Abstract

Ikan kembung (Rastrelliger sp.) merupakan ikan yang paling sering digunakan untuk pembuatan ikan peda. Salah satu penyebab kegagalan proses pembuatan ikan peda adalah bakteri pengganggu. Garam dapat bertindak sebagai selektor bakteri penggangu dan sebagai pengawet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan penambahan konsentrasi garam 20%, 25%, dan 30% pada proses pembuatan ikan peda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan one-way ANOVA dan perbedaan diantara perlakuan diuji dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan konsentrasi berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) dengan Jumlah BAL yaitu 20% log 5,26, 25% log 6,6, dan 30% log 6,57, diketahui juga BAL dari isolat 25%  terbukti memiliki sifat antagonistik terhadap bakteri lain. Hasil untuk pengujian pH tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata akan tetapi pengujian kadar garam memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa BAL isolat 25% memiliki sifat antagonistik serta penggunaan kadar garam 30% memberikan pengaruh pertumbuhan BAL tertinggi setelah inkubasi 48 jam.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where researchers are the key instrument. The data collected were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is triangulation, with the addition of several relevant sources. This study discusses the urgency of study permits for civil servants who will study. This phenomenon involves several civil servants who face obstacles in managing promotion through the diploma adjustment route due to not having a study permit issued by the Karimun Regency BKPSDM. The Regent of Karimun has issued a circular explaining the procedure for obtaining study permits for civil servants who will study. However, there are still civil servants who do not comply with these regulations and choose to continue studying without having a study permit. This phenomenon also occurs at SMPN 1 Moro, where several civil servants who have finished college but experience problems in the process of managing promotion through the diploma adjustment route. Based on this background, this study aims to explore the reasons behind the decision of civil servants to continue studying even without a study permit. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the lack of information regarding study permits and the issuance of Law number 14 of 2005 caused civil servants at SMPN 1 Moro to continue studying even without a study permit. The distance and topography separated by the ocean are also the reasons why civil servants at SMPN 1 Moro do not take care of study permits until completion. It was also found that the impact felt by civil servants at SMPN 1 Moro was not only an obstacle in class promotion, but also had an impact on periodic salary increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the educational environment in developing entrepreneurship of STIE Ganesha students. The study was conducted for 2 months in October and November 2023 to 30 students of STIE Ganesha. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through literature studies, interviews, and observations. The results show that the campus environment can foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students. The role of institutions and lecturers is important in fostering the interest of students' entrepreneurial talents. Ganesha Lab Prenuer as an entrepreneurship center institution also plays a role in increasing student entrepreneurship generation. The strategies carried out by the campus are in the form of guidance and mentoring inside and outside the classroom, student mapping, entrepreneurial skills and formalization of the entrepreneurial student community.
