Abstract

The research aims to analyze the impact of substitution of the dahlia as many as15%, 30% and 45% on the quality of brownies fuel (volume, shape, color, aroma,texture and taste. This type of research experiments pure (true experiment) withthree times repeated. This type of data which is the primary source of the fivepeople who are panelists of experts with the organoleptic. Data were analyzedwith ANOVA, if F count > F table then continued with Duncan test. The resultsshowed that three was no significant effect of substitution of flour dahlia flowerbulb of the quality of brownies fuel (volume, shapes, colors, the smell ofchocolate, texture, sweet flavor and taste chocolate) because of F count < F table,means that Ho is accepted and there is a significant effect of substitution of flourdahlia flower bulb the brownies fuel quality (aroma of flour dahlia flower bulband flour dahlia flower bulb flavor) because of F count > F table, means Horejected. The best results based on test organoleptic is contained in X3 with floursubstitution dahlia flower bulb as much as 15%.Keywords: Effect, Flour Substitutes Dahlia Flower Bulb and Brownies Bakar

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan risiko morbiditas, mortalitas, dan hambatan pertumbuhan motorik dan mental. Prevalensi balita stunting nasional mengalami peningkatan dari 29,6% di tahun 2017 menjadi 30,8% di tahun 2018. Stunting dapat disebabkan tinggi badan ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tinggi badan ibu dengan kejadian stunting di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Branti Raya Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan case control. Populasi dalam penelitain ini adalah anak usia 6-59 bulan dengan jumlah 3.364 balita dan ibu dengan balita usia 6-59 bulan yang mengalami stunting di Puskesmas Branti Raya sebesar 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitain ini yaitu 30 orang kelompok kasus dan 30 orang kelompok kontrol. Analisis univariat menggunakan persentase (%), sedangkan analisis bivariat menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok kasus terdapat 16 (53,3%) responden dengan tinggi badan normal dan pada kelompok kasus terdapat 25 (83,3%) responden dengan tinggi badan normal. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan tinggi badan ibu (p-value= 0,026) dengan kejadian stunting. Diharapkan ibu dapat melakukan pengukuran tinggi badan anaknya secara rutin pada kegiatan posyandu tiap bulannya guna memantau status gizi TB/U anak secara teratur.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a job analysis at Collega Group to understand the duties and responsibilities of each job by compiling a standardized job description and job specification document. job analysis is carried out using a combined method, namely the questionnaire method and the interview method used to collect primary data, which is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this job analysis process are 39 job description documents and job specifications that can be used as a basis for recruitment, training, and evaluation of employees in the future, with the hope of increasing efficiency in human resource management and quality of service to consumers at Collega Group. Despite limitations in data collection, this research makes a significant contribution in strengthening the company's human resource management.
