Stretch Marks or Striae gravidarum are marks or stretches that appear on a woman's skin during the second half of pregnancy. Around 50% to 90% of pregnant women experience stretch marks. Striae or Stretch marks/scicatrices are bright or dark reddish lines that usually appear on the stomach, buttocks, breasts, thighs and calves (Irianti, 2014). Research objective: To determine the effect of giving gotu kola leaf scrub to treat stretch marks in pregnant women at PMB Nita Pulo Bandring. Method: This type of research uses the Quasy Experimental method with a one group pre-test post-test design, namely research activities that provide a pretest before being given treatment, and after the posttest is given treatment. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling, and the number of samples was 32 pregnant women who experienced stretch marks. Research results: There was a decrease in the results of stretch marks in second trimester pregnant women before and after being given gotu kola leaf scrub to treat stretch marks using the Dependent Test at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). The results of the analysis obtained a value of p=0.000 (p<0.05), so the hypothesis was accepted. This means that there is an effect of giving gotu kola leaf scrub to overcome stretch marks in second trimester pregnant women at PMB Nita Pulo Bandring. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving gotu kola leaf scrub to overcome stretch marks in second trimester pregnant women at PMB Nita Pulo Bandring with the test Dependent is ρ = 0.000 (ρ <0.05) which means the decrease in the mean pre and post rank is significant.
