Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemeriksaan pajak, egoisme psikologis wajib pajak, sistem perpajakan terhadap penggelapan pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data yang diambil berupa primer. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Karawang yang berjumlah 846.910. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan convenience sampling dengan responden sebanayak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemeriksaan pajak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penggelapan pajak. Sedangkan egoisme psikologis wajib pajak dan sistem perpajakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap penggelapan

Abstract

ABSTRACT Racial discrimination is a social problem that occurred from a long time until today. It can be any negative act such as exclusion, distinction, limitation, or preference for other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, or skin color. Some racial discrimination that happened in our real life is also seen in film as a reflection of real life. There are many films that raise the racial discrimination theme, one of them is Race film by Stephen Hopkins. This research aims to analyze the Racial discrimination specifically types of racial discrimination used Fred L.Pincus theory, and negative impacts of racial discrimination used Settle theory. This research was conducted by using qualitative method. In this research, the researcher took data from script and scene in the film. The results of the research show that there are nine data indicated as types of racial discrimination and five data indicated as the negative impact of racial discrimination against black people in the Race film. In this research, there are three types of racial discrimination that are portrayed in the Race film namely, individual discrimination, institutional discrimination, and structural discrimination. There are three types of negative impacts of racial discrimination toward the blacks namely, health problem, wellbeing problem, and influence emotional reaction. Keywords: film, impacts of racial discrimination, racial discrimination

Abstract

Orientasi pasar yang mencakup pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan konsumen dan orientasi kewirausahaan yang melibatkan keberanian mengambil risiko, inovasi, serta proaktivitas, diyakini memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja usaha. Namun, kinerja usaha tidak hanya dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh kedua orientasi ini, melainkan juga dimediasi oleh inovasi, yang berperan sebagai katalisator dalam menciptakan produk dan layanan yang lebih relevan dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha jasa pesta di Sumatera Barat, dengan inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari jawaban responden berupa pengisian kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, inovasi dapat menjadi variabel mediasi dalam hubungan orientasi pasar dan kinerja usaha, sedangkan orientasi kewirausahan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha dan inovasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha.

Abstract

Discovery and treatment of preeclampsia too late can be a life-threatening condition for both the mother and the child over the course of the pregnancy. Moreover, pregnancy-related anxiety might worsen the health of the mother and influence the baby's development. For this reason, it is imperative that expectant mothers be more ready to deal with these two problems by having the appropriate knowledge. By increasing awareness and encouraging prevention, this community service event was intended to inform expectant mothers about health concerns and help them to make more informed choices on how to control the risks of preeclampsia and anxiety. The event's informative lectures at the Village Hall were followed by casual conversations and a quiz based on the training material, which was utilized to hand out useful door prizes. The Sukasari Village Hall in Mandirancan, Kuningan District, provided the venue for all events. Participants had become more familiar about the signs of preeclampsia, how to regulate blood pressure, and basic relaxation techniques to lower anxiety following the assessment. Furthermore emphasized at the event was the essential part family support has in helping expected moms maintain their mental and physical health. Continuous instruction and an inclusive approach including all stakeholders should help to create a shared awareness of the need to recognize preeclampsia early and control stress throughout pregnancy. Abstract

Learning oriented towards scientific literacy has not been fully implemented well in learning. Training to fulfill these abilities can be trained since elementary school. The low ranking of scientific literacy in Indonesia in PISA data is a necessity to modify learning that is oriented towards scientific literacy, especially science learning. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of media in increasing the scientific literacy skills of students in elementary schools using pop-up book media. This research uses the Pre-Experiment Design (non-design) method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of 34 class IV students. Research data was obtained from expert validation on the media to be used and the effectiveness of the media using pretest and posttest written tests. The results of this research show that the pop-up book media obtained a material expert validation score of 88.09% in the very feasible category and a media expert validation score of 94.83% in the very feasible category. Then, the results of the pop-up book effectiveness test using pretest and posttest showed an N-Gain result of 0.6273 in the "quite effective" category. So it can be concluded that pop-up book media can be used to train and improve scientific literacy skills in elementary schools. The use of pop-up book media is expected to be able to improve students' scientific literacy skills in the aspects of content, context, process and attitudes towards science.
