Abstract

In this research, the writer analyzes some learning motivations on the view of Al-Qur’an Chapter al-Ra’d : Verse 11 in the approach of Kitab Tafsir al Jalalain by Imam Jalaluddin al Mahalli and Imam Jalaluddin al-Suyuti. Based on many sources, the writer concludes that this verse elaborates three values of education : parents’ supervision and guidance becomes the first solution that can motivates students, complete facilities both in home or school becomes the second solution in term of designing the into passive motivators. Abstract

Sukamaju Village is one of the villages in Jonggol District, Bogor Regency, which plays an active role in providing space and increasing community participation in village development, both physical and non-physical. This can be seen from the great enthusiasm of the community for all forms of village development, from planning, implementation to supervision, physical and non-physical. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This qualitative research seeks to understand certain situations, namely examining the village government's efforts to encourage community participation by involving them in village development, both physical and non-physical. This type of descriptive research is research that contains an overview of situations and events, or ongoing processes. This study aims to find out how important the role of the village government is in arousing the enthusiasm of the community to actively participate in village development, both physical and non-physical in Sukamaju Village, Jonggol District, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative research approach, namely by using interviews or direct interviews with community members, both oil palm farmers and non-oil palm farmers. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods, especially direct field research. Village governments, oil palm farmers, entrepreneurs, traders and ordinary citizens are the data sources in this research. In addition, secondary data obtained from the village office was also used in this research. The findings of this research indicate that oil palm farming is very important for the economy of the people of Banyuasin Regency. Therefore, it is very important for oil palm farmers to contribute significantly to the empowerment of oil palm plantations in order to improve the quality of life of rural communities, because oil palm plantations are very important for the existence of these communities. The main concern of this research is the influence of palm oil production on the income of the people of Banyuasin Regency. Based on the findings of this research, palm oil production has a significant influence on people's income. Role indicators include the following: consistent employment and income for the community; improving children's educational lives improves; agricultural zakat expenditure; please help each other; increasing individual participation in the Umrah and Hajj; and intention to work which is exemplified by hard work, sincere work and smart work.

Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin is a leading school in Gunungkidul Regency which has 60 teachers and 52 employees. In terms of payroll systems tend to differ between statuses. There are three groups or levels in employee status including Teachers/Contract employees, Teachers/Temporary Employees of the Foundation, Teachers/Permanent Employees of the Foundation. The three levels of status clearly affect the receipt of their respective salaries. In addition to class, incentives also greatly affect the amount of salary received by each teacher/employee. The research subjects were some teachers and employees at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin with details of 34 teachers and 23 employees. The data taken is data on receiving teacher and employee incentives in September 2022 using the sampling method through interviews with selected teachers and employees and the school treasurer, still with the permission of the school principal. The results showed that of the 57 samples through statistical tests with SPSS software, there is a relationship between intensive giving and work discipline with a correlation of 0.651 (correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed).

Abstract

PT Puradelta Lestari (DMAS) is one of the companies engaged in the property sector and is part of the Sinar Mas Land group. The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the financial ratios of PT DMAS whether the company's shares are still worth buying and holding in the next few years and how PT DMAS's attitude in facing the global economic crisis in early 2023 which makes some of the company's businesses sluggish, one of which is in the property sector. This analysis uses current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, GPM, OPM, NPM, ROI, ROA, DAR, DER, EPS, PER, and MBV, most of which calculations use data on net income, total equity, current liabilities, total assets, stock prices and other data in the company's financial statements. The analysis results show that PT DMAS has a current ratio of 4.82, quick ratio of 2.27, cash ratio of 0.97, GPM of 71.16%, OPM of 60.89%, NPM of 63.06%, ROA of 18.70%, ROI of 276.02%, DAR of 13.57%, DER of 15.70%, EPS 25.26, PER 6.29x and MBV 1.34x. These results indicate that PT DMAS shares are still worth holding in the next few years, even though at the beginning of the first trimester report in 2023 PT DMAS experienced a decrease in revenue from the previous year due to various factors, both post-Covid-19 pandemic recovery and the global economic crisis that is sweeping the world.
