Abstract

Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Through Incense Manufacturing Business Facilities (Case Study in Gondang Tegalgondo Village, Karangploso, Malang District). Internal development efforts from household entrepreneurs that produce output in the form of incense to increase potential by using initial capital with their own savings. However, because this business is still a small household business, there are several constraints, including limited human resources, lack of facilities and infrastructure to support production, and packaging of incense products as well as low knowledge about entrepreneurship, resulting in no increase in economic value due to market share the destination is still around Bali and surrounding Malang. The solutions offered to partners are counseling and socialization and discussion with partners. The result of the discussion was that partners began to understand production management efficiently by involving technologies such as incense drying tools that were still being processed, so that even though the rainy season could still produce, partners also got the knowledge that the importance of providing trade name labels related to incense was produced to add value economical on goods produced.

Abstract

Keterampilan membuat lulur tradisional ibu-ibu dari paguyuban Hokky yang diketuai oleh Ibu Furi ini berawal dari adanya luka pada kulit dan juga ingin kulitnya terlihat lebih bersih. Tim paguyuban lebih banyak memproduksi lulur tradisional dan memasarkannya di luar kerabatnya. namun banyak kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kapasitas produksi yang tidak mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar akibat pembuatan lulur yang masih sangat tradisional dan juga masih takut karena belum memiliki nomor izin usaha untuk produk yang mereka hasilkan sehingga kegiatan pemasaran secara meluas dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan platform digital agar bisa memiliki area jangkauan yang lebih luas belum dapat dilakukan. Keberadaan produk lulur tradisional sejenis produk lulur Bedda Lotong di pasaran juga menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan agar inovasi produk dapat dilakukan dengan cara penambahan rempah atau pewangi lulur dapat dilakukan untuk menjadi kebaruan dan pembeda dari produk sejenis lainnya. Inovasi yang dilakukan ini akan memberikan nilai tambah dari produk ini, selain itu produk lulur ini juga memiliki keunggulan yaitu belum ada produk yang sejenis sama sekali, bahkan di Malang Raya rata-rata produk kompetitor tersebut berada di luar pulau jawa seperti di daerah asalnya kalimantan sehingga banyak sekali peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan dan dikembangkan tanpa adanya persaingan produk sejenis disekitarnya. Dalam kegiatan pendampingan mitra ini metode yang digunakan oleh tim dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan pembuatan produk lulur sampai pengemasan dan juga pendaftaran akun pada marketplace yaitu shopee. Dari hasil pendampingan yang kami lakukan produk yang dihasilkan pengemasannya sudah semakin baik karena produk yang dihasilkan lebih jauh ketahanannya dan juga dapat dilihat bahwa penjualan di shopee terus mengalami peningkatan.
