Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture,, leadership andcommunication to the managers performance. The population of this study was 114 managerial (MFIBMT) in the Integrated Urban Self Area in Belitang, The Regency of Ogan Komering Ulu Timur, SouthSumatra Province.The method used in this research was correlational that determines the level of influence ofdifferent variables with sample 98 using proportionate random sampling technique. Data processingused namely by SPSS 24. Research instruments consisting of engineering data analysis and thehypothesis. The results of the study states that contribution variable leadership, organizational culture,and communication , to explain manager performance variables is 74.9%, and explained that leadership,organizational culture, and communication awarded to managers simultaneous had links and realimpact of the manager performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Additional Employee Income and Leadership Style on the Work Discipline of the General State Civil Apparatus of the Prabumulih City Setda. The population is the entire Civil Apparatus of the General State of Setda Kota Prabumulih which amounts to 40 people. Sampling using saturated sampling. The study used primary data obtained through questionnaires. Using multiple linear regression analysis methods and using SPSS release 24 software as an analysis tool. The results showed that Additional Employee Income and Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on the Work Discipline of the General State Civil Apparatus of the Prabumulih City Setda simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, compensation, and work stress on turnover intention among domestic workers at PT Bakti Perdana Balayudha. The research employs a quantitative explanatory approach. Data were collected through a survey of 150 domestic workers placed in client households. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used for data collection and analyzed with SPSS. The results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work stress also shows a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This study contributes to PT Bakti Perdana Balayudha by highlighting how workload, compensation, and stress influence turnover intention among domestic workers in the informal sector. It also emphasizes the importance of supportive compensation schemes and stress management strategies within domestic worker placement agencies
