Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, intrinsic motivation, and career development on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Langkat Makmur using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents selected from a total population of 430 employees using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the work environment, intrinsic motivation, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of <0.05 and an Adjusted R Square value of 0.708 which indicates that 70.8% of employee performance variations can be explained by these three variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Thus, improving the quality of the work environment, encouraging motivation from within, and clarity of career development are important factors in improving employee performance.
