Abstract

This study examines the effect of Training and Career Development on Employee Performance, with Organizational Culture as a moderating variable, among employees of CGV Cinemas in the Sumatra Area. Using quantitative causal design, 104 of 140 employees across six operational cities completed a Likert-scale questionnaire, analyzed through Moderated Regression Analysis. Training positively and significantly affects Employee Performance, whereas Career Development shows no significant direct effect. Organizational Culture does not moderate the Training-Performance relationship but positively moderates the Career Development-Performance relationship, forming a pure moderation pattern. The interaction model explains 71.2% of the variance in Employee Performance.
