Abstract

This study tries to explore the origins of online learning problems in art and culture subjects in junior high schools. Furthermore, from the exploration, it is continued by understanding the idiosyncrasy that occurs in online learning and the concept of heutagogy in arts and culture education at the junior high school level. The research method is mixed-method, prioritizing qualitative aspects that are assisted by questionnaires in data collection. Data were collected using an online questionnaire through the Google Form platform for junior high school students in Pasuruan, East Java. Afterward, the data were analyzed with analytical descriptive words to see the idiosyncrasy of art and culture education with heutagogy in this COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the heutagogical model is a model that is deemed necessary to be developed in the era of online learning going forward. When the COVID-19 pandemic took place, the use of IT technology had the power to tailor cultural arts education for each student in accordance with the development of his generation.

Abstract

The increase use of technology in daily life needs the development of leaning media which utilizes technology as well. The use of mobile phones is increasing among students and the use of inappropriate makes the device as a medium of entertainment. It needs a learning media using mobile phones in the form of applications. There is lack of applications with the theme of education in accordance with learning. Mobile phones are not used as learning media by teachers and students. The reverence of learning material and learning media makes research on technology education need to be raised as a matter of matter in the field. The development of the local cultural application of Pasuruan has become one of the mobile interactive learning media that can be used as a medium for learning revision in and outside the school. The development process is carried out through the 4D stages, which are define, design, develop and dessemine. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that there is the effectiveness of learning to use learning media applications. In addition, the results of the validator shows decent results as products which can be used. The respond of teacher and student show satisfied result in using Pasuruan local culture application as learning media.

Abstract

This research aims to develop interactive learning media based on PowerPoint in the learning of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) for the material of plant body parts in elementary schools. The research method uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The analysis stage is used to identify learning needs and student characteristics. At the design stage, the media is designed with relevant visual content and supports interactivity. The results of the development are then implemented in the classroom and evaluated through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show that this learning media improves students' understanding plant body parts material and increases learning motivation. Features such as animation and multiple choice evaluation help students understand the material more concretely and interestingly. Teachers also find it helpful as it presents the material in a systematic and structured way. With this media, the learning process becomes more effective, interesting, and relevant to the needs of students in the digital era. This research recommends training for teachers and further development for other IPAS materials.

Abstract

Analysis of Performance Management Teacher Madrasah Aliyah Al Ayyubi In Sidoarjo Madrasah Aliyah Al Ayyubi is a private institution located in Sidoarjo East Java. Since 2011 until now, the problem arises that there are indications of not achieving satisfactory performance. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is trying to get as complete information as possible about the performance management of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al Ayyubi. Qualitative techniques are used as an approach in this study, because this technique is to understand rational reality as subjective reality especially madrasah citizens to formulate more concrete about teacher performance management. The result is that the existing performance management system in Madrasah Aliyah Al Ayyubi is said to be running almost 60%, in the planning phase Madrasah Aliyah Al Ayyubi has a work program that has been aligned as needed with vision, mission, target and madrasah strategy. However, in its implementation, out of 2 training models defined in the work program, monthly training that includes computer courses and case studies, many of the less participating senior teachers are different from junior teachers who welcome the effort. Another disadvantage of the performance management system in Madrasah Aliyah Al Ayyubi lies in performance evaluation, there is no formal and formal assessment format by Madrasah Aliyah Al Ayyubi and still uses the method of personal discussions and hearings, although previously held daily observations, Weekly and monthly performance of teachers in terms of discipline and teacher competence.

Abstract

Sumber energi berkelanjutan sangat penting di dunia yang saling terhubung saat ini. Sumber energi terbarukan ini awalnya muncul dengan niat untuk menjauhkan umat manusia dari bahan bakar fosil, yang semakin berkurang dalam pasokan, dan dengan demikian melindungi planet kita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan persepsi masyarakat tentang kemampuan panel surya untuk menghasilkan listrik dalam kondisi cuaca yang bervariasi, dengan tujuan akhir untuk mengidentifikasi pilihan energi berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penelitian menggunakan panel surya ini dapat mengajarkan kita bagaimana menciptakan sumber energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan dengan mengoptimalkan sumber energi dalam kondisi cuaca yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci dan kemudian menganalisis dan membuktikan temuan riset. Oleh karena itu, jelas bahwa mempelajari efektivitas panel surya dalam menghasilkan listrik dalam kondisi cuaca yang berbeda sangat menguntungkan untuk kemampuan peneliti untuk memproduksi energi terbarukan dengan cara yang ramah lingkungan dan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem tersebut untuk iklim yang berbeda.

Abstract

In the past few years, the country's manufacturing companies have been caught in a vicious cycle caused by poor working capital to affect the investment surplus. Using the New Public Management approach is considered suitable for carrying out the process of public value creation. There is limited literature which discusses the importance of customers' role from the perspective of New Public Management. This research discusses about customer-oriented public services precisely at PT Pertamina. This research aims to see the importance of customer position in a company because their relationship is important as customers need products and companies need trust from customers so that profitability is maintained. This research method is descriptive analysis. The results of study show that Pertamina in the NPM approach seen from the aspect of orientation towards customers has met customer needs. From the affective dimension, Pertamina always provides motivation to employees with various awards, providing good attitude and responsiveness, both to customer and fuel supply distribution. The cognitive dimension shows that Pertamina is always reactive in providing information through various types of services, preparing strategies to respond to competitors, and responsiveness in inconsistencies conditions. From responsiveness dimension shows that Pertamina can provide services align with customer needs such as providing services that can be reached by customers. Pertamina is able to prioritize customers by always paying attention to the service commitment provided making it one of the State-Owned Enterprises that could increase the capacity of services quality to the community as it should.
