Abstract

Measuring the impact of the tree planting program in Gandul Sub-District, which was previously calculated using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) ratio, has shown insignificant results. This study aims to analyze the social and environmental impacts received by stakeholders and analyze how much the value of these impacts is compared to the amount of investment that has been issued by PT X which is calculated by the SROI ratio based on the tree planting CSR program implemented in the Gandul Sub-District, Depok City. This study uses a combination research method (mixed methods) with a concurrent embedded model. Collecting data by observing, documenting, and interviewing. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study for social and environmental impacts are that tree planting activities in the Gandul Subdistrict area have a positive impact on the community. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the economic impact calculated using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis show that the return or benefit obtained is 0.36, which means that every contribution of IDR 1 invested by the company will generate benefits of IDR 0.36. This value is still below 1 which indicates that this program has not had much impact on society in the economic aspect. Keyword: Benefit, CSR, Impact Measurement, SROI.
