Abstract

In anticipation of Indonesia Emas 2045, the President of the Republic of Indonesia instructed the formation of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative, which aims to be an economic driver in achieving economic independence and food self-sufficiency. This research aims to analyze the policy for establishing the Merah Putih Village Cooperative. The method used is a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), which is employed to assess the success rate of the policy. This research utilizes secondary data, including government policies outlined in the Constitution, Presidential Instructions, Government Regulations, and data or information published in both print and online media. The results of this study indicate that Koperasi Merah Putih has strengths that can overcome weaknesses and threats, and capitalize on opportunities for the success of Koperasi Desa Merah Putih. Meanwhile, the conclusion of this study states that the establishment of the Merah Putih Cooperative is a strategic step that can accelerate the pace of Indonesia's economic growth. This policy is essential for improving the living standards of rural communities.

Abstract

This study attempts to map the business models of construction service SMEs to recommend new business model formulations that are relevant to the company's needs and challenges. This research maps the existing business models of companies, then analyzes their environmental conditions so that relevant strategies can be recommended and are expected to contribute to business development. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis, mapping the company's business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and a SWOT analysis. A cross-analysis used to formulate a new business model. The study results show that companies need to offer value propositions that are difficult for competitors to replicate, rather than relying solely on low prices. Furthermore, companies are also required to leverage online promotions to reach a wider customer segment. Internal training and certification can be implemented to enhance service delivery and implement continuous improvement across the company. The company's customer base is still relatively young, so additional promotional efforts are needed to expand its market segment, including through social media. The new business model suggests the company should further improve the quality of its work through internal training, certification, and collaboration with relevant parties. This research offers new insights into the business models of construction service companies to develop and strengthen their presence in the industry. It is hoped that the formulation of this business model will provide stakeholders with diverse perspectives for policymaking and contribute to a more comprehensive literature.

Abstract

Masalah yang muncul dikalangan santri setelah lulus dari pondok pesantren, santri tidak tahu apa yang harus dilakukan di tengah masyarakat dikarenakan santri tidak mendapatkan pelatihan yang mengarah pada pembekalan life skill terutama vocational skill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang potensi pendidikan vokasional, urgensi serta diferensiasi pola pendidikan kecakapan vokasional di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, focus group discussion dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model miles and huberman yaitu reduksi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa: Pola pendidikan vokasional Egle Gedrimiene meliputi empat level yaitu government, institusional, teacher dan student level. Namun pola ini berbeda dengan pola yang diadopsi pesantren yang terdiri atas tujuh level yaitu society, institusional, partnership, instructor, student and society level dan barokah level. Urgensi pendidikan vokasional menurut Eisenhower dalam teori urgent dan important membedakan kategori menjadi empat yaitu not urgent but important, urgent and important, not urgent and not important, urgent and not important. Pengkategorian tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa pada kategori not urgent, but important di Daarul Quran terdiri atas beberapa program yaitu las, dasar kelistrikan, haramain mart. Pada kategori urgent and important, di Daarul Quran terdiri atas program mengemudikan mobil, desain grafis, teknisi pemrograman komputer.

Abstract

Kemunculan konsep ekonomi kreatif sebagai alternatif dari kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin beragam. Sektor ini dapat menjadi harapan bagi Indonesia untuk bangkit dan bersaing dengan mengoptimalkan kolaborasi antara keunggulan dan kreativitas budaya yang dimiliki. Tulisan ini mengangkat peranan ekonomi kreatif dalam mewujudkan Visi Indonesia Emas 2045 bertepatan dengan 100 tahun kemerdekaan Indonesia. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena terkait. Ekonomi kreatif dapat diandalkan menjadi sektor alternatif bagi perekonomian sehingga perlu dimaksimalkan dengan kolaborasi aktif berbagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Pemerintah berperan sebagai regulator yang menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan bagi industri, pelaku usaha senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas dan keunggulan produk yang ditawarkan, serta masyarakat yang meegang peranan penting untuk mengapresiasi dan mendukung ekonomi kreatif dengan senantiasa mengkonsumsi produk-produk ekonomi kreatif Indonesia.
