Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of visitors who visit the Air Manis Beach Padang that is not stable. Visible in 2014 until 2015 has decreased drastically, in 2015 until 2016 again experienced an increase in the number of visitors is very drastic. This study aims to determine the influence of tourist attraction to the decision to visit the attractions of Air Manis Beach Padang. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with causal associative method. The population of this study is the visitors who have visited the Air Manis Beach Padang. Sampling technique is non probability sampling, by using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 people. Data collection technique is done by using questionnaire (questionnaire) with Likert scale that has been tested the validity and reliability. Further data is analyzed through descriptive analysis and correlation with the help of SPSS program version 16.00. The results of this study indicate that visitor ratings of tourist attraction in Air Manis Beach Padang including good category with the percentage of 73%, while for visiting decisions including good category with a percentage of 53.1%. There is influence between tourist attraction to visit decision 21,7% with significance value 0,000, there is strong and positive influence and significant between tourist attraction with decision of visiting at Air Manis Beach Padang.Keywords: tourist attraction, visiting decision.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of digital media and sales to increase the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Bolu Kijing Product in Jayamakmur, Jayakerta, Karawang. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research used primary data obtained by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The samples from this research is the owner of Bolu Kijing Bolu Kijing product in Jayamakmur, Jayakerta, Karawang. The results of this research state that the application of digital media to Bolu Kijing product was carried out using the WhatsApp and Facebook applications. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook has an impact on increasing income. Sales activities for Bolu Kijing product are carried out from one customer to another or word of mouth, beside that, sales are carried out using the digital media WhatsApp and Facebook. The use of digital media WhatsApp and Facebook had an impact on sales results which experienced an increase in sales, from 10 to 15 pcs, with a net profit of around Rp. 40,000 – Rp. 60,000 per day, to 20 to 25 pcs, with a net profit of Rp. 80,000 – Rp. 100,000 per day. The positive impact of implementing digital media felt by the owner of Bolu Kijing can increase income. Meanwhile, the negative impact of digital media in increasing sales of Bolu Kijing product can be felt by the additional expenditure to purchase data packages, and the feeling that the products can be imitated by other business actors as well as fictitious purchases.

Abstract

Program kampus mengajar merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk mewujudkan kegiatan MBKM (Merdeka Belajar “Kampus Merdeka”). Program ini diperuntukan mahasiswa dari seluruh program studi di perguruan tinggi untuk berkontribusi dalam memajukan pendidikan dasar terutama di SD Negeri 21 Kandang Baniah. Adapun kegiatan kampus mengajar ini meliputi: kegiatan literasi dan numerasi, adaptasi teknologi dan administrasi sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah melihat perkembangan peningkatan nilai literasi numerasi siswa di sekolah dasar Kabupaten Solok Selatan yang terdapat hambatan dan tantangan tersendiri dalam proses meningkatkan keterampilan literasi dan numerasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan peneliti bertindak sebagai observer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa sangat tertarik dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara berkelompok membuat pembelajaran sangat efektif sehingga perkembangan keterampilan dan numerasi terdapat peningkatan pada kelompok siswa yang belum fasih membaca dan semakin baik pada kelompok siswa yang sudah fasih membaca.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work effectiveness and the work environment on the performance of subdistrict employees in East Seluma District, Seluma Regency. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 45 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 1.806 + 0.361 X1 + 0.537 X2 + 0.151 X3 + 1.567. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables of work discipline, work effectiveness and work environment on the performance of local employees in Seluma Tmur District, Seluma Regency. The results show that the results of the work discipline test (XI) show tcount 2,249 > ttable 1,679 and significance 0.030 < 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that work discipline (XI) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of subdistrict employees in the District Seluma Seluma Regency. The results of the work effectiveness test (X2) show that tcount is 3.514 > ttable 1.679 and the significance is 0.001 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that work effectiveness (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in East Seluma District, Regency. Seluma. The results of the work environment test (X3) show tcount 2,566 > ttable 1,679 and significance 0.014 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in East Seluma District, Regency Seluma. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 32,214 > 2.81, so it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between work discipline (XI), work effectiveness (X2), work environment (X3) on performance. sub-district employee (Y) in Seluma District, Seluma Regency. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05
