Abstract

The evolution of lifestyle, particularly among Generation Z, has positioned coffee shops not merely as places to enjoy beverages but as spaces for social interaction and identity expression. Intense competition requires business owners to rely not only on products but also on capable digital marketing strategies. This study aims to deeply analyze the contribution of digital marketing in shaping brand image and its impact on sales volume escalation using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Following the PRISMA protocol, this study selected 19 relevant articles from Google Scholar and Emerald databases published between 2015 and 2025. The data synthesis results indicate that interactive and creative digital marketing activities play a crucial role in building a positive brand image. Furthermore, a strong brand image serves as a vital mediator linking promotional efforts with purchasing decisions and customer loyalty, ultimately driving significant sales growth

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between TikTok content quality, brand image, and customer engagement on customer loyalty at Nirabeforenine, a local coffee shop. A quantitative cross-sectional survey involved 112 respondents selected through purposive sampling, all of whom had purchased products, recognized the TikTok account, and viewed its promotional content. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 26. Partial testing showed significance values of 0.015 for TikTok content quality, <0.001 for brand image, and 0.032 for customer engagement. The combined model was also significant with an F-statistic of 346.450 and an R-squared of 0.917. The findings demonstrate that in this sample, loyalty is strongly associated with content standards, brand evaluations, and continuity of interaction. The research contributes empirical evidence on digital marketing for local coffee shops, but its external validity is limited due to the cross-sectional design, non-probability sampling, and focus on a single coffee shop. The implications suggest that while TikTok promotion is valuable, it should be integrated with a strong brand strategy and authentic customer engagement to foster loyalty, as digital metrics alone do not guarantee repeat purchases

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media content, perceived price, and payment security on purchasing decisions for Unknown Cash (UC) in PUBG Mobile among users in Cilacap Regency. Previous studies have generally examined these variables separately or focused on purchase intention, leaving limited evidence regarding their simultaneous effects on actual purchasing decisions for virtual goods in regional digital gaming communities. This study addresses this gap by integrating the three determinants into a single empirical model, thereby contributing to digital consumer behavior literature. A quantitative causal-associative approach was employed using purposive sampling of 105 PUBG Mobile players aged 17 years or older who had purchased UC. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that social media content (t = 4.958; p < 0.001) and payment security (t = 3.960; p < 0.001) positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions, whereas perceived price is not statistically significant (t = 1.908; p = 0.059). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly explain purchasing decisions (F = 151.762; p < 0.001) with an explanatory power of 81.8%. The findings extend digital consumer behavior theory by demonstrating that information quality and transaction security are more influential than price perception in virtual goods purchases. Practically, digital top-up providers should prioritize engaging social media content and transparent payment security to strengthen consumer trust and purchasing decisions
