Abstract

This research discusses an energy and exergy analysis of a 112,45 MW gas turbine power generation system. The exergy of a material stream is divided into physical and chemical exergyand evaluated on each state. The results of this study reveal that the highest exergy destruction occurs in combustion chamber (65,81%), where the large temperature difference is the major source of the irreversibility. The exergy destruction in turbine gas and compressor was found 26,62% and 7,57% respectively. The effect of various gas turbine load and ambient temperature to the system’s performance were also studied. The result shows that increasing gas turbine loadgives positif effecton the exergy efficiency of the cycle as well as the components compressor and combustion chamber. Increasing ambient temperature givesnegatif effect, bywhich exergy efficiency of cycle was decreasing. Accordingly, cooling of the compressor inlet air is considered as the solution to this problem.Penelitian ini membahas analisis energi dan eksergi pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga gas berkapasitas 112,45 MW. Laju aliran eksergi dibagi menjadi dua komponen yaitu eksergi fisik dan eksergi kimia yang dievaluasi pada masing-masing keadaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemusnahan eksergi terbesar terjadi di ruang bakar (68,61%), dimana perbedaan temperatur yang besar merupakan sumber utama terjadinya irreversibilitas. Sedangkan pemusnahan eksergi pada turbin gas dan kompresor masing- masing sebesar 26,62% dan 7,57%. Pada penelitian ini juga membahas pengaruh dari tingkat pembebanan dan suhu udara lingkungan untuk mengetahui perubahan performa yang dihasilkan. Hasil dari variasi pembebanan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan beban turbin gas berpengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi siklus maupun komponennya, yaitu kompresor dan ruang bakar. Peningkatan suhu udara lingkungan berdampak sebaliknya, dimana efisiensi siklus mengalami penurunan pada suhu udara lingkungan yang lebih tinggi. Sehingga untuk mengendalikan faktor tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan pendinginan suhu udara masuk kompresor.Keywords: energy, exergy, exergy efficiency, Gas Turbine Power Plant.

Abstract

This research was conducted by Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru located in the street of Imam Munandar (Harapan Raya), Simpang Sudirman No.17, 28282Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance at Alpha Hotel pekanbaru.In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program ver. 17 for Windows. The population in this study were all employees at the Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, which numbered 66 employees. The sample in this study was taken using a sensus method which is 66 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires (questionnaire) and free interviews. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods with the results of research namely Y = 3,646a + 0,404X1 + 1,313X2The research that has been done shows the results that respondents respond to organizational climate, organizational commitment in good category. While for the t test that has been done shows that the organizational climate variable and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F test show that simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment. And for the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by the value of R Square of 0.842, on employee performance. This shows that the development of organizational climate and organizational commitment has an effect of 84.2% on employee performance, while the remaining 15.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

CAD (Computer Aided Design) is a computer program for drawing a product. The use of CAD can be in the form of 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional drawings. The advantage of using this CAD computer program is to make it easier and faster to create and change a product/component drawing. Besides that, this program is also useful to make it easier to complete image data such as material type, dimensions, number of products and so on. Mastery of the AutoCAD application is very necessary for students and teachers of Vocational High Schools (SMK), especially in the mechanical engineering department of SMK Karya Bhakti Gresik. This is because they have limited facilities and infrastructure in learning AutoCAD. The ability to use AutoCad for vocational students is a provision to enter the world of work after graduating from school, one of which is to work in the industrial world. Where in the era of Industry 4.0, many companies demand AutoCad capabilities as a condition for joining vocational graduates. Based on this, the competence of AutoCad for SMK Karya Bakti Gresik students needs to be improved. One of the learning processes to improve this competency is to provide AutoCAD application training for SMK Karya Bhakti Gresik students. The training method used is a workshop, where students are given material about AutoCad, then practice AutoCAD directly at the Multimedia Laboratory of the University of Gresik. The participants of this training focused on students in grades X and XI of the Mechanical Engineering Department of SMK Karya Bakti with a training duration of 2 days.

Abstract

Salah satu komoditas utama hasil tambak di Kabupaten Gresik yaitu udang vanami. Hasil panen udang vanami ini perlu disimpan dan diawetkan sebelum diproses untuk berbagai hasil pengolahan pangan dengan cara membekukan produk dibawah titik beku bahan pangan tersebut. Proses pembekuan yang dilakukan dengan menyimpan udang tersebut pada mesin pendingin, hal ini dapat mencegah perkembangan bakteri dan mikroorganisme pada udang. Berdasarkan hal ini, perlu dilakukan perancangan mesin pendingin untuk penyimpanan udang kapasitas 5 Kg dengan sistem kompresi uap sebagai solusi menjaga kualitas udang. Perancangan mesin ini diawali dengan menentuakan dimensi box tempat penyimpanan, perhitungan beban pendinginan, pemilihan komponen, menentukan desain konstruksi alat, pembuatan alat dan uji coba hasil mesin pendingin. Dimensi box penyimpanan yaitu Panjang 40cm, lebar 30cm dan tinggi 40 cm. Hasil perhitungan beban pendinginan evaporator total untuk produk udang yaitu sebesar 238,45 watt. Kapasitas motor kompresor sebesar 1/6 HP atau sebesar 124,33 watt. Jenis refrigerant yang digunakan yaitu R-134a, karena jenis refrigerant ini memiliki nilai ODP 0 dan tidak menyebabkan kerusakan pada lapisan ozon. Hasil perancangan mesin pendingin untuk kapasitas 5 Kg dengan sistem kompresi uap yaitu berdasarkan ploting pada PH diagram yaitu : Kerja kompresor yaitu 96,662 watt, beban panas kondensor sebesar 333,252 watt, dan beban evaporator 236,6 watt. Maka berdasrkan hasil perhitungan beban pada evaporator perancangan mesin pendingin dan perhitungan berdasarkan dari mesin pendingin memiliki selisih 1,85 Watt lebih besar dari data yang direncanakan. Nilai COP hasil perancangan mesin pendingin ini sebesar 2,44.

Abstract

MSMEs are the biggest economic development in Indonesia and can survive crisis conditions. In 2017, it was noted that MSMEs had a market share o 62,9 million units of the total business actors in Indonesia. Starting an entrepreneurship requires a marketing strategy to know the marketing mix and to know internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is the application of marketing strategies to soy milk MSME products using the marketing mix method, SWOT analysis, and the IFE and EFE Matrix to achieve an effective and efficient marketing strategy. This research data was carried out in the Karawang district, namely Kutagandok Village, with a research period of 6 months, starting from August to December 2019. Methods of data collection are done with three types, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is to know the external and internal factors in MSMEs so that they can control and communicate with consumers to be able to achieve customer satisfaction and reach the target market.UMKM merupakan pengembangan perekonomian di Indonesia paling besar dan dapat bertahan dalam kondisi krisis. Pada tahun 2017 tercatat bahwa UMKM memiliki pangsa pasar sebesar 62,9 juta unit dari total keseluruhan pelaku usaha di Indonesia. Memulai wirausaha dibutuhkannya strategi pemasaran untuk mengetahui bauran pemasaran dan mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penerapan strategi pemasaran pada Produk UMKM susu kedelai dengan menggunakan metode marketing mix, analisis SWOT, dan matriks IFE dan EFE untuk mencapai strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien. Data penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Karawang yaitu Desa Kutagandok, dengan jangka waktu penelitian adalah 6 bulan, mulai dari bulan agustus sampai dengan Desember 2019. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga jenis yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahuinya faktor eksternal dan internal pada UMKM sehingga dapat mengontrol dan berkomunikasi dengan konsumen untuk dapat mencapai kepuasan konsumen dan mencapai pasar sasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using lubricating oils with SAE 10W-40 and SAE 15W-40 viscosities on the performance of 110cc automatic motorcycle engines. The tests focus on the effects of both types of oil on engine power, torque, and air-fuel ratio (Air Fuel Ratio/AFR). This research employs an experimental method involving laboratory tests and road tests to obtain accurate data. The viscosity tests show that SAE 10W-40 oil has lower viscosity at low and medium temperatures compared to SAE 15W-40, which has higher viscosity and is more stable at high temperatures. The power and torque tests indicate that SAE 10W-40 oil produces more stable maximum power within the medium RPM range, while SAE 15W-40 has a sharper peak power but within a more limited RPM range. The torque tests also show that SAE 10W-40 performs better in maintaining torque over a longer range. Additionally, AFR analysis indicates that SAE 10W-40 oil approaches the ideal ratio for efficient combustion, while SAE 15W-40 tends to produce a richer mixture at high RPM, which improves performance but reduces fuel efficiency. The results suggest that the selection of oil with the appropriate viscosity significantly affects engine performance, especially in terms of fuel efficiency, power, and torque in a 110cc automatic motorcycle.
