Abstract

Human in general have a close relationship with nature, but within the current  era development, they begin to part away from nature. Human will feel peaceful when in a nature themed room, because the nature atmosphere that’s quiet so that people are comfortable when in it.                A place that is often used by humans or people in order to relax in general is a café, where people can gather, relax and rest. Surabaya is a big city that has vast  population, so Surabaya needs a lot of cafes that can be placed in various locations.                 A nature-themed café is a solution that can be offered to public as a place to relax when they have finished their work. The café provides an intense atmosphere with nature, so that human’s relationship with nature can restored.

Abstract

The operation of computer program for acoustic simulation is an alternative for acoustic analysis method which is fund, time, and energy saving. ECOTECT v.5.20 is one of the computational building performance simulation integrated program with fully 3D, that is able to simulate and analyze acoustic performance of an auditorium. Accordingly it can be used as a program to design the position and area of absorption surface. With consideration to simulation activities, a computer program that makes a model of a real environment always faces the problem of simplifying a model. This problem definitely will affect the precision between the field assessment result and the parameter simulation result of a room acoustic impulse response. Verification of simulation result on the field assessment result has to be done in order to show the computer program validation to be used as a simulation tool for the next research. Abstract

Masyarakat  Indonesia  87,18% beragama Islam, beribadah di masjid pada waktu Subuh, Zuhur, Asar, Maghrib, dan Isya. Di Jawa Barat  dengan  persentase  umat  islam  tertinggi  di  Pulau  Jawa,  terdapat  masjid  yang  memiliki  konsep  ruang  dan  pencahayaan  yang mengkondisikan umat dalam merasakan kehadiran Allah, yaitu Masjid Al-Irsyad, Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pencahayaan alami dan buatan terhadap pembentukan persepsi visual akan kehadiran Allah dan perbedaannya pada 5 waktu shalat umat di ruang masjid tersebut. Peneliti berharap dari penelitian ini dapat memaksimalkan perancangan bangunan religius umat Islam  di  Indonesia.  Penelitian  ini  dilakukan    dengan   metode   penelitian   kualitatif   yaitu dengan melakukan analisa dari data kuisioner.  Hasil  analisa    menunjukkan  bahwa    secara    keseluruhan  dari    5  waktu  shalat,  mayoritas  responden  umat  setuju  bahwa pencahayaan dalam ruang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan persepsi visual atau kesan akan kehadiran Allah  saat  shalat di  ruang Masjid Al-irsyad. Usia, jenis kelamin, kesehatan mata, waktu shalat, sumber pencahayaan (alami dan/atau buatan) yang  diterima,  dan  posisi  duduk  umat  mempengaruhi  kejelasan  melihat  ustad,  kesan  akan  pencahayaan  dalam  ruang,  kesan  akan kekontrasan  cahaya,  yang  secara  keseluruhan  akan  mempengaruhi  pembentukan  persepsi  visual    umat    akan  kehadiran Allah saat shalat.
