Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of digital media and sales to increase the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Bolu Kijing Product in Jayamakmur, Jayakerta, Karawang. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research used primary data obtained by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The samples from this research is the owner of Bolu Kijing Bolu Kijing product in Jayamakmur, Jayakerta, Karawang. The results of this research state that the application of digital media to Bolu Kijing product was carried out using the WhatsApp and Facebook applications. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook has an impact on increasing income. Sales activities for Bolu Kijing product are carried out from one customer to another or word of mouth, beside that, sales are carried out using the digital media WhatsApp and Facebook. The use of digital media WhatsApp and Facebook had an impact on sales results which experienced an increase in sales, from 10 to 15 pcs, with a net profit of around Rp. 40,000 – Rp. 60,000 per day, to 20 to 25 pcs, with a net profit of Rp. 80,000 – Rp. 100,000 per day. The positive impact of implementing digital media felt by the owner of Bolu Kijing can increase income. Meanwhile, the negative impact of digital media in increasing sales of Bolu Kijing product can be felt by the additional expenditure to purchase data packages, and the feeling that the products can be imitated by other business actors as well as fictitious purchases.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of financial literacy (X1) and e-money (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y) in management students at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The data processing was conducted using SPSS 24 software. The primary data source was gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to management students at Buana Usaha University, Karawang. The population chosen for this research was management students at Buana Usaha Karawang University, totaling 350 students with a sample of 186 students using the Slovin Formula as a sampling technique. The findings indicate that the variable of financial literacy has a favorable impact on consumptive behavior. Similarly, the variable of e-money also has a positive influence on consumptive behavior. Furthermore, when considering both financial literacy and e-money together, they collectively have an impact on consumptive behavior. The consumer behavior variable is influenced by the financial literacy and e-money variables by 50%.

Abstract

This research aims to find the best way to manage raw material supplies in the Memey Tempe Chips Home Industry, Karyasari Village, Rengasdengklok, Karawang. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used comes from the period March 2022 to February 2023. The research results show the difference between the inventory control method used by the company and the EOQ method. The company's policy results in an order quantity of raw materials of 20 Kg, order frequency of 180 times, safety stock of 10 Kg, and reorder point of 20 Kg with a total inventory cost of IDR 1,050,040. Meanwhile, using the EOQ method produces a raw material order quantity of 277 Kg, order frequency of 13 times, safety stock of 20 Kg, and reorder point of 30 Kg with a total inventory cost of IDR 134,182. The difference in comparison between the company's method and the EOQ and POQ methods is that the raw material order quantity is 257 Kg, the order frequency is 167 times, the safety stock is 10 Kg, the reorder point is 10 Kg, and the total inventory cost is IDR. 915.858

Abstract

This study aims to help companies determine the level of performance achieved in achieving net profit, their financial condition and the partial and simultaneous influence of business income and operational costs on net profit for the first quarter of 2019-first quarter of 2023 at PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative analysis method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS Version 24. The population is PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk with a sample of financial reports for the period I quarter 2019-IV quarter 2023 with a sampling technique using purposive sampling.The study results descriptively explain that business income, operational costs and net profit of PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk are in good condition during the period I quarter 2019-first quarter 2023. The results of the hypothesis test analysis show that partially business income has a positive and significant effect on net profit PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk is proven by the calculated t value of 19.282 > 2.179 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and operational costs have a negative and significant effect on the net profit of PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk proven by the calculated t value of -15.975 > 2.179 and the significant value 0.000 < 0.05 and simultaneously business income and operational costs have a positive and significant effect on the net profit of PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk as evidenced by the calculated F value of 2698.620 > 4.75 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurial competence can realize competitive advantage in Korean Noodle Shop MSMEs located in Wadas Lemahabang, which offers various Korean specialties. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Korean Noodle Shops have entrepreneurial competence that includes the ability to create new flavors, consistency in posting products on social media, the ability to prepare financial reports, and the presence of business partners. Competitive advantages include special spice blends, competitive pricing, and the ability to survive and compete for six years. The obstacles faced include a location far from the city center, lack of use of digital marketing, some raw materials purchased online, and long-lasting service. The proposed solutions to overcome these obstacles include opening a branch in the city center, registering sales through digital marketing, stocking raw materials for the next few days, adding local business partners, and training for chefs to improve service speed. This study provides important insights for the development of entrepreneurial strategies to increase the competitive advantage of MSMEs in the culinary sector. Abstract

Research conducted at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia which is located on Jl. Subang Blok C No.1, Karangpawitan, Kec. West Karawang, Karawang, West Java 41315 aims to identify, analyze and explain job insecurity, work stress and turnover intention. The research method uses descriptive and verification through a quantitative approach, with multipleelinear regression analysis using SPSS. The sample consisted of 105 outsourcing employees in total who were randomly selected through a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study show 1) The job insecurity score of 412 is in the high category. 2) A work stress score of 417 is intthe high category. 3) a turnover intention score of 422 is in the high category. 4) The sig value of job insecurity is 0.227>0.05 and the t-count is 1.215<1.983, meaning that job insecurity has no partial effect on turnover intention. 5) The sig value of work stress is 0.000 <0.05, t-count 8.497 <1.983, meaning that work stress has a partially significant effect on turnover intention. 6) The turnover intention sig value is 0.000 <0.05, f-count 111.218>3.08, meaning that job insecurity and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention. The R square value of 0.686 shows that these two variables influence 68.6% of turnover intention, and the remaining 31.4% can be influenced by other variables that researchers didnnot carefully examine.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Roda Pembina Nusantara. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Roda Pembina Nusantara Karawang yang beralamat di JL. Raya tanjung pura no. 4 RT.1/RW.8, Tanjungmekar, Kecamatan Karawang Barat, Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskritif, kuantitatif, verifikatif . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 140 karyawan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui hasil kuesioner dan wawancara dengan sampelnya yang digunakan sebanyak 104 responden dengan analisi regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi spss versi 25 .  Hasil penelitian ini adalah  : 1). ). Budaya organisasi dengan total skor sebesar 2991 dengan rata-rata 299 yang berada pada rentang skala 104-504 dengan kategori cukup baik. 2). . Disiplin kerja mendapatkan nilai total skor 3412 dengan rata-rata 341 yang berada ada rentang skala 104-504. Artinya disiplin kerja kategori baik. 3). Kinerja karyawan dengan total skor sebesar 3377, dengan rata-rata 337 yang berada pada rentang skala 104-504 dengan kategori  baik. 4). secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja nilai nilai sig 0,000 < ? 0,05 dan thitung 7,088 > ttabel 1,65993. 5). Secara parsial disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai sig 0,786 >  ? 0,05 dan thitung -0,273 < ttabel 1,65993. Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai uji sig. 0,000 < ? 0,05 dan ? hitung 36.565 > ? tabel 3.09.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis promosi jabatan dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang. Beralamat di Ruko Kertabumi Jl. Kertabumi No. A01, Karawang Kulon, Kec. Karawang Barat, Karawang, Jawa Barat 41311. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini ada 3 responden yang telah di wawancara dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Promosi jabatan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang menggunakan Sistem Informasi Pegawai (SIP) dan mengacu pada Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dilihat dari kinerja karyawan serta kejujuran, Promosi jabatan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang diidentifikasi bukan berdasarkan pada senioritas, namun pada pengalaman, Sistem rotasi kerja pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang dilihat dari masa kerja karyawan, apabila masa kerjanya sudah lama, dapat disarankan untuk rotasi kerja. Faktor yang mempengaruhi rotasi kerja masa kerja, kebutuhan organisasi dan kinerja, Terdapat perbedaan diantaranya tanggung jawab yang lebih besar, adaptasi terhadap lingkungan baru, serta dapat mempertahankan kinerja demi kemajuan karir. Penguatan penggunaan sistem informasi pegawai dan KPI dalam penilaian kinerja, perlu ditingkatkan penggunaannya agar proses promosi menjadi lebih transparan dan objektif.

Abstract

This study's objectives are to assess the level of soft skill mastery among students, identify any issues that arise, and develop effective growth strategies. Soft skills are a crucial component in today's increasingly digital and dynamic workplace. This study assesses the mastery of soft skills as well as the strategy and tactics for developing them. A mixed-method approach was used to gather information: questionnaires were sent to 200 students, 50 students were given soft skill tests based on case studies, 10 students, 5 students, and 5 employees were interviewed, and the curriculum and report were analyzed. The study's findings indicate that the student has excellent communication skills (3.7) and teamwork (3.9), but is somewhat lacking in flexibility (2.9) and leadership (3.1). These soft skills emphasize that, while a student can solve problems in a straightforward manner, they struggle to deal with complex situations that require innovation and multidisciplinary teamwork. Interview and document analysis indicate that curriculum adherence and practical experience are crucial for developing soft skills. This study highlights the need for curriculum revision based on student feedback, increased access to learning, and the use of digital technology in education. It comes from combined research that looks at competency, what that means for the Chinese education system, and how to build soft skills through long-term experience. It is believed that this will serve as a foundation for educational institutions to implement more effective policies to increase student engagement

Abstract

Fenomena fluktuasi harga saham yang menarik di pasar modal merupakan cerminan kondisi internal serta eksternal perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis korelasi diantara harga saham perusahaan F&B yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2018 hingga 2023 serta variabel berikut: likuiditas, solvabilitas, serta ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi sampel yang dikenal sebagai purposeful sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda, yang didasarkan pada asumsi klasik, digunakan pada penelitian ini. Di diantara asumsi-asumsi ini yakni uji heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, multikolinearitas, serta normalitas. Ada tiga komponen utama pengujian hipotesis: uji F, uji parsial (t), serta koefisien determinasi (F). Perusahaan-perusahaan di industri F&B yang terdaftar di BEI diantara tahun 2018 serta 2023 membentuk populasi penelitian, yang mencakup 102 titik data observasi serta 17 perusahaan dalam sampel. Likuiditas ditemukan punya efek positif parsial terhadap harga saham, menurut hasil penelitian, yang menunjukkan nilai t-hitung 4.189 > t-tabel 1.660 serta tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai t-hitung -1.488 < t-tabel 1.660 serta tingkat signifikansi 0,140 > 0,05 menunjukkan bahwasanya solvabilitas punya efek negatif terhadap harga saham. Menurut data, perusahaan yang lebih besar berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham (t-hitung = 7.990 > t-tabel = 1.660 serta 0,000 < 0,05). Nilai F-hitung 43.736 > t-tabel 1.660. F-tabel 3.089 menunjukkan bahwasanya harga saham dipengaruhi oleh likuiditas, solvabilitas, serta ukuran perusahaan secara bersamaan. Terdapat signifikansi statistik karena nilai 0,000 lebih rendah dari 0,05. Faktor-faktor yang belum diteliti secara menyeluruh memengaruhi harga saham senilai 44,1%, sedangkan likuiditas, solvabilitas, serta ukuran perusahaan memengaruhinya senilai 55,9%.
