Abstract

The need for video converence is something that cannot be ignored. Amid the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak all sectors must utilize this technology. Such is the case with Semarang Islamic State University Walisongo. Where UIN Walisongo requires all students, lecturers and education personnel to remain at home in an effort to comply with government regulations as an effort to prevent this outbreak. Therefore, to find a solution for communication to stay connected, a system for online meetings was built that could be used by students and lecturers as a medium of online learning, and the education staff and leaders to be able to always be connected in the midst of the covid outbreak.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of motivation on employee performance, the impact of work discipline on employee performance, and the combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Penggadaian Branch Ciputat. The research employs a quantitative approach with observation, questionnaires, and documentation as the outlined methods for the thesis. The study involved 40 employees at PT Penggadaian Branch Ciputat. The findings reveal that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact of work discipline on employee performance, there is a positive and significant combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The conclusion has important implications for HR management in the company. Management can focus on improving employee motivation and discipline to support overall performance improvement. However, this research has limitations, especially in terms of generalizing the results, as it was conducted only at PT. Pegadaian Branch Ciputat and involved a sample of 40 employees. Therefore, further research can be expanded to other branches and involve more respondents to obtain a more comprehensive overview.

Abstract

A study on the factors influencing foreign direct investment (FDI) was started by the Islamic Cooperation countries, the majority of which are developing nations, due to the significance of capital flows for these nations. The present study employs an institutional quality framework, green economic policies, and the function of financial development to evaluate the components that effect foreign direct investment (FDI). The results of this research demonstrate that institutional changes and green economic policies stimulate foreign investment. Several institutional metrics, including government performance, the rule of law, political stability, and regulatory quality, have highly positive outcomes, while electoral accountability and preventing corruption have negative and minor consequences. Furthermore, elements of the green economy including human capital, natural resources, and environmental laws have a big impact on foreign investment. These results also suggest that the growth of the financial sector can boost the impact of institutional quality and the green economy on the attraction of foreign investment. The conclusions of this study demonstrate that investors examine institutional integrity, the green economy, and financial development when making investment decisions.

Abstract

Visitors' perception of tourist objects is essential in tourism development because it is one of the indicators that can be used as a reference in tourism management. Good tourism management can be done by developing supporting facilities that can create opportunities to increase tourist interest. This study aims to analyze the supporting facilities of Marines Eco Park Beach Tourism objects in Pesawaran Regency and to determine visitor perceptions of the development of tourist objects with 4A aspects (attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary service). The research was conducted in April-May 2022. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview methods. Respondents from the management were determined using a purposive sampling technique, visitor respondents were determined using a random sampling technique with an age limit of ≥17 years, and then the data were analyzed through the descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the facilities offered by the Marines Eco Park Beach Tourism manager consist of toilets, gazebos, places of worship or prayer rooms, canteens and stalls, security posts or monitoring posts, parking lots, and trash bins. While the most supportive facilities, namely cafes and restaurants. Perception assessment of the 4A aspect (attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary service) shows that the perception of visitors at Marines Eco Park Beach Tourism is in the neutral category. Therefore, the Marines Eco Park Beach Tourism Manager is expected to be able to carry out tourism development optimally, especially by adding the facilities needed by visitors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah memahami pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja pada komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behaviour di Bank XYZ. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner pada 47 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SPSS 28.0. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan hasil bahwasanya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan pada komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada organizational citizenship behaviour di Bank XYZ. Sumbangan pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap variabel komitmen organisasi adalah 68 persen. sedangkan sumbangan pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap variabel organizational citizenship behavior adalah 73,9 persen. Organizational citizenship behavior yang tinggi dapat dibangun dengan menjaga kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada seluruh karyawan yang tergabung di perusahaan. Saran untuk penelitian berikutnya yaitu mempergunakan variabel lainnya yang kemungkinan juga mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior agar terlihat apa variabel yang paling berpengaruh.

Abstract

Implementasi akuntansi berkelanjutan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi organisasi. Pada saat yang sama, manajemen perusahaan telah secara kuat menerapkan gagasan keberlanjutan pada kegiatan perusahaan dan telah memutuskan untuk mengungkapkan dampak sosial dan ekonomi dari kegiatan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengusulkan paradigma baru di mana konsep akuntansi keberlanjutan dapat diterapkan pada berbagai macam level organisasi korporat. Bank Kalsel salah satu contoh organisasi yang menganut sistem akuntansi berkelanjutan. Studi ini berfokus pada pengembangan pedoman implementasi keberlanjutan untuk lembaga jasa keuangan milik daerah. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada perspektif atau paradigma kualitatif. Desain penelitian ini mengacu pada Kaur and Lodhia (2018) yang menggunakan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan saran agar manajemen Bank Kalsel terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan. Peningkatan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan menunjukkan komitmen manajemen dalam menjalankan kegiatan Bank Kalsel berdasarkan konsep keberlanjutan.Kata kunci: Akuntansi Keberlanjutan, Kinerja Berkelanjutan, Sustainable Development Goals, Bank Pembangunan Daerah

Abstract

Abstrak Pertumbuhan pada era digitalisasi kini semakin meningkat, dengan peningkatan tersebut penjualan secara online pun juga turut meningkat. Tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa penjualan yang dilakukan secara live menjadi ajang yang sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan pada online shop khususnya di Indonesia. Beragam penawaran dan kemudahan pembelanjaan secara online memberikan dampak persaingan yang sangat ketat antar perusahaan dari beberapa aspek. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa promosi biaya kirim, online consumer rating dan panic buying tiktok terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan persamaan structural dengan Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4 . korespondensi pada penelitian ini berjumlan 100 orang dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang berdomisili di kepulauan jawa. Dan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi biaya kirim tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian ini pula bahwa online consumer rating berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan panic buying menunjukan bahwa tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Free Biaya Kirim, Online Consumer Rating, Panic Buying dan Keputusan Pembelian Abstract Growth in the era of digitalization is now increasing, with this increase, online sales have also increased. It is possible that sales made live become an event that greatly affects the level of sales in online shops, especially in Indonesia. Various offers and ease of online shopping have an impact on very tight competition between companies from several aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze tiktok's free shipping promotions, ratings and panic buying on purchase interest. The study was conducted quantitatively with Partial Least Square analysis (PLS) 4. Correspondence in this study consisted of 100 people from all walks of life who lived in the Java Islands. And from the results of this study, it shows that the promotion of shipping costs has no effect and is not significant. From the results of this study, online consumer ratings also have an effect and are significant on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract. The digital transformation in the banking sector has increased investor interest in the shares of banks that offer digital services. However, limited understanding of financial indicators such as Net Profit Margin (NPM), Equity Multiplier (EM), and Return on Equity (ROE) can lead to inaccuracies in investment decision-making. This study aims to analyze the influence of NPM and EM on ROE in banks that provide digital services and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques, with secondary data sourced from the financial statements of 27 digital banking companies accessed through the official IDX website (idx.co.id). Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, involving descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results show that NPM has a significant positive effect on ROE, contributing 51%, while EM also has a significant positive effect on ROE, contributing 12.1%. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on ROE, with a coefficient of determination value of 75.3%. These findings indicate that NPM and EM are relevant indicators for assessing the profitability performance of digital banking institutions. Abstrak. Transformasi digital di sektor perbankan telah meningkatkan minat investor terhadap saham-saham bank yang menyediakan layanan digital. Namun, keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap indikator keuangan seperti Net Profit Margin (NPM), Equity Multiplier (EM), dan Return on Equity (ROE) dapat menyebabkan ketidakakuratan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh NPM dan EM terhadap ROE pada perusahaan perbankan yang memiliki layanan digital dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021–2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari 27 perusahaan perbankan digital yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi BEI (idx.co.id). Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 melalui uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPM berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROE dengan kontribusi sebesar 51%, dan EM juga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROE dengan kontribusi sebesar 12,1%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 75,3%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa NPM dan EM merupakan indikator yang relevan dalam menilai kinerja profitabilitas bank digital.

Abstract

Halal tourism in Indonesia is the largest tourism in the world that presents a lot of natural beauty, culture, and comfortable places of worship. In the economic field, halal tourism contributes significantly to state income, which is around 10.4% and employment of around 313 million people. This proves that halal tourism in Indonesia has a positive effect on national income and increases human development. But that was all achieved before the Covid-19 outbreak hit Indonesia. During the pandemic, halal tourism objects experienced a drastic decline. Many halal tourism sub-sectors such as airlines, lodging, and places to eat are feeling the impact. For this reason, an alternative and complex strategy concept is needed to restore the existence of halal parawista in Indonesia. The right method to respond to the author's goal is a qualitative descriptive method with the help of a SWOT analysis consisting of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results obtained in this article are: first, the strength of Indonesian halal tourists is quite large because it has many beautiful natural destinations, easy access to tourist attractions, the availability of many places of worship, lodging and eating places that have been tested for halalness, and the friendliness of the Indonesian population. in welcoming incoming tourists; Secondly, from the side of weakness, health protocols are considered too strict, such as mandatory vaccines, wearing masks, maintaining distance, and the like, thereby reducing tourist intentions. Another weakness is the lack of human resources in managing halal tourism, as well as the lack of government facilities in assisting small and medium enterprises in marketing their products; the third is seen from the opportunities that can be utilized by the government, namely focusing on the six basic needs of Muslim tourists, namely maintaining halal food, prayer facilities, Ramadan services, water-friendly bathrooms, no non-halal activities, and improving recreational facilities; Fourth, in terms of threats, the government needs to pay attention to competition with neighboring countries, focus on halal certification, and also the spike in Covid-19 cases. The analysis above is believed to be an alternative strategy in increasing halal tourism in Indonesia so that it makes a major contribution to the country, especially in its human development.

Abstract

Abstract. This study seeks to examine the impact of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction with the Gojek app among inhabitants of Depok City. App-based transportation services have become integral to urban life, particularly in regions adjacent to the capital, such as Depok, characterized by elevated mobility and considerable congestion. In this environment, Gojek, as an online transportation service provider, must have a competitive pricing strategy and provide superior service quality to sustain and improve customer happiness. This research used a quantitative survey methodology. Data were gathered from 92 participants using an online questionnaire. Customer satisfaction served as the dependent variable in this research. Price and service quality were the independent factors. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability assessments, classical assumption evaluations, and multiple linear regression analyses. T-tests and F-tests were used.  The findings indicated that both price and service quality, whether considered individually or together, had a positive and substantial influence on consumer satisfaction. This illustrates that a cost-effective pricing plan, together with dependable, quick, and empathic service, significantly enhances consumer happiness and loyalty to the Gojek app. This study significantly supports Gojek management in developing strategic choices aimed at enhancing customer experience.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen aplikasi Gojek di kalangan penduduk Kota Depok. Layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan perkotaan, terutama di wilayah yang berdekatan dengan ibu kota, seperti Depok, yang ditandai dengan mobilitas tinggi dan kemacetan yang parah. Dalam lingkungan ini, Gojek, sebagai penyedia layanan transportasi daring, harus memiliki strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif dan memberikan kualitas layanan yang unggul untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi survei kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 92 partisipan menggunakan kuesioner daring. Kepuasan pelanggan berperan sebagai variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini. Harga dan kualitas layanan merupakan faktor independen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 25, meliputi penilaian validitas dan reliabilitas, evaluasi asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji-t dan uji-f digunakan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas layanan, baik secara individual maupun bersama-sama, memiliki pengaruh positif dan substansial terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa rencana penetapan harga yang hemat biaya, bersama dengan layanan yang andal, cepat, dan empatik, secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen terhadap aplikasi Gojek. Studi ini secara signifikan mendukung manajemen Gojek dalam mengembangkan pilihan strategis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan.
