Abstract

Abstrak Pertumbuhan pada era digitalisasi kini semakin meningkat, dengan peningkatan tersebut penjualan secara online pun juga turut meningkat. Tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa penjualan yang dilakukan secara live menjadi ajang yang sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan pada online shop khususnya di Indonesia. Beragam penawaran dan kemudahan pembelanjaan secara online memberikan dampak persaingan yang sangat ketat antar perusahaan dari beberapa aspek. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa promosi biaya kirim, online consumer rating dan panic buying tiktok terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan persamaan structural dengan Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4 . korespondensi pada penelitian ini berjumlan 100 orang dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang berdomisili di kepulauan jawa. Dan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi biaya kirim tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian ini pula bahwa online consumer rating berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan panic buying menunjukan bahwa tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Free Biaya Kirim, Online Consumer Rating, Panic Buying dan Keputusan Pembelian Abstract Growth in the era of digitalization is now increasing, with this increase, online sales have also increased. It is possible that sales made live become an event that greatly affects the level of sales in online shops, especially in Indonesia. Various offers and ease of online shopping have an impact on very tight competition between companies from several aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze tiktok's free shipping promotions, ratings and panic buying on purchase interest. The study was conducted quantitatively with Partial Least Square analysis (PLS) 4. Correspondence in this study consisted of 100 people from all walks of life who lived in the Java Islands. And from the results of this study, it shows that the promotion of shipping costs has no effect and is not significant. From the results of this study, online consumer ratings also have an effect and are significant on purchasing decisions. Abstract

PT X is a company founded in 2017 as a provider of supply chain solutions for the electricity and utilities sector in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT X. The method of data collection in the preparation of this thesis is through a survey on a population of 59 people with a sample of 59 using saturated sample techniques with a quantitative analysis method. The results show that training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 T table of 3.730> 2.003. Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect with a level of 0.003 2.011. Training and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 F table of 99.872> 3.20. These findings indicate the importance of effective training management and creating a conducive work environment to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Employee productivity is a key factor in a company's success in facing increasingly intense competition. Work environment and work motivation are the main factors that influence productivity; however, previous research results have been inconsistent. PT XYZ, as a strategic public service company, faces challenges in optimizing employee productivity, such as punctuality, work quality, and innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee productivity at PT XYZ using a quantitative approach through a survey of 48 active employees in the General Affairs & Property Assets division, Archives section. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that partially, the work environment has no significant effect on productivity (p = 0.180), while work motivation has a positive and significant effect (p = 0.000). Simultaneously, work environment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee productivity. These findings emphasize the importance of motivation as the main factor in improving employee performance. Therefore, the company is recommended to focus on strategies to increase motivation through incentives, self-development training, and the creation of clear and fair career paths.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining organizational success. Job satisfaction and work motivation are believed to play significant roles in influencing performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using t-test and F-test. The results indicate that job satisfaction does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance (t = 1.210; sig. = 0.232), while work motivation has a significant partial effect (t = 8.991; sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance (F = 49.258; sig. = 0.000). These findings emphasize the importance of managing work motivation to enhance employee performance within the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT Guna Cipta Sinergi in West Jakarta. The research population consists of all 163 employees of PT Guna Cipta Sinergi, with a sample of 62 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis tool used was SPSS version 25. The results showed that: (1) Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 2.037 > t-table 2.001 and significance of 0.046 < 0.05; (2) Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 1.209 < t-table 2.001 and significance of 0.231 > 0.05; (3) Simultaneously, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 14.313 > F table 3.15 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 30.4% indicates that both variables can explain 30.4% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 69.6% is explained by other factors. These findings imply that companies need to maintain work discipline policies and evaluate motivation strategies to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial aspect in determining the success of a government agency, including the Ministry of Health. However, challenges such as employees feeling that compensation is not commensurate with their workload and lack of appreciation for employees are still frequently encountered. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Primary and Community Health. The approach used is quantitative statistics with observation and survey methods through the distribution of questionnaires to the entire population of 40 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS version 23. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value of 6.008 > 2.026 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value of 11.625 > 2.026 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables showed a significant positive influence on employee performance with a calculated F value of 66.796 > 3.25 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Solusi Indosistem Otomat which operates in the field of Industrial Automation and Power Transmission and Distribution. The objectives of this study are 1. To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance partially, 2. To determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance partially, and 3. To determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. on employees of PT Solusi Indosistem Otomat. The sample used in this study was 50 employees. The data analysis technique used the SPPS Version 27 application. The results of this study were obtained using the t test that organizational culture partially had a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the results of the t test were t count 8,742 > t table 2,011. Work discipline partially had an effect on employee performance t count 9,585> t table 2,011 Organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 and an F-test result of 67,520 > 3,19

Abstract

 BKPSDM of Depok City is an agency that acts as the executor of the regional government and is responsible for formulating technical policies in the field of personnel and providing service support for governance in regional personnel management as an effort to manage HR Management with leadership that motivates employees to work better and can fulfill organizational goals more efficiently and effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at BKPSDM Depok City partially and simultaneously. The research used statistical quantitative methods. The number of saturated samples in this study were 60 respondents from BKPSDM employees. The Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression methods, data management used SPSS Version 25. The test results show that: 1) partially leadership and work motivation on employee performance at BKPSDM Depok City,the result partial test Leadership (X1) has a coefficient regression of 5,504>2,002, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and work motivation (X2) has a regression coefficient of 10,471>2,002, then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, both variabels have a significance value < 0,05. So the results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of the variabels Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on employee Performance at affect employee performace at BKPSDM Depok City. 2) simultaneously leadership dan work motivation affect employee performace at BKPSDM Depok City, the test results were obtained from Fining>Frabel (53,941>3,16 and a significance < 0,05). Then the results of testing the f test (simultaneous) show that there is a positive and significant influence on the variables of leadership and work motivation simultaneously on employee performace at BKPSDM Depok City. Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang selalu menjadi ukuran penilaian dalam sebuah perusahaan. Namun, kinerja karyawan umumnya menunjukkan bagaimana pekerja dapat menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan baik, sehingga akan selalu ada karyawan atau pekerja yang kinerjanya baik, dan ada juga yang kinerjanya kurang baik. Dua faktor yang secara umumnya mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Kedua faktor ini tidak hanya berpengaruh secara individual terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi juga memiliki hubungan saling mempengaruhi. Stres kerja yang tinggi dapat mengurangi kepuasan kerja, sementara kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat berfungsi sebagai buffer terhadap stres kerja dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total sampel 40 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,567 menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh sebesar 56,7% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
