. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Telkomsel memiliki QoS tertinggi untuk parameter bandwidth, signal, delay, dan packet loss, sedangkan XL memiliki QoS tertinggi untuk parameter throughputDari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Telkomsel unggul dalam kecepatan download dengan rata-rata 21,8 Mbps dan unggul juga dalam kecepatan upload dengan rata-rata 10,6 Mbps. XL berada di posisi kedua untuk kedua parameter tersebut dengan rata-rata 12,2 Mbps untuk download dan 8,53 Mbps untuk upload. Secara keseluruhan uji coba yang dilakukan telah memenuhi standar TIPHON untuk parameter kecepatan, delay, dan packet loss.

Abstract

The growing user preference for Ultra High Definition (UHD) video content on various Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms presents a significant challenge in Indonesia, where 5G network coverage is limited and primarily based on the Non-Standalone (NSA) architecture. This study demonstrates the development and implementation of an affordable private 5G Standalone (SA) network as a viable alternative for high-quality video streaming. A private 5G SA network was constructed using open-source Open5GS software and a Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP) B210. Its performance was evaluated through speed tests and traffic sniffing analysis during 4K and 8K video streaming and then compared against a public 5G NSA network in Palembang. The results showed that the private SA network delivered significantly faster upload speeds and more consistent low latency than its public NSA counterpart. Although some public NSA locations provided higher download speeds, both network configurations achieved flawless data transmission with zero packet loss and high throughput during UHD streaming. The study concludes that a private 5G SA network is a highly effective, flexible, and slightly superior alternative for deployment, capable of reliably supporting the demands of UHD video streaming.

Abstract

The Indonesian outsourcing industry is currently dominated by low-margin Manpower Outsourcing (MPO) services, with limited development in high value-added segments such as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Most domestic providers face stagnant profit margins below 3%, intense price competition, and heavy reliance on labor-intensive operations. Against this backdrop, digital transformation and BPO service automation have become critical differentiators in global markets, yet remain underutilized in Indonesia. This study aims to formulate a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) development strategy at PT ABC to enhance its competitive advantage within Indonesia’s outsourcing industry. The research adopts a qualitative single-case study approach, leveraging internal documentation, strategic meeting transcripts, and informal interviews with management. Using the Playing to Win framework, supported by the VRIO and McKinsey 7S models, this study explores how PT ABC can shift from Manpower Outsourcing dominance to a more balanced portfolio emphasizing BPO services. Results indicate that although BPO currently contributes only 11.2% of gross profit, it holds a growing profit margin—rising from 27.9% (2022) to 32.4% (2023)—and potential for expansion in the BFSI sector. Strategic implications include client diversification beyond PT XYZ, technological innovation, and enhanced workforce capabilities. The study finds that implementing data-driven systems and thematic training programs is essential to support sustainable transformation. These insights offer a practical roadmap for PT ABC to increase profitability and reduce dependency on labor-intensive services.
